The selection was pretty good. The staff were helpful in finding the ice cream that I needed. The checkout was friendly. The electric charging wasnt working. Overall, nice store.

I have nothing but great experiences here! Staff are helpful and responsive. The meat counter guys are awesome and full of helpful tips on how to cook or season. one of the few stores where you have friends who are the employees and you look forward to shopping, just to say hi and talk for a bit.

This is my go-to Hy-Vee. Their fruit and veggies always look bright and fresh. Their Deli is sometimes out of this one meat I buy (Cajun turkey). Bakery is always fully stocked with delicious pastries. The one complaint I have is that lately they keep running out of the green tops for water refills. They used to have them available to buy at customer service, but now we havent been able to fill our waters due to them not being stocked.Also, the Hy-Vee restaurant is awesome! Their food has never disappointed.

Aisles are too narrow. Employees dont acknowledge you as they pass by. I dont think they even made eye contact. Pharmacy staff is always very polite and efficient.

I really like Hyvee. Their employees are customer service oriented & very helpful. They value their customers and it shows thru their actions and I have asked for help in locating a particular item and instantly they will tell the aisle # and where. They also have sweet deals!

A great store that allows you to splurge on higher end items but still carries typical low cost items items when youre trying to save a buck.I dont hit this store too often but what Im traveling I need to stop to charge my car search my car, I always make time to visit the store and pick up a few unique things that I cant find at my local store. The fact that they are as forward thinking with their partnerships with companies like Tesla wallburger and others shows they have a bright future.

Had the booster shot I wanted they actually have all 3 types of shots available at this location plus you get a $10 gift card for getting the shot.

This is the only place I shop! Customer service is above and beyond, not only that but everyone is nice and friendly. I not only shop here for food, but from getting my medication which they do amazing jobs, but as well as the liquor store. This is a one stop shop! Love it thanks for coming to Oakdale!

Great place to shop for groceries, and grab a bite to eat from one of their deli stations.

I bought three bags of deli buns on May 28th in preparation for a cook out on Monday, May 31st. The bags were dated Best by May 31. When it was time for us to cut the buns on the 31st, two buns in two of the bags were moldy. Never again will I buy buns from HyVee again. Aside from the buns, the customer service was great and the food selection was good.

Ride customers. The internet pullers cut in front of you like they are more important. Someone is going to get hurt if they keep doing that. As a in store customer I should not have to put up with that. We are just as important as online orders.

Loved it except couldnt find a few things and when I asked employees they didnt have a clue either. But bakery items and deli salads were fantastic

Great place to charge your Tesla. The stalls are right next to building. Take the first door to the inside. It leads you to the bathroom and bar. Yes bar with alcohol. Theres also a Starbucks and a smaller dining area, plus a full grocery store. Not sure if there is a gas station at this Hyvee.

Usually pretty quick for me to get in and out. I go there to purchase a few Amino Electrolyte energy drinks, but the prices vary between flavors (same size etc, only different flavor) and one of the flavors never rings up and I always end up waiting for customer service to come over clear my help light and ring it up for me. Which is an inconvenience and defeats the purpose of self checkout.

The best thing: the meat dept and the sushiEverything else: not awful, but nowhere near amazing.The worst thing: the gas station. The loyalty points, when they give them (hint: not often), expire quickly. The gas pump has an instruction screen that is so low on the pump that, if you are not in a wheelchair you cannot read in the sunlight.And now, they want me to pay $99 to save $60 a year on gas.Except for the meat department, the sushi and convenience items when I am there for meat, Im done.

My favorite grocery store, bar none. Exceptional bakery, deli, meats and seafood, with pretty much everything you want in a higher end store with reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

My new favorite grocery store. It is quite a bit further but they have fresh baked artisan bread daily. Their meat department is worth a visit. This appears to be a high end grocery store by sight but the prices are often times lower than the surrounding grocery stores.

Had birthday breakfast here. Great for handicap folks,all one level, good parking.

First time ever shopping at this store. Im traveling so, I just needed to pick up a few things and stopped. Staff and customer service is awesome and very girendly and helpful. This store had some great grocery items.

