My husband purchased a machine for me for my birthday. Mr Child’s was great! He took the time to explain the points for consideration of the table version vs the stand up cabinet, showed us the game content options, and helped us find just the right machine for us . This guy wanted us to be satisfied customers he was not just trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend this place

This place is THE BEST! It’s a trip back in time and it’s beautiful. It’s loaded with every arcade game and pinball machine you grew up playing or maybe just discovered. Robert (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could walk around that store for hours! The showroom is PACKED with arcade games and pinball machines, some of the newest on the market and some vintage ones, too! The showroom is set to free play so I tested out some Pac-man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable, they even showed me the inside of a pinball machine which was pretty cool! Great people, great atmosphere, lots of classic games for sale!

Absolutely amazing experience. From the minute I walked in, Robert (the owner) was about as friendly and accommodating as you could get. He told me to go ahead and try out any games for as long as I like. I told him what I was looking for (specifically Galaga) and he said hey had 3 options: Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga, a Cabinet with 60 games and a Commercial Cabinet with 60 games. I ended up going with the Commercial Cabinet with 60 games. Its a little more solid and the screen is at more of an angle like the original game. Its a few hundred dollars more but WELL worth it.I told him I was looking for the original Galaga stickers as well and he said had them and it wouldnt be a problem to put them on. I also told him I like the fire button (this cabinet comes with 3 buttons) to be on the far right and they re-programmed it.I ended up talking with Steven (the Genius that somehow knows how to program and fix all of the video and pinball games) for a while. I learned a lot and had a great conversation with him. If you ever go there, have him bring you to the back room so you can see just how complex a pinball machine is.Robert delivered my game the next day. I felt like a kid in a candy store when he started to unload it. He plugged it in and it started right up and Ive been playing it nonstop and couldnt be happier with my purchase.What makes the delivery even better is we started talking about Billy Mitchell (I was wearing my Donkey Kong shirt). Ive been a fan of Billy for a long time. He said hold on a second. He grabs his phone and calls Billy Mitchell and we start talking about Donkey Kong, Pac-Man and life in general. It was an unexpected, pleasant surprise and icing on the cake!The game comes with a 3 year warranty so I have that security of knowing its covered if anything should happen. Even after 3 years if something goes wrong, I wouldnt have anyone else work on it besides them.He also told me I can bring the kids by anytime to play any of the machines. Hes just a great guy and very trustworthy. Im saving up for my Black Knight Pinball and I wouldnt go anywhere else to buy it. Hes the kind of guy you WANT to do business with. About as genuine as they come.Ill be a loyal customer for life and I can guarantee if you meet him and do business with him, youll feel the same way.Thank you again for making this 50 year-old man feel like a teenager again!

This place is AMAZING! We purchased a Led Zeppelin Pinball Machine and couldnt be happier. Delivery was promot and profesdional. I read some other reviews and saw a couple of one star reviews. Personally i think they were in another store. Robert and his staff went above and beyond for us and took the time to explain the machine to us. Even upon delivery he was attentive to our questions. We highly recommend this business.

I love this place. I bought my Deadpool pinball here. Came with a one-year warranty. parts and labor included. Which over exceeds everyone else’s warranty system . Will gladly buy another pinball from here no problem

I did a reasonably complex deal with Rob, where I bought an awesome Twilight Zone that he had, and in return he consigned my fully restored Funhouse. I was nervous at first, having never done business in South Florida, but everything worked out soooo smoothly. Rob is so awesome and easy to deal with.

I loved their selection of pinball machines and arcade cabinets. They even had a hockey game and a Foosball game. Everything they had was in great working condition and if I were to buy a new game I would definitely make this my first stop.

I visited this place two times for Retro Arcade Night, because I wanted to meet Billy Mitchell. I saw him there and I played the games with my girlfriend. The games were in good condition and I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome customer service, helped me to fix my own pac-man machine over the phone flawlessly to get it working again after months of being out of service. If I were to ever buy any arcade machine I would definitely buy it from them.

I called Ft Lauderdale Pinball looking to buy a Miss Pacman for my brother who is ill and always wanted one. The owner and his staff are so professional and friendly! They just said walk in game room and try them all, after having a blast I bought the Table top multi game machine, and really wanted to get it to my brothers house today... they ended up making an acception and the driver Mathew loaded up the game and followed us home, unloaded, setup the game and took the time to teach us how to operate it. This place is AWESOME! The staff here knows everything there is to know about pinball machines and classic arcade games. The showroom in Oakland Park, FL has a huge selection of games to play and test out before you order, and if they dont have it in stock they can always get it for you. They also host Retro Arcade Game Night every few months that are always a good time! Overall an amazing place for any video game lover!

For anyone that is looking for outstanding classic original games or the newer style multicade style games, hands down i would recommend Rob Childs at Arcade Game Sales. From the time that i arrived at their game showroom and arcade in Fort Lauderdale i was impressed with the selection of different table tops and pinball machines. They actually even had a punching machine and several basketball shooting games to choose from as well. When I arrived, it was a no pressure all out gaming session as I was allowed to play and try out the games before buying.Since Ive been connected with them on Facebook I have received invitations to an awesome event they have, Arcade Game Night. Its every so often at their location and you can play unlimited classic games / etc. in an awesome setting with a really cool crowd. It was so much fun getting into a foosball battle with a bunch a bunch of passersby!I ended up buying a tabletop and a Galaga machine and i couldnt be happier. My Man Cave is now complete. If only i had enough room for a Basketball Shooter!
