This is such a horrible home depot with horrible staff, cashier was rude to me and when i asked to speak to manager he started arguing with me that the cashier was not being rude. Customer service is horrible. #1 should be making customers feel good and manager should have apologized and make it right instead of arguing. Horrible horrible customer service!!

Terribly disappointed with Home Depot. Purchased a washer and dryer 8/29 in store.Supposed to be delivered 9/10. Took the day off and waited for appliances. Never delivered. Called Home Depot and was told a glitch had cancelled the order. Was told by a customer service agent to purchase another set and get a new delivery date. Didn’t like the smell of this one. Buy another set so $3000 to Home Depot and wait for refund on the first set,no thank you Please refund my money and we will look elsewhere. Still have not received my refund currently 9/30..We want our refund!
Dont really like going to Home Depot, always wait putting it off and looking to see if can shop elsewhere. Sure the store may have everything, but YOU CANT FIND HELP anywhere in the store, and walking around in circles, aisle to aisle for a rep is not my idea of a good time! Not worth my time, more frustrating than anything.
Clean store. One staff was not that friendly in aiding to find exactly where a certain product was found, despite me forming her I had checked that particular lane already. Another staff assisted me in finding the product. Despite, this experience overall this store has always been a great store to shop with a friendly staff.
This is one of my favorite Home Depot locations. Parking is easy, they have everything, and the staff are very helpful.
Go to the Home Depot on Sunrise Blvd. instead. The difference is night and day. Every single worker on the floor ignored me. When I’d walk up to them they’d turn their back to me. And, they were not busy. They were sitting or gathered with each other just hanging out. I had to interrupt two of them and ask who I could get help from. The young guy says, “Well, it depends on your question.” I asked where two items are and he was vague and didn’t know and didn’t bother to show me where or look it up. So, I left them my cart of things and walked out. I went to the location on Sunrise Blvd. and the people were way more pleasant, a worker asked me if I needed help with anything, and the place was organized, well stocked, so I found everything I needed. This place needs new management and a whole new crew. It makes me feel sorry for good people out of work after seeing such lazy arrogant people getting paid for doing nothing.
Had what i needed, had some help and that was nice, line was long but it went fast!

I went to customer service today. This heavy set women sitting down, was rude and nasty to me. She just brushed me off. The other employee apologize for her. That doesnt make thing rite. If u dont know the answer dont assume, send me or call someone that does. 😡
I went a couple weeks ago to look for plants and some other storage solutions for my apartment. The staff were all friendly and helpful.I specifically had interactions with Sid in the garden department. He took time to answer my questions and help me find what I was looking for. He offered to load the heavy and bulky items (bags of soil) into my cart and made recommendations for proper care of the plants. He really made it an excellent experience! Also, to the managers, since he was so engaging I have to admit that though I did not feel pressured in any way, I made more purchases than I originally planned ;) Thanks so much for the great experience Sid!!
Id rather come here than another location (competitor) nearby. Theyre more willing to help here and answer any questions I may have. Its always busy but youll be in and out quickly.

We went here to store #249 to get a blackout shade because the sunrise locations shade cutter was broken.We got some help to cut the shade. there was an upside down sign that said broken behind that cutting machine as well. The woman told me that it might be broken. Then she asked for the measurements. I gave them to her, from the outsides of the plastic caps. I also had the tip sizes and the cloth measurements but I didnt get a chance to give them to her. She said that she couldnt work with that, that it had to be cloth to cloth or something else fast and walked away.We got the store manager (Ignacio?), told him that she had been rude and that we actually had all of the measurements for the shade. We went back there. I told them that I had a cloth measurement. He started going on about how that might not be the best way to measure, that we should measure the window length, and on... I told him that if my measurement was off that I was not going to return it anyway. We gave them the cloth measurement (the same woman was in the aisle when we returned) and my husband expressed that he didnt like the way that I was treated. An argument ensued, she maintained that she did not walk away from me. The chaos was too much and we left disgusted. Lowes is down the street :)

This five-star review goes to Will, the assistant manager, who went over and above to locate the interior doors that we were looking for and even came out to our vehicle while we were loading to let us know that he continued to look and located the last remaining door we needed. He saved us the time and effort it was going to take in tracking down this last remaining door. Outstanding service from this gentleman!
If youre inclined to steal from a store, this is the one to go to. There are no cashiers to ring up sales. The only human in the main part of the store that works a register is the return department and they dont check you out. No one is watching the customers as they self-checkout and no one checks their receipt when they leave the store. If I was inclined to do so I could have rung up a couple items and walked out of the store with everything else. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. In addition the self checkout counter gun that is used to ring up the items is handled by every customer that goes through the place. During this pandemic I dont find this to be very sanitary or safe for the customers. Now home Depot has the customers doing the work of the cashiers so they dont have to pay a person to do the job. With all the labor theyre saving they should be passing that savings onto the customer. I dont see the prices dropping.