They advertise specials then dont label them correctly. You might pick up the wrong item or be charged the regular price. You need to be vigilant at checkout or you wont get the sale items you think youre getting.The manager told me that corporate just revamped the whole store and as a customer, it is challenging to navigate and find what you need. Must be a marketing ploy to force you to go through the whole store. I was, once again, very disappointed with Hy-Vee.

Not a good idea to go after nine pm. Could not find a item and could not anyone to help. When I did find someone they looked the item. Came back and told me where to find the item, then walked away. Had already been up down Isle looking. Findly found some one to help. It was in a different Isle.

Great deli and butcher. Still getting used to the new layout. Chicken Caesar salad at Wahlbergers is pretty good too.

I was visiting my daughter and her family from out of town, out of state actually. The big graduation party for her whole school was that day and we needed a few more supplies for that and for all the out-of-state guests that were staying. Hy-Vee had most of what we needed however there were a few times we needed help finding an item and the employees were less than thrilled about helping us. Walked away from us, rolled eyes at us, and side with a deep breath because we asked them a question. I wont be returning on my next visit for sure.

Grew up with HyVee in another state and glad to have them in MN. Great store.

I ordered 150 gourmet cupcakes for my sons graduation party. They looked beautiful, but the taste was awful. The cupcake itself was so dry you could only tolerate 1 bite. For the amount of money I paid, I would expect a dense, moist cupcake. Truly disappointed and would not recommend these.🤬***Hy-Vee addressed the situation promptly. 5 stars for their efficient and satisfactory customer service. Thank you, Jim.

This Hy-Vee is always my go to for quality goods, staff is always helpful and deals in my inbox keep me shopping here for meats.

Had everything I needed, was in stock the meat counter employee was very helpful and polite, the cashier was very polite and kept the food from the cleaners separated. Didnt have to wait to be checked out.

You folks really need to update your inventory in relation to your apps. If something isnt in stock or not sold at the particular location were buying from, it should be grayed out or not visible. Each time I order, Im texting my Dasher to approve refunds for nearly half of my order.Either that or your inventory system is so messed up that even basic things like a bag of vegetables is too difficult to process and update to the store; hard to believe.Each store should have active inventory systems that updates both in-store and to the app for its respective location. You most certainly have inventory counts in your own stores... set it up so that it can do timed updates for more accurate inventory reporting back to the app for availability.

We dont live near this store, so only come here once in a while. They do have a wide selection of items to choose from. They seem to be well stocked. Aconcern is leaving their stock carts in the middle of the isle blocking passage. Saw this multiple times that day. I understand that they need to stock shelves with product, but can they put their carts off to the sides so you can still get by?

Small amount of organic food, NO vegan salads, no vegan Meal Time hard to find healthy organic non GMO food. Standard yet pretty arranged (Thats why its 2 stars ) supermarket

The store is definitely not stocked with product like Hy-Vee us known for. Could not find the popcorn as a pallett was in the way. Selection is down. Only worker I could find to help was in checkout.

Nice Hy-Vee. Reasonable prices and wide selection for all sorts of special needs diets, like fodmap?. And need duck fat, anyone?!🤪We stopped here because needed to charge the car while on a car camping trip at Willow River State Park in Hudson and finding out the outlets there werent the right ones.Only complaint is I purchased a bundle of wood here (for $5!) but found out it was wet wood because we had issues getting the fire going, even though I started 3 other fires before that without issues.

Recently the staff have become very rude, from the produce gal to the stockers, no one wants to be bothered if you need help with something. This use to be a great store.

I had an awful experience at this Hy-Vee today. I went to the bakery to order a cake and the lady working was horribly rude to me. When I was in line with my one year old waiting to pay, a cashier walked by me and almost completely knocked me over (her fault) and didnt look at me after, let alone apologize.

Im from Hudson WI, we need a Supermarket like this in our area, everything in one place, groceries, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant etc.and the better is they good prices!

High grade grocery store with more selection than expected. Having lived in Japan, quality is key ... for me anyway ... and quantity is NOT quality.Well, you’ll get quality AND variety at hyvee. No the prices are not like Walmart or Aldi except on their sale items. But look at the selection - large Asian deli n sushi zone. “Italian” deli, and a giant white people food deli. Great bakery.Plus there is a Starbucks in the store, so you can get your matcha latte and shop happy.

