The nicest and most helpful balloon guy in Broward county. Somehow got 51 balloons into my Kia forte. Then gave me some extra that fit into the trunk.

I was a little surprised that they were not fully stocked on Halloween decorations . I wish they had more unique decorations, like maybe vintage, but i guess party supply stores just have generic that appeals to the masses

This is a shout out to Dustin the manager and his entire team working these pass Saturday. Especially the gentleman who assisted with my balloons. I truly wish I could remember hes name (wears glasses) but everyone here was simply fantastic with assisting me with my coupon and my last minute balloons the service I received here on a busy Saturday morning was fantastic, thank you so much for being pleasant during such a difficult time where lots of business are lacking customer service. Im glad to see customer service its still in effect keep up the amazing work. Thank you again

Awesome service! I bought a baby girl bouquet and shortly after I tied it up it blew away! I called the store to reorder and they told they would remake and they would have it ready shortly. Thr manager, John, was so understanding and he refused to take money for the reorder.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I was racially profiled by an unpleasant team member, Emily and a short and overweight manager. I believe his name is Gus. Its very convenient and easy to mistreat black consumers at this location. I will be moving forward with my complaints to higher up.

Worst place to ask for help. All the staff needs to be retrained in customer service if they already had one, but looks like they havent.

Just left Party City, tried to buy some Halloween gear for the season. My elderly, disabled mother was pushed down in the store by a group of young girls who told her get out of the way, Karen. The staff in the store were unconcerned about the actions of the young girls, and kicked my mother out of the store. A manager was unavailable for discussion with me or my sister to resolve the issue, and we left unable to make our purchases.

Ordered on line for a next day delivery. Charged my card. NO delivery. Called to find out, and can not find my order. Say the charge is a PENDING. They will do NOTHING.

Plenty of party supplies to choose from, some stuff a little scarse but otherwise well stocked and Plenty of stuff to choose from for your party needs

They really dont have much in stock at the store and the employees asked if I needed help finding anything I looked around and really there was hardly anything left to purchase

Lots of party stuff reasonably priced.

They are always out of stock of everything. It takes forever to check out, they need more employees. Plan on waiting 30-40 minutes to check out. We feel bad for the manager, who on two occasions has told his employees to do something, and they just stand around and do nothing.

The store (Oakland Park, fl)i went to was very crowded with people buying last minute costumes, the employees did nothing to enforce social distancing and allowed people to shop without wearing a mask. I will no longer shop in store again and dont recommend anyone that is high risk to shop their either.

I am giving this store a 5 however due to the pandemic there is not a good flow of traffic in the store,inside is very confusing. Employees are good and the managers are on the register and helping the customer however its frustrating for me as a customer so I can imagine what the employees are going through.

There was a little bit of a wait in line my cashiers name was Sabrina. Believe me when I tell you that Sabrina went far above and beyond customer service. The weather was terrible The day I stopped in. Her helpfulness and courtesy had a profound effect on me that I will not soon forget.

This party city always lets me down. With pick up and everything, the manager just doesn’t care about customers at all

They need to better staff the floor. You can walk around and either not see any employees, or they run from you. Not a bad selection, but a bit over-priced.

Let’s be honest, most of the people complaining about bad service are simply ignorant to the fact that helium is a natural resource thus the employees have no control over something that is not man made. Planning parties can be very stressful and poor time management skills is in all honesty a fault on your part. Walking in and demanding that you come first when there is a line of customers waiting for balloons is really selfish and puts everyone in an awkward position. Verbally abusing employees of an establishment because you’re having a veruca salt moment (Charlie and the chocolate factory reference) is unacceptable.

This has always been my go-to party city because of the selection. But recently we got to deal with Sheereen who is the in store party planner and she was amazing! Her and the manager helped us out so much and gave us so many ideas to work with. They went out of their way to find stuff for us and help us with things we couldnt find.

A big store witha huge selection, but not a very good service.

I enjoy grabbing items from this location because it is always clean and staff is knowledgeable.

This location is a decent size with a wide variety of party supplies for all ages. They offer a great variety of balloons, but often run short of helium, so be sure to check ahead of time!

The place is like a flea market but the staff is very helpful. most of the products are cheap and run down but if thats what youre looking for this is the place to buy it.

They have very good stuff for parties and weddings candies you name it its always a little bit pricey and the staff sometimes seems like they cannot give a s*** that youre there! but its a good place to find party stuff.

This location really needs to get their things together. Ive tried to get some balloons inflated 3 times and they have no helium.Everytime we tried to get the order to inflate the balloons, theyll tell us something different, from we dont have helium, or you can order it, but if we run out of helium well call you so you can take them to other location, bring them the night before the event (of course when we brought the balloons they said they couldnt do it because they had just enough helium for the pre-ordered balloons), etc.When asked about why all the craziness, they all blame the manager.Just go to the Davie location, they were great.

Great selection of party favors. Disappointed that a certain section for a party theme I was going to have was removed to accommodate Halloween.

I was SO embarrassed here today. I arrived with a bag. I understand theft is high and you have to watch people. However to constantly follow people, staring at them and in their cart and not once ask to help when the person is clearly looking for something is a digusting way to operate a store.
