I had the best experience at this store. Kevin was my sales associate and he made the process super easy for us. I transferred from sprint and upgraded my phone. We added my husband to my account from ATT and upgraded his phone. Kevin was fabulous at making sure we were working and happy with our service. The store was the most staffed phone retailer i have ever seen and everyone was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Went to switch my sevond phone the day after i switched my first one.... they said no possible..needs at list 24hours.I had to go back at store in pompano to do that right the way!Management needs to train better the toll guy was there yesterday at 12pm...or send him to the store on n. As a former CVS District Manager and Ebike Regional Manager customer service and a customers value is paramount. Gerald at t-mobile871 E Commercial Blvd, Oakland Park, FL 33334Was the most unprofessional team member that had lack of etiquette. He was letting me and my fiance know that the Store has no Manager just an ASM, no DM because of his personal issues, no Regional but would take my name to the FSO. My fiance and I just upgraded to the S20 and Stylo 6. We have 5 lines. When we upgraded she was sold a screen less than a month ago a different team member at a different store suggested that versus the otterbox. So we took it. It cracked. Today we just wanted a new glass at thia different Tmobile store. Gerald was pushing warranty going through manufacturer instead of taking care of a customer issue in 5 minutes. He spoke to Maria and she kept shaking her head no. I repeatedly asked for the ASM and he stated that he was on a call and would most likely not help me. He then stated He could help me if he wanted to but chose not to.Completely unacceptable. This should be a documented coaching moment as this team member doesnt model a Tmobile culture and values. Please review DVR to view this horrible experience.The ending, he LIED to us and stated to return to the original store where the glass will be replaced.For a store employee he should have Never said I would help you, but I just dont feel like it!

I walked into the store on a Sunday right before closing and was immediately greeted by Will and Angela. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and most of all so willing to help me in my dire situation. I had dropped my phone earlier that day and although it was on, it had the black screen of death, so it was pretty much done :(I didnt plan on this extra expense and shared that with Will and Angela. They didnt judge me or give me less attention because I wasnt going to make that big $$$ purchase that day, instead I was met with compassion and understanding! They both took their time and helped find the best solution for me. I never felt rushed or pressured, they presented several options, ALWAYS having my best interest in mind considering my financial situation at the moment. It was by far the best experience I have had at T Mobile. I work in customer service and I know what to look for. The store was spotless, shiny floors, no dirt anywhere, no clutter, the entire team was well dressed in their T Mobile shirts, jeans and clean shoes ( yes that matters). The service was customer focused, I truly felt like I was the only customer in the store at the time, although I knew several other customers were there also. Will and Angela were so kind, and worked hard to help me. This is an outstanding team and store. I truly invite everyone to go in and see for themselves. I never write reviews but after this experience, people need to know about this store. Top notch customer service, impeccably clean and organized with a team guided by a customer first approach makes for winning combination.-Fan for life :)

I always have a great experience in most T-Mobile stores, but more specifically when I see Andrea. She has always taken such good care of me when she worked closer to my house, and I was so happy to see her here at this location when we had to come in for some upgrades. The store was close to closing and she never missed a beat, took the time to make sure my mom got exactly what she wanted and had all of her data transfered the new phone so she was 100% good to go by the time we left. I suggest making the trip to this location if you want the best service and to have some fun while youre at it. Thanks Andrea!

I love my new LG V40 and had the best phone shopping experience with Kevin.He was incredibly patient with me, Im super indecisive and he took the time to explain the differences between each phone I had a question on.... All in all a two or three day process deciding what phone I wanted. The store didnt have my original phone I wanted and he even offered to go pick it up from another store for me.Ive returned to him for any question I have..Probably the most helpful person Ive ever worked with at a phone store.If you come here ask for Kevin, hes the best !

This particular location of T-Mobile has very poor service. I walked in and was greeted by two store employees talking to each other. Asked for assistance changing my prepaid plan. They informed me first that I was going to have to call the hotline for help(this was not true). Told them the Coral springs store was going to help me but I came in during closing. He promptly told me that I can just go to that store. Asking again landed me with the manager who basically did a giant beat around the bush and told me that she could help me, but that I would likely lose my current phone number. After this poor experience I drove to the T-Mobile store in Coral springs and they were able to assist me within 15 minutes.Take your business elsewhere.

The staff is really pushy and make false promises. I was planning on buying the new iPad Pro, but they didn’t have the size or memory that I wanted. So I wanted to wait and see my options somewhere else . The employee that helped me, she was really pushy and insistent that I order with her online . I let her know that I don’t like waiting that long for it to be delivered. She promised that she will do a one day delivery and wave the fee so I can get it the next day . Mind you, the next day is today, Sunday . I already have common sense and know there is no delivery service available on Sundays. That is why I triple check with her if she is sure I will get it by the next day, and she was 100% confident that I will so I trusted her . Here we are Sunday and the device haven’t even been shipped, let alone delivered . So I call the store. But basically they blamed me and said I should have known there is no delivery on Sunday . I let them know that I’m already aware but your employee was 100% and o thought she knows something that I don’t . Anyways, I don’t know if the employees get commission for making sales or not . But making false promises and lying will not get you anywhere .

