Joe and the staff are amazing, the store isnt as large as others but the quality of product is great. Its well laid out and they treat everyone well, ready to help out with any questions that you may have. They also do a wonderful job of walking around the store and keeping it tidy. Definitely recommend this location!

I just left with my entire family and Joe was a great help, very knowledgeable about all costumes asked about. I spent 400 dollars and they honored my military discount. I will definitely recommend oak ridge tn spirit Halloween

Never had an issue with this store until this year stopped by for the first time this year Saturday the store was busy when I was ready to check out there was a line and only 1 register open yet 2 girls standing doing seemingly nothing. I never got names but I must say the cashier was very polite and kept composure and a good attitude while getting through the line she had blue/green hair and wore a red hoodie. its extremely disappointing as a customer to be completely ignored by two employees especially compared to the amazing and quick service I’ve received at other locations in knoxville.

Great for all costume needs. Always go early in October.

I’ve been here a couple times but when I came in to return my sons costume was by the far the best experience, Emily was patient and kind throughout all my card issues during the return and helping me decide what else to get she went above and beyond!

Sam and lindsay were 5 stars! They helped me out more than I could imagine. They deserve free stock in the company!

Went in Saturday morning not long after they opened. The store was clean and very well organized. Joe showed me all of the Harry Potter items they had. Super exciting to see they had both Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw items! I will be back, and excited to see any sales they might have at the end of the season!!!

Cool store! Prices for EVERYONE. I do think the tablecloths and table center pieces are pricy! Too high!

Was looking for a cheaper option for a costume and a worker (Sam) helped out alot. Found a good mask that I could decorate. Really appreciated the help.

Came in this morning and was greeted by 2 lovely women Lyndsay and Sky. They were super helpful finding all the accessories I needed! Will definitely be back

Lovely store…spoke with cashier named Sam about a costume for my daughter they all seemed very helpful.

If your store hours are going to differ from what it says online you need to update that info because there are people who drive long distance to shop these stores & I myself just drove 45min to the Oak Ridge location only for a rude sales associate to meet me at the door to tell me they closed at 6pm (Sunday) when it clearly says this location is open until 7pm online. Customer service is lacking at this location for sure!!
