Amazing atmosphere and great, friendly staff. I didnt pass one employee who didnt greet me and ask if I needed help with anything. They were knowledgeable and gave great advice. Definitely recommend!

Love this garden center and lucky to find this plant nursery at the right time to start planting my herb harden and indoor plants. Very beautifully organized nursery with friendly and helpful staff to help you find the plant you want and guide you about it. The way hey have arranged the nursery is just amazing. Also they have a wide variety of uniquely styled containers and planters for small or big plants. Thye also offer landscaping services and planning (they plan and you plant) services. Lot of variety of garden sculptures here and definitely their plants are great quality and have a great artist to make beautiful planters.

They were super attentive and helpful. There is a great selection of plants and garden decor. They also sell Koi and pond supplies.

I absolutely love this store. Staff took time to entertain my 6 year olds questions about plant care and helped her pick out her very own cactus.

My husband and I visited for the first time on 7/25/21. What a wonderful experience. Everyone working were so nice and helpful. We found the perfect Evergreen trees and more! We will definitely make this our Nursery of choice.

Customer for life! Gene took the time over the phone to walk me through my waterfall/small pond problem, since I was so far from their business. He encouraged me to do something myself I never thought I could/would do (looking for leaks) and I was able to resolve the issue. I visit Oak Ridge often and will shop at Willow Ridge nursery first from now on thanks to Genes kindness.

Very nice place. The people who work there know alot about plants and ponds. I recommend. They are a little expensive though, however they have very nice stuff also!

Ive lived in oak ridge most of my adult life and I cant believe today was my first time coming here. It was amazing, like Disneyland to a plant/succulent addict like myself. I kind of just always assumed that building you see frm the road was all there is to it and I was very wrong. The property is huge! There are greenhouses, water plants set up on one side, beautiful ponds, outdoor section of planter pots plus the items inside the store and sporadically laid out throughout the property. Its a great layout and easy to navigate around and see everything. The big koi pond out front is the first thing we saw and was smitten instantly. We spent well over an hour there looking at everything. I got a cool succulent for 6 dollars and that is a great price on it. They even stock pitcher plants which is great itself because we always have to order our carnivorous plants online. There is a plethora of houseplants, outdoor plants, water plants, succulents and more. I was most impressed with the prices. I had always assumed it was going to be overpriced and is another reason I hadnt stopped. Well I was wrong about that. Prices are reasonable, some plants were priced really well. The stone, concrete, terra, etc planters were priced surprisingly well. Ill definitely be going back for planters because they have a beautiful selection. All the employees were friendly, said hello, offered to help and stopped and chatted with us for a moment. That was the icing on the cake for me and cant wait to go back again and again... Just a note to all the nursery reviews today is because my husband wanted to do something special for me so he googled nurseries in the oak ridge area and then spent the day taking me around to them so I visited quite a few today. Each one has things to offer but not a single one can match what this nursery offers.

This was our first time here and I cannot stop talking about Willow Ridge with my wife. The customer service is beyond measure: the hellos, can I help you, to did you find what you are looking for, to the smiles on everyone’s faces. What a true joy and we cannot wait to come back. And on top of all that, I received a military discount, goodness.Thanks to everyone!!!

What a great tree planting experience! Jared and James did an exceptional job getting our two new dogwoods and a magnolia planted in our yard. They arrived on time as requested and made quick work of a job that likely would have taken me few days to complete. The excavator, because of its wide tracks, made no noticeable impact to our yard, despite the recent rain, snow and our extremely wet yard. Well worth the cost of having Willow Ridge do all the work. My wife loves our new trees, and we cant wait until spring to see all the results!

Willow Ridge is like no other nursery anywhere in East Tennessee! You definitely want to go when you have the time to spend & arent in a hurry. They sell so much more than plants. Everything from wind chimes, beautiful birdbaths & urns to pond supplies, accent lighting for gardens & so much more!An excellent place to buy that unique gift for someone!

Beautiful plants with a super friendly and helpful staff!

