Have bought many dozens of donuts, these are the best donuts in the U.S. the owners and workers are some of the most friendly people you would want to meet. The facilities azznd grounds are kept very clean.They have a drive in window and the service is fast and accurate. Facilities and parking meet ADA handicap requirements. Many varieties are available. The Apple fritters are some of the best, hands down. This business is highly recommended.

Stop to get donuts and donut holes for the office and I just told him to go across and give us a variety and that was a great choice. Everyone loved them. They were very busy when I stop by about 7:45 in the morning but it all worked out pretty quickly.

I cant say enough about this place we stopped in to try it today and I got a raspberry filled donut and it was the best donut Ive ever had it was light and airy and had great flavor. I went here for the first time on Sunday 2/14. I got 2 white creme filled glazed donuts and Im here to tell you they were amazing! They were warm, the donut was very delicious and the generous, rich creme filling was outstanding. I washed it all down with a great cup of coffee. I will be back

This is by far the best donuts I’ve ever had in my 35 years. My husband loves the apple fritters, I love the sugar covered donut and my daughter can’t get enough donut holes and jelly filled doughnuts. The staff are always attentive and friendly. Bought a half dozen mixed cake and yeast doughnuts, two breakfast sandwiches and three coffees this morning. I am tempted to go back for more. I would be willing to drive a hour or more for their doughnuts. The breakfast sandwiches were a hit too. Their coffee is unassuming and infinitely drinkable. These are easily the best doughnuts I have ever had.

Glazed doughnuts rival Krispy Kreme! I also liked the cinnamon cake. Old fashioned ones were soggy and greasy, maybe the oil wasnt hot enough that day?

If you want unique donuts, then you have to try The Donut Palace. From there pinecone donut to the red velvet, these donuts are delicious. These donuts are worth the visit!

This place is amazing. We have loved everything weve tried here, donuts, pastries, and breakfast sandwich alike. Everything is always melt in your mouth fresh! The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is always so clean! This place is our go-to breakfast stop! My kids personally love the M&M and chocolate chip donuts. My husband and I love the orange glazed and all their specialities! You will NOT be disappointed here!

I usually love the glazed donuts I get from here. But today Sunday April 26, 2020, not so much. They were very greasy. Even the Apple Fritter was not made correctly. Perhaps a different Baker? Ive never been disappointed until now. Hope for better days to come.Update : July 5 Used the drive thru, ordered an apple fritter. Again all grease. I had to spit out the first bite and throw away the whole thing. This is really worse than before. Whatever you are doing....STOP.

Love the Palace. I think their donuts are excellent. Especially when you compare them to the chains (names will not be mentioned but you know who they are). And I believe their prices are very reasonable, especially when you compare them to those gourmet donuts. Highly recommend if you are a fan of the pastry with the hole in the middle.

These are the best donuts around. I went in on New Year’s Eve and ordered 6 donuts and they added a 7th in the box for free. My favorite donut is the blueberry cake donut. I have never had a donut so delicious. The second best was the maple frosted yeast donut with pecans. So good!

This local family donut joint is something you wouldnt expect in a town like Oak Ridge. Their donuts are delicious in the extreme, and their breakfast croissants are flaky and full of flavor. If youre lucky enough to get there while they still have pinecones or bear claws then do yourself a favor and get one. Of each. Seriously.

I’m not a big donut person cause they usually aren’t very good. But, I continue to try, once in awhile, I find a winner.This is the winner, of all time.I have had some distant seconds that I enjoyed but these donuts are so good. Make sure you stop in if you live here and have not discovered them or if you are in the area and wondered what a “really” awesome donut tastes like.

Without a doubt the best donuts I have ever eaten. What a gem hidden here in Oak Ridge. Their donuts have the perfect amount of chew, softness, melt in your mouth pillow of sugar but still are able to hold up to the generous amount of goody in the filled donuts. (Lemon filled are my favorite and every single bite is perfect.) I had to try the Apple fritter, as its their best seller. Oh my stars...I wasnt even a fan of fritters- till now. Its crispy, fried perfect on the outside with the inside chock full of apple bits and soft cinnamon sugar deliciousness.

Very disappointed in my recent service here. Here is my story. I work in Oak Ridge and I stop quit often to get donuts. I always get the round chocolate iced donut with the white cream. I always ask for 3extra white cream to be put in them. After the first couple of times it was obvious to me that I was being talked about. And since the people working there were not speaking English I could not tell exactly what they were saying. But my guess would be that because I asked for extra white cream they were either making fun of me and calling me a fat white American woman ( which Im not tiny like they are but Im not huge either ) or they were complaining because I was asking for extra white cream like it was taking money out of their pocket! I even offered each time after that to pay for my extra cream. So this morning I stop to get my donuts. She is putting the ones I like in a box soon as she sees me coming in. I asked the man who greeted me if they had anymore. She quickly spoke up and said that someone had called in a big order and they do not have anymore of the ones I get. It made me mad because it was obvious she was lying. I turned and walked out. They should be ashamed of themselves. That is very poor business. And just an FYI these are not home made donuts. These come from a donut mix they get from a company by the name of Dawn. They sell all kinds of mixes for donuts and baked goods. I do not recommend this place at all. I feel like they are racist. I do not do business with racist people!

This is hands down the best place for donuts in the Oak Ridge area. Their stand out item is probably their apple fritter. It is the best that I have ever had and I have done a lot of traveling in my life.

The maple bacon is DELICIOUS. If it sounds gross to you, try it anyways. You wont be disappointment. Single donuts are cheaper than Dunkins. Wish they had longer hours.
