Absolutely loved the customer service from Andres and the arrangements. At first I was concerned because I was placing an order for next day delivery - for Bosss Day! So, I needed this delivery and arrangement to be FABULOUS, and they did not disappoint. They helped me over the phone make my selection and confirm my order. They also sent confirmation texts once items were delivered. This was my first time using them, but it will certainly not be my last. My bosses were extremely happy with the balloon arrangements!!!
I ordered an arrangement of balloons to cheer up a friend and it worked. The balloons were perfectly delivered and my friend was totally happy and surprised. I love that they last so much longer than a bouquet of flowers.

The balloon arrangement we ordered was more than spectacular and set the precedent for the birthday girls entire weekend. The arrangement was delivered on time and set up in our hotel room. It definitely makes a mega statement and is just really super unique and fun. It also created endless photo opps throughout the entire weekend. I am SOOO happy I went with this eyepopping entertaining arrangement over the plain latex balloons I had originally planned to order. Just go for it! You will LOVE it!

The balloons were beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website. The recipient really enjoyed them. They attempted delivery before calling the recipient, so no one was home when they got there, but they were able to come back at a later time when someone was home to receive them.

My mom celebrated her 60th birthday in Ft. Lauderdale. My sisters and I were unable to travel due to Covid-19 and wanted to surprise her with balloons when she checked into her hotel room. The balloon arrangement arrived before my moms early check in (as requested) and found itself to my moms hotel room even though I put her name on the delivery and her hotel room was under her boyfriends name. the balloons were perfect! I ordered a delivery at 9:30 PM to be delivered the next day, and they made it happen! I paid online very easily, but didn’t see where to enter the delivery details. I made a phone call, and to my surprise, they answered. I emailed the details of my delivery. It was delivered promptly the next day and they sent me a photo when it was delivered. The delivery wasn’t exactly like the photo that I expected, but I asked why and they gave me a valid explanation. In the end, everyone was amazed and this unique delivery and I was thrilled with the quick turn around time, excellent communication, and very reasonable prices. I ordered ballon columns for my MOL’s 70th birthday. I placed the order about 1 1/2 weeks before the party. Andrey was great at informing me about the colors that work best in the heat, installation, all of the charges, etc. On the day of the party the balloons were delivered on time, and installed in a timely fashion. I would without a doubt use this company again. In a world where businesses can be so slack, it is nice to know that there are some that still do things right.