Anytime after 9 or 10 PM there is no one to help with self checkout. A lone cashier trying to check people out and fix the errors on those really sensitive self check out machines. Itll probably be faster to run across the street to Cubs and check out than wait.

I truly appreciate how helpful and kind the employees are at Hy-Vee. From pharmacy, to deli/hot foods, to cashiers... You make it much easier for someone who has social anxiety/PTSD, like me, to get what they need and not have a full blown panic attack.Your store is clean and bright. Its usually pretty easy to find an employee to help you get what you need.

Okay selections but party treats e.g. fruits and vegetables were very limited. Not my usual location (usual location Cottage Grove and Robbinsdale) is preferred because larger selection and friendly service. Also, employees werent as service friendly but rather just zoned in on their task.Stopped at the Asian spot (sushi) and stood there for a minute because I wanted to inquire about something and employees just continued their task, looked, and didnt say anything. I had to make someone stop to answer my question. She answered my question and just turned around. Not very good customer service.Checkout service was prompt and positive though.

I really like the store brand and their bakery, meat, cheese and deli counters.

HyVee is a great grocery store lots of unique food selections and an overall wide variety of just about everything great prices and great deals I love the layout of HyVee and all the little markets they have set up inside the building its a great place to shop

The only bakery that I know of that does WHIPPED CREAM on their cakes. Buttercreme is garbage.

I was able to find my blue ribbon strawberry shortcake. I had a hard time finding them in the other store around the city and finally found it here at Hyvee. Im so happy.

My wife & I are happy that we stop going to Cub. They have better service, products, & experience worth paying the higher groceries. I like the friendly help, the food court, and store layout. Unusual was customer service didnt offer me a rain check for an out of stock item. ::Update:: The pharmacy is improved with prescriptions, and the meats here are unbelievable at great prices.

The cashiers are well trained in how to properly bag the items purchased.2. The store is clean and well organized.3. Wide variety of products in the store.4. Aisles seem wide enough, making it easier to navigate regular grocery carts and battery powered seated carts around at the store.5. Multiple individual lockable restrooms available to customers are clean.6. If you look around, you can find good deals.All-in-all, a positive experience every time I shop at HyVee.

They have recently remodeled and eliminated quite a few items...it feels like the store now caters to senior citizens that live next door

Bring back the market grill !!! we stopped by for Wahlbergers and ate in. kind of a hassle but thats to be expected nowadays. we had a coupon for 4 for$40 defiantly not worth it they werent the same as before (actually not good at all) and the cupcakes for dessert actually werent mixed had pockets of salt insideAnd under the frostingLost us as a customerAlthough the store is fine since the reset

Hy-Vee is a high end styled grocery store with some decent prices. Its fun to go and see the stuff thats not in every store and store get the deals that can be found at Aldi or Walmart. Some times its pretty crazy busy though.

Great staff, plenty of items to peruse. One star off because there are definitely cheaper places in town to shop for groceries.

I have been Shopping here since day one and no more. The store is so messed up now and they took out the Starbucks. The employees are not friendly like they used to be. Ive tried Shopping there since theyve started their renovation and Its not for me. I cant find anything and the way they moved things make no sense 😕. Hyvee has an array of local, organic and quality options, they seem to always have everything I need. Even if its super busy usually you can get out of there pretty quickly.

Hyvee is a great grocery store with a wide selection of products. I can always find all that I need and more!

I ate at wallburgers. Good food, great service, but it wasnt very busy when I was there. Could be different when busy but I will definitely try it again. Jalapeño bacon cheeseburger was really good. Bun was slightly too large for the burger but I like well done and it might be sized for medium. Sweet potato totts really good. Mac and cheese kids meal was too fancy for kids, wish they would just stick with the blue box that all kids love.

Very Disappointed to find out that when you pay at the gas pump now for fuel that they put a hold on extra funds in your account. The actual charge will go through however it still continues to hold another $85.00 up to ten days. That is absolutely ridiculous! Once the charge goes through the rest of the money should be released!! My husband and I have been avid shoppers at the Oakdale location since it opened. Not anymore, just lost a faithful customer!
