I noticed that this place had only recieved 1 star since their opening, and I am pretty disgusted that is the case.I have been visiting weekly since they have opened up, and have had zero complaints, and have experienced no mistakes from the employees.My smoothies are always as requested, and I am always trying new things from them.I am happy that we have finally got a location like this in Oak Ridge, it is something that we were lacking for quite some time.

They have great customer service and a great, healthy product at a reasonable price! My husband and I love this place!.. especially on Friday when they are $5 for a large!

Great service, quality smoothies that taste great. Never had a bad experience here. A staple for refreshing and delicious drinks! So glad they brought this to the Oak Ridge community.

I had just downloaded the Smoothie King app but was having difficulty navigating it.I stopped by the store in Oak Ridge, TN and asked for help. The employee was awesome in taking the time for some tutoring even though they were very busy.Great customer service and delicious smoothies. Theyve got my business for sure!

Staff is helpful and patient while we decided what we wanted. Everything so far has been delicious. They offer order ahead and pick up. Clean facility. Also can purchase protein powders and shaker bottles.

I went threw the drive thru at their new location in oak ridge TN. We spent some time in front of their menu deciding what to order. The women assigned to the drive thru was rude and short. When we made it up to the window, they forgot our third drink and slammed the window with a have a great day and a fast turn around. Their was no other customers behind us and few in the store, she had no reason to be short and rude. We waited patiently for someone to notice us and that we were still sitting at the window and even honked our horn slightly. No one acknowledged us until finally a separate worker who was much nicer handed us the third drink.

Bought a few smoothies for the family. They were all so delicious! The employees were all very patient while we decided and kind. Also helpful with suggesting some flavors to mix together. Such a wide variety of options! Will definitely be going back!Everything on the menu is Gluten Free!!!! 💗Update: they have $5- 32oz smoothies on Fridays

Guy is trying use fat Albert voices through the drive thru, its hard d enough to hear as is, and I can hear him hollering inside, while Im waiting, really unprofessional.

Excellent as usual, they definitely need a better microphone in the drive-thru. Probably due to the loud blenders inside. Awesome smoothies though, Ive been about 20 times since theyve opened. 3-4 times a week.
