Very dissatisfied with the lack of maintenance on the previous excellent car wash. Store employees have been repeatedly apathetic about it’s condition. Touch less bays have been blocked off for weeks. Card readers broken on the Soft-Touch bays. Get it together, Fleet Farm!

98% of the employees that work at this station are friendly,helpful and are customer service oriented. Except for the guy with the eye and the dew rag on his head. Hes rude! I say thank you he says nothing. I have to ask for a bag. I asked for a pack of smokes,he says were out hands me my coupon back doesnt bother to ask if Id like a different kind etc. Why hes there i have no idea. Will not go there again when hes working!

Usually has the best prices for fuel in the area. Carwash too. Unfortunately its not open 24/7

Great gas prices! Lowest in town. Pumps and store are always clean. Helpful staff. Cannot attest to the car wash as I have never used it but many have complaints. 4 cents off per gallon with any in store purchase and FREE popcorn!. What else can you ask for.

Have never seen car wash working fully. Some of the bays are always closed. Wanted to use the fruity smelling colored soap for fun once and it sprayed pink on half the car... Money well spent...

It’s an okay station.

Gas prices are super cheap. I stopped in for a fill and a car wash was in an out in less than 20 min. Great experience.

This place is a Trainwreck. 2 of the 4 car wash only take codes. 1 of the 2 soft touch is closed ( open one only takes codes) after waiting in line for the circus of employees to return from the floor to actually help the people waiting I was told oh the code printer just crashed its not working we cant sell codes for the car wash. She says only two of them take codes. Yes maam but I need one that takes codes oh she says I guess you cant get a car wash now. My guess is they hire the people that dont work out at speedway here. stepping inside the door it does have a foul odor but thats because the hot dogs I think that are on the grill have been there since open. I am confident that I would never step foot back in this place due to the sheer lack of of customer service. And obviously there is no leadership in this place. But at the end of the day it is a fleet farm and I have to lower my expectations

Updated review. If I could give 0 starts I would. The service is always slow and terrible. Also the cashiers dont have a clue what they are doing. I had a pointless argument about something that is and has never been a problem at any time in my life.Try training your employees!I thought since i hadnt been here in almost a year things would have gotten better. However it is still the same as ever. I wont be back again.

I only come here for the car washes

I have been going to this store for awhile and now will be going to a new gas station. Nothing is ordered and all they tell us is corporate does the ordering. Something is obvisiouly wrong with corporate if they cant do the job and order. You will end up loosing a lot of good customers.

I had 16 1/2 gallons worth of gas cans. I didnt overfilled them, but the pump read out 18.44 gallons. The manager insisted I pumped out 18.44 gallons. I told him I thats impossible because I didnt have the space in my cans. They kept insisting they have their pumps calibrated twice a year. The first 2 cans were a 6 gl. and a 5 gl. = 11 gl. At that point the meter already read 12.5 gl. I paid $6.38 more for the 2 gls. I didnt get at 3.19 gl. for non-ethanol gas.

I just went there and they were five people working and only one of them running a register the other four were trying to figure out a computer while I stood there with an arm full of ice in a line when one of them could have stopped to help and open it register. Very rarely do I have a positive experience going there

Stopped and got gas this evening and hit the button for regular unleaded. However, while I was pumping, I noticed that the light on the button for premium was on. I stopped the pump to go inside and let them know that the pump had done this and ask for a refund of the difference, but they refused to do anything about it. BE CAREFUL OF THEIR SCAMMY PUMPS!

They sell really good gas, easy and convenient place to shop

Stopped in for gas, several of the pumps had red out of order bags on them. The other 6 I tried to use had me swipe my card, said one moment please, then put up out of service on the screen. I tried going inside to ask if I could actually get gas at the gas station and the doors were locked. No one inside would look in the direction of the doors when I knocked. This was at 9:50 pm on a Friday night. Hours posted on the door said 6am-10pm. From now on Im going down Hadley to holiday and pay the extra penny per gallon to know that I can get gas at the gas station when I stop in, rather than having to hope they feel like selling it.

2 / $2 special on hot dogs and brats is always on. Usually the lowest price on most fuels, including non-oxygenated / no ethanol fuel.

Food/candy is always stale from this place and their car wash doesnt fully wash cars. Dont waste your money on the $10 car wash.

Friendly staff! But everytime I go in there there is 1 person working the register and like 3 or 4 employees just standing around its kinda annoying! And they never have full throttle energy drinks its always the black ones no blue!! If it sells out every week hello order more ugh!

12 cars waiting for Car Wash. Of the 4 Car washes there are only 2 Car washers open.