Willow Ridge is a wonderful resource for all things related to the garden. I was traveling in June and was very late buying annnuals. I needed something for a container on our front porch. The nice young lady who helped me suggested these begonias and they are perfect. They were 3 small plants a month ago and look at them now!!

They have everything you could want for any type of gardening, including stuff you didnt know you wanted, from flowers and veggies, to trees and bushes, including the water garden inbetween, and the outdoor kitchen and firepit. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Each person i asked anything about where plants were or info about problems i was having with my plants if they didnt know they called someone to help. Great choice of plantsHighly recommend this place !

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when it comes to picking out plants. They have a good selection of plants, and the garden center has flags, ornaments and fountains, etc.

They have so many of plants and they will ask you if you want to feed the fish in the pond.

Willow Ridge is wonderful! There are a lot of places you can shop for landscaping and plants but locally no one beats willow ridge on their knowledge an expertise! As someone who has limited knowledge on what to plant, I feel comfortable asking for help at willow ridge. When you visit their center it is a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed!

Willow Ridge is amazing! Beautiful plants, excellent value and, just as importantly, warm and professional customer service. I live out-of-state and wanted to send annuals to my mom for Mothers Day because she didnt want to go out to the nursery herself due to COVID-19 concerns. Greg helped me by phone, and he was wonderful. I talked to Greg and let him know that my mom shops at Willow Ridge frequently, and shes disappointed that she cant go out to buy her annuals there this year. I asked Greg if he could deliver some plants to my mom for Mothers Day, and he said hed be pleased to help. I know very little about plants/flowers, but just by telling Greg the names of some of the annuals that my mom had planted in the past, he was able to make recommendations and help me choose plants that my mom would love. After Greg hand-selected the plants we had discussed, he told me they could be delivered the same day. I was floored! Its the day before Mothers Day and his people were super busy, but even so, Greg made sure my mom got her plants in time for her special day. My mom is thrilled with the plants (she knows her plants and said these are excellent quality), and Im sopleased that Willow Ridge was able to help me make her Mothers Day special despite being in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you so much, Greg and Willow Ridge. I am so grateful for your kindness and all-around excellent service.

A fun place to explore, but they are pricey. The people who work there are super, friendly and helpful.They have an amazing array of outdoor and indoor plants, lawn art and ceramic containers. They also sell everything you need for a pond including fish:)

Frank and his crew did an outstanding job of redoing a water feature that another company messed up. We discussed what I wanted at various points during the work. They are knowledgeable about wildlife needs and made suggestions to improve the design. Cant say enough good things about Willow Ridge.

Anything you want for vegetable or flower gardens. Trees, shrubs, ponds, everything. And knowledgeable horticulturist to answer your questions. Prices may be a bit higher than box stores, but quality is top notch and you get the knowledge to take care of your plant from planting on.

Plants are much more expensive than other nurseries in Knoxville and the surrounding area. Staff also will offer a discount of no sales tax but conveniently forget after sales tax is added. I don’t dream this type of thing up, nor do I ask for something I’m not already told I will get. Will not be doing business here ever again.

Love this place

They have a lot of things to put in your yard they have flags,wind chimes and plants galore and you might want to have some spare time because there is a lot to see.

I visited this location while searching for River rocks to use in our landscaping. They were incredibly friendly and offer a vast selection of anything you can imagine for your outdoors. The lady I spoke to on the phone took the time to let me know I could drive down around back to view the rocks which saved me time and effort. I will visit here again.

I would recommend this business for several reasons, 1) We were greeted as we approached and every employee or representative of this business was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.2) plants and flowers are healthy looking and there is an abundance to choose from ( annuals, perennials etc.)3) They have many decorative items and supplies inside...clean and nicely displayed.I realize it’s a bit more expensive than going to a garden center attached to a chain retail store but it was worth it.

I worked with Kris sending her photos of our new home project online. She worked up a beautiful landscaping plan for me to review. Showed me how the plants would all look together and then enabled me to pay over the phone and deliver directly to the job site. I would highly recommend Willow Ridge Garden Center and Kris. Excellent company and excellent staff.