I required a receipt for the warranty on a purchase on HD credit card @ another location 51 weeks ago. Within 1 minute I had it.

This is a large place with a good selection. In typical Home Depot fashion the staff is helpful, and I found that they will go out of their way to answer a question they dont know the immediate answer too. I dealt with a gentleman in the paint department, and he had real-world experience with the question I asked and solved my problem without a second thought. I love that.

I needed 25 bags of lava rock and the guys in the garden dept were great! They used the forklift to bring the whole pallet to the register and they had me bring up my can and loaded the bags right in the back! Great customer service!

The layout of the store is somewhat interesting, definitely been at better laid out stores or competitors. Having said that, Ive never not found what I was looking for whenever I come in to shop. The self checkout cashiers are my usual option, but they also have cashiers a at checkout ready to serve the public
The customer service is normally friendly. They point in the right direction. If you look lost they will ask you if you need help. Also theyre quick to respond.

Sigh. I said I’d avoid this Home Depot, but I tried it once again. This is probably one of the most unhelpful or inconsiderate paint departments in the country. I cannot imagine it’s easy helping customers purchase paint on a weekend. However, I hate being made to feel like a nuisance for getting a gallon of neutral paint tinted and shaken is as much work as asking for a donor kidney. I’m really sorry I’m asking you to perform your work task. I’ll be going to Sherwin Williams from now on. It less than a mile away. Additionally, I asked for help buying a ball for my trailer hitch that I saw on Home Depot on line. Per the worker in the aisle 14-you should know more about it than me. Seriously, horrible horrible customer service.

Its Home Depot. But dont trust the website for the location of anything in the store. They have moved everything to different locations. If they are going to tell you the location online, the should have the courtesy to keep it up-to-date.
Pretty typical Home Depot, friendly staff, store layout is what you would expect. Decent plant/garden area. Easy to get in/out of the parking lot, theres usually a good vendor out front, and at the lot entrance theres no shortage of workers seeking cash jobs in the mornings.
When we have any Questions about any products sold in Home Depot. The Home Depot staff is very knowledgeable in all products that they carry.
Very good experience during these covid times. Had all I needed and glad to see garden section very well stocked with vegetables since now is the start of the growing season in South Florida. Previously had been Christmas items taking over. Thank you.

Cant get any help no matter what u ask. People seemed to hate customers. Out of stock on 20% of what I wanted and they continue to raise prices on everything on top of it. Monopolies hurt us all.

Horrible customer service and very unfriendly. I asked for a manager they never showed waited over 30 mins and couldn’t be bothered.
I bought a dishwasher online in December and paid $150 for installation. When they delivered the dishwasher they said I had not paid for installation and left my new dishwasher in the garage. I’ve been calling the delivery 800 number since December with no luck and today called the Oakland Park store 6 different times asking for a manager and was always transferred to a department that had no idea what I was talking about. The appliance department told me that I had to come in to the store physically to show them my receipt for either a refund or to schedule an installation. Really? Why is it that none of your people can direct me on the phone to a manager? The receipt names Mauricio Jimenez is the store manager. Mauricio I hope you’re reading this because you’re employees are simply awful on the phone! Now how do I get my $150 back if you’re not going to come install my dishwasher?

The HD here has always been a good resource for just about any home improvement project. The front sales team are attentive and helpful, while the associates throughout the store are knowledgeable but sometimes difficult to find. Better lighting and decor selections can be found at Lowes

Terrible branch! Many order mistake for my kitchen remodel. Extreme delays! Placed orders had been sitting there, delivered to the store for at least a week, before anyone contacted me for my delivery. Customer service mixed up and gave me incorrect order numbers. Consistently up-charging for things that were clearly in the original design. Cabinets arrived completely misaligned. Etc. my project has been delayed a good two months due to their mistakes and inefficiency. Go somewhere else!!
