AC was working one minute & not the next. Made a quick inquiry on local Audi group and 4 Rings was recommended. I called, they had the car in and out within an hour. Quick fix on the AC. Theyll have the car back for a TPMS error code diagnosis tomorrow. I feel comfortable with them for repeat business and fair pricing.

I know my car and the sounds it makes and knew I had a problem. The dealer diagnosed it as needing new engine mounts and gave me an outrageous price to repair it. I went to a european shop near me and the mechanic said he’s have to look at at it and leave the car for a day. No thanks. I went to Stan who came out, heard the sound and immediately told me the issue on the spot. That is the sign of a great mechanic! And his price was fair and far below the dealer. He earned my business and more importantly my trust. I will not go anywhere else.

I was referred to 4 Rings by another business in the area that was working on our Sprinter. That mechanic had only good things to say about the guys at $ Rings. I took my wifes BMW in for service and the guys were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and timely in their service. They were also honest about the things that we will have to repair in the future and didnt push for the upsell, which I have come to expect at other mechanic shops, especially at dealerships. We will be back and would definitely recommend 4 Rings to anybody that owns a European car.

It was a relief to be referred this honest shop in South Florida. I made an appointment for an oil change and brake service. While there the sharp employee notice another issue, which if not remedied, would have been a much more serious issue. They took the time to show, explain, present a solution, and intelligently/professionally answer my questions. Although the shop is on the opposite end of the county from my home, I will be going back to have my car serviced in the future.

I brought my 2008 128i here because it was leaking coolant. I got a quote from the local Midas for $1,200, said I needed a new radiator because the nipple was leaking. Brought it here for a second look, 2 hours and $250 later I drove off with a new radiator hose and the car stopped leaking.Straight forward stand up guys, they were doing maintenance on an R8 and a M5 series, they work on higher performance vehicles as well

I was completely won over by every aspect of my visit to Four Rings. I have been generally disappointed in the local Porsche dealership for service work and sought an alternative. Four Rings was on time, the facility was immaculate, Nick and Stan were professional as well as knowledgeable and well organized. I will not only be back, I will sing their praises to anyone with a European car who is looking for top-notched service.

I used them for an oil change on my commercial vehicle. Perfect. However, I have a collector car. The head gasket blew out on it.The car is 50 years old, so no surprise. The leakage under the gasket had been ongoing for many years, and the block needed maintenance.The engine was rebuilt beautifully, the transmission trimmed up. Much more. The car runs like the proverbial top. I am enthusiastic about Four Rings and recommend them highly. Important to know; they are excruciatingly honest. Until it hurts.

This was my first time using 4 Rings to work on my Jaguar XKR-S. Stan & Nick impressed me with their intimate knowledge of my auto. They gave me an appointment that coincided with when the parts would arrive and went to work on it immediately. Received the Jag back promptly and at the estimated cost. They even went over and above by noticing my hood was a smidge out of alignment and the latch wasnt 100%. No extra charge! This kind of service has me now taking all my vehicles there.

Excellent Audi repair spot... really great staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, and they really take the time for the customer, which is apparently a dying art (or whatever youd like to call it), as Ive felt rushed by the techs at all the previous garages Ive tried in SoFlo. Other places are too backed up, and just try to get you out the door ASAP to pull the next car in. These guys, however, walked me around the car, showed me the repairs, pointed things out, and showed me what my $$ went into... Really great experience! And pricing is fair. Not low, but not super high either. Seems just plain fair. So, definitely recommended!

This is Chris i brought my BMW in because i was advised that i needed a new lower control arm which is a costly repair after speaking Stan & Nick i left my vehicle there upon picking up my car not only was i informed that i didnt need a new lower arm but it was a easy fix that cost less than $50.00 !!! plus told me everything that was wrong with my car that type or HONESTY from mechanics are extremely RARE my overall experience with 4 Rings is the reason they are now at the top of my list of mechanic shops that are NOT out to lure you in and sneak attack you with unnecessary out of pocket expenses this place is class personified and have respectfully earned all my business from now on..👍

After hearing reports from friends and neighbors about the terrific maintainace and repair work at 4 Rings, I took my 2006 Audi A4 convertible in for service. This was an excellent decision. My 13-year old vehicle has just 35K miles which is reflective of the limited use it receives. My previous mechanic could fix a problem but did not have the expertise that Stan (the owner) has for maintaining an Audi. After completing the oil and filter change, he called with recommendations that included new spark plugs and replacing the timing belt. Both were long overdue for my car and I authorized the work. The price quoted by Stan was exactly the final billing and when I searched the cost for these procedures at a dealership I realized that I saved a bucket on money.My car is not worth much for resale but has a lot of sentimental attachment. Knowing that 4 Rings is just a few miles away has provided me with the confidence to maintain and continue to enjoy the top down experience.Less than a week later, I experience a problem with electrical operation of the top. Unannounced, I stop by to ask Stan if he does this type of work expecting to get a referral. A few minutes later I was diving away with the problem resolved. The fact that Stan is an honest and all around nice guy helps instill confidence as does the fact that he stands behind his work.