First time visiting, today and I loved it! Nice variety! Awesome in door gift shop. Employees were available & helpful, polite and cheerful.

So many beautiful yard, and garden things. We were offered assistance several times by several different employees. Much different experience than what you have at the big box stores. They even have strategically located refrigerators filled with free cold bottles of water. That was a very welcome touch as the day was very, very warm. It is much larger than it looks from the street. Will definitely be going back.

But I understand the work they put into this place, so if you have the money to spend and want a beautiful yard, this is the place to go. I could spend a whole day there and love every minute !

During the height of the pandemic I went there to revhargeyself. They beautiful plants and the store has some amazing items, especially the items to build a fairy garden. The have several koi ponds on display that are so tranquil. Its a great place to shop.

Gene helped us design a water feature for our front yard that finished off our landscaping perfectly. The guys who did the install were very careful not to damage surrounding area and did a great job. Jessica came back few weeks later for minor adjustments.Great service, would highly recommend.

Awesome garden center! The owners here know a ton about plants, landscaping, and design. They are very helpful, and do a great job to make sure you get what you need.They offer a free design service that helps you focus on a section of your property, and make suggestions as to what would work well there. This service is spectacular. At the very least it gives you a different perspective on how an area on your property could look. I appreciate the different plant suggestions as I am not native to this region, and dont know all of the different options that would grow well here.They also have extensive yard/garden decorations, unique plants, pots, etc, and it is just a nice place to stop and visit. I always stop by the fish pond to see the fish, and like to browse they new things they get in stock.

We used Willow Ridge 15 years ago for a landscaping project & were very pleased with the pricing & results; so when we decided we, once again, needed landscape experts, we chose Willow Ridge. Our consultation with Gene resulted in the installation of a waterfall & landscaping of the surrounding area as well as 2 dry creek beds. Willow Ridge also lined our driveway (on both sides) with tea roses & ALL with fabulous results! We met everyone involved in the 2 projects & felt like we were family. From start to finish, professional, attentive, great pricing, & exceed expectations. Definitely a 5+ star rating!

Editing my review after more visits. While this place isnt super friendly to the average persons budget on many items, it is simply an amazing business! Their staff is always so helpful and friendly, willing to answer any questions I have.. including different issues i might be seeing in my house or indoor plants! They have an amazing water feature that you HAVE to see in person, with so many neat plants and beautiful fish! This is the one plant place that my kids say YAY to when I need them to tag along with me. They have a HUGE selection (depending on the time of year) and some really great sales if you can catch them. The plants Ive purchased from them have always been so healthy, or otherwise discounted for the TLC they might need. They have an incredible selection of pots, lots of cool things inside and all kinds of features for your landscaping. They are truly a full service center and I love being right up the street from them! They also provide complimentary drinks and snacks if needed- this is super nice when its hot. Their Facebook page is also full of great videos sharing information or cool new products or plants they just got in. Theyve also hosted some really great FREE events in the past my family has immensely enjoyed. Also, during these times, you dont even have to set foot in the store if you cant or dont want to- they are offering curbside pickup and delivery! You just cant beat this place on all they offer! We LOVE Willow Ridge!

Willow Ridge Garden Center just completed a major landscaping project for us, including resculpting our backyard, reclaiming and planting a previously overgrown slope, and installing a major water feature.We are ecstatic with the results, and were very impressed with the workers. They were knowledgable, responsive to our requests, worked hard even in the heat, and finished in a timely manner.Would highly recommend them.

This nursery is very good a great selection. The quantity is much better than Home depot and the prices were very close. I would highly recommend them.

Lovely plants, but their design service is for small jobs. For a large area, the owner wouldnt let the nursery girl that I preferred to come out to the property and create a design. I intended on paying her for her services, but he said that she was too valuable at the nursery. Lol, silly silly businessman. He wanted me to use his male only landscape architect team with zero creativity. No thanks. My business will be going elsewhere.

The patio and fire pit they built for me is gorgeous! They kept the work area clean and the workers were amazing! They even helped me set up for my daughters birthday party.
