My experience at Central Collision Services was a great one. Manny was professional, communicative, and provided excellent service. My car looks amazing and I would highly recommend him. The price was also reasonable considering the amount of work done and parts that were hard to obtain. Hopefully I wont need to return to fix more body damage but if I have a need I know where to go.

I had front damage to my Cadillac due to an accident and Manny took my baby and made it look brand new! Made sure to use original parts and really took in my car and treated it as his own and went above and beyond! The customer service really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Apart from my mechanic Paul from Volvostop, I can add another person I can trust wholeheartedly with my vehicle. Because of mishaps with the suppliers my insurance company recommended, it took almost two weeks but everyday, Manny was more than punctual on giving me every single little update on my vehicle. Because of how it appears on the outside, to me it didnt seem to be any trouble in applying a new paint coat to it but because Manny is detail oriented, his assessment showed that the bumper from the inside was far worse than it actually looked. He and his team are very professional and with the amount of mishaps with the insurance company and suppliers, again, on their end, Manny remained respectful and obliging to all of my needs, taking the time to speak to multiple insurance agents to assure a smooth process for me. South Florida needs more hard working yet respectful in any situation, individuals such as Manny and his team! I had an excellent experience at this body shop - it came highly recommended and they did not let me down. They kept me fully informed on the progress, they worked very well with the insurance company making sure that I got the best materials and last but not least they did a beautiful job. Communication was on point, I received updates on my car before I even had to ask. The work that was done on my car was top of the line. Manny understood that I was in a tough situation with timing and took my needs into consideration. He was able to have my car back to me within my timeline, but didn’t compromise any quality on the work done to my vehicle. My expectations were exceeded to say the least.