After receiving a quote for repair work from BMW’s service center on my car, I decided to seek a second opinion from Prestige European, as I had received their flyer in the mail. Although hesitant at first, since I’ve always only serviced my vehicle at the dealership, I’m so glad that I did. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I called late Friday afternoon, and I was promptly set up with an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 am. Everyone was extremely helpful and up front with me. It turns out that I didn’t need all the repairs I was quoted at BMW. My car was ready by 11:00 am the same day, and it cost much less than I had anticipated. I will definitely be bringing my car there from now on, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

As a long time customer of PAS European, I had the pleasure of meeting the new staff today when I scheduled a routine oil change. They are continuing the tradition of great service combined with honest suggestions regarding any additional maintenance. In addition, it was convenient to have everything documented by email before work began. I will miss Doug and Jeff, but these guys do not disappoint!

Armando and the Prestige European Auto Service team were very professional and courteous. I have an older model Mercedes that needed substantial cooling systems repairs. With the engine disassembled they discovered an additional issue which was also repaired to prevent another future problem. While the repair did take a couple of days, the reality is that I saved over a thousand dollars from repairs at the dealership. I took my Mercedes into PAS, when i arrived i quickly learned that this shop is under new ownership. I noticed they have cleaned the place up a lot and are currently working on more improvements. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I received my vehicle back in a timely manner and i was surprised to see they even cleaned it as a courtesy.. I will be using them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone else was closed on a Saturday except for these guys. Not only were they open, they took care of me and fixed my problem the same day. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for future service and highly recommend it for anyone else.

I would recommend Doug to anyone. He is more than fair with pricing and he knows his trade. He is an honest mechanic and Im glad I took my 330i to him. Dont hesitate to call, youll be glad you did!Update: Didnt have a chance to review after my most recent visit. Doug is not the owner anymore. I would not recommend as I was overcharged by new manager. A few days after the visit, I had an issue stemming from the so called repair. Wont bring it back as I would be afraid of having further issues.

I had put a good review before because they did good, precise, detail oriented emergency work without knowing me and at short notice. Their hourly rate is too high ($150/hr).This is some kind of scam because then, when you complain, they offer you Uber rides. Also, there is only ever one mechanic working with one running the shop--so why is the cost so high? As a woman, its very typical Florida immature, disrespectful, insulting, rude treatment with them insulting you, implying things, and calling you names without caring if you can hear them. When I was there before I heard the manager mouthing off about me after he had left me in the office and not resolved or attempted to resolve the very serious situation of a chronically dead battery. On a 34 year old car, it doesnt really make sense to spend $600+ on every repair. I have been trying to resolve a problem with the battery and alternator in an older Diesel Mercedes for several weeks now. The manager had the nerve to throw out some ridiculous amount of $550 for the alternator (so typical of FL, instead of being reasonable and fair they try to figure out if youre Jewish or not and start fights with you) all because he gave me a break of installing a power steering belt for $80 (20 minute job). Its really sad and unprofessional. When I went by today to bring my brand new alternator (Bosch $221) and battery (Interstate $172) another guy said to some other customer, Shes ugly. who I guess was inquiring about me. How would you feel if you had just driven from Palm Beach County in a 1984 Diesel Mercedes with no A/C? Just rude, insecure, and chauvinistic. Its not okay or acceptable to take your insecurity out on me. Im supposed to be a model, by the way.

Most BMW owners are maticulous individuals with high standards and this shop really delivers for people like us.The staff is fantastic especially the shop manager (Armondo) as well as the highly trained mechanics. Prices are reasonable, quality of work and attention to details are exceptional. I also really appreciated the owner (Eric) sense of quality control as he check with me on numerous occasions at the end of my repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.Again this is a Great repair shop and I’d highly recommend it!!!!

Four stars for the delay. Two weeks for the repair of convertible roof in Mercedes SLK 280. Otherwise price was fair and manager courteous and professional. The roof is sliding again!!!

After a late afternoon alternator failure on my 2005 BMW 545i far away from my home in North Miami Beach, I was fortunate to find Prestige Auto service on a Google search... their reviews were very good and one of their locations was just a few miles from my dissable car. I called Armando and he was so professional from the moment he answer my call... he arranged a flatbed tow truck with the nicest driver I have ever had the pleasure to deal with; he arrived and took my car in less than 45 minutes for the time I called prestige. (my “own road side assistance”service had told me thy it would take at least 2 -3 hrs to get to my car)Once Armando received and diagnosed the problem he sent me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs follewed by a phone call explaining every detail. Once I said yes the car was ready within 24hrsThe best service outside the BMW dealership for almost 1/2 the price and in much less time. So happy that I have gone back twice alread for othe minor maintenance issues that came up on their original diagnosis. Im happy to drive over 20 miles to his shop since I know the work gets done fast and efficiently with a 2 year or 24,000 mls warrantySimply the best BMW service place I ever know