Bought a couple of apple watches, which they said you can return at any location within 14 days. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep the second one but since they had a 14 day grace period for returns I decided to buy it and return it if I need too within the grace period. I went back to return one of them at a closer location to where I live and they said there is a 75 dollar restocking fee. I told them I was informed I could return it but they did not mention any restocking fee. They said to take it to the original store and since they did not tell you about the restocking fee they can wave it, so I took it to the original store and they still charged me the restocking fee although I insisted this should be mentioned at the time of purchase. With that said I will never by any devise from any retailer that is going to charge me to return it, that is ridiculous and everyone should be aware of that and informed at the time of purchase so they can decide wether to buy it at T-Mobile or go elsewhere. The watch was never even taken out of the box. I was also trying to get a phone for the last line I added with no help as they are saying I have no credit left on the account but you can call customer service they might be able to assist. And as usual you call customer service and go through loopholes with there so called team of experts with no help. I am having other issues with T-Mobile not specifically with this location but there terrible service all over so I am glad to say after being there customer for almost 10 years I am switching service.

This is by far the worse store for customers, I was there last night with the intention of purchasing one of the new Samsung phones.When I asked for the differences between them the employees response was the price, to which I responded obviously the price, but what does each one offer so I know the right one for me? After giving me a blank stare, another employee walked over and pointed in the direction of the phones, my wife and I looked at each one, and decided which one to take. The second gentleman wasnt much more helpful than the first, he even sold the phone with no insurance after I specified from the start that I was getting the 360 insurance, (which I have on my second device) it was more of rushing me out of the door. Unfortunately at the moment I dont have a vehicle otherwise Id go somewhere else next day, but this is my local store. I dont recommend this store to anyone.

A1 service. I went to this store about 5pm and the representative Will was with me for almost two hours doing things he didnt even have to since I told him what I went through. But he said I will make sure you are good by the time you leave her . This is exceptional service!! I had a personal account for 9 years and decided to switch it to my business name, I called customer service and they changed up on me twice and lastly told me to go the store and figured it out. Thanks the God almighty I ran into Will and he helped me get it all done like he promised because if not I was going to be a customer leaving tmobile for good. When you go to this store ask for Will he is really an asset to tmobile. Do not call customer care they are lost God knows where.

Nice T-Mobile store with a friendly staff.This is a small store, but the staff is very helpful, able to answer questions not just about T-Mobile plans, but about the various phones available also. They have a nice selection of devices, including phones, tables and smart watches, plus headsets and cases.In the South Florida area, T-Mobile probably offers the fastest service, based on my experience.

Dont bother calling this store if you have a question because they never answer the phone! Customer service here is a hit or miss. Sometimes youll get a rep who is friendly and polite and actually knowledgeable of what theyre doing, other times youll come across one who doesnt have a clue as to what theyre doing and leave you to figure it out on your own including the manager! I waited (in the store) for my phone to be fixed for 2 hours. I was told to give them more time so I left and went home for 5 hours. When I came back I was told to come back the next day because by then it will hopefully be resolved. When I explained my dilemma to one of the associates, he actually laughed and said sorry, I have no control over your issue. Its now 3 days later and I still have not received a call back as promised. Luckily I called customer service and they were actually able to help me. NEVER again to this store.

If i could i would give this store ZERO stars!! These people were VERY disrespectful, i will NEVER return. I waited over 2 hours (along with multiple people), left twice, & came back. When the manager (Nick S.) Finally Came in he was even worst than the two women working. He raised his voice & told me to leave the store when all i did was ask him for his name. When you first walk in they are quick to ask you what it is you going to need but if you are not there to buy something they really give a a *#@* about you. I said I was there to pay my cell phone bill (which I was) but after 45 minutes of waiting while both employees were still dealing with the same 2 customers they were when I first walked in, they then took a customer who arrived about 20 minutes after I did because this person was buying a phone case and the employee wanted the $5 commission from the sale.. Im sure if I had mentioned I was planning on buying a new phone too they would have taken me sooner but I didnt so I got pushed to the back and ended up leaving without even paying my cell phone bill. There was another customer who walked out 5 minutes before I did for the same reason... I guess the employees do what they want at night since there is no manager..... They need to tighten up with the B.S. because they are loosing customers daily... Hands down the BEST customer service experience EVER!!! I have been debating over the last few weeks leaving VZW. My phone bill usually is over $700 a month since I travel out of the country weeks at a time for work and leisure. I had spoken with VZW to try and help out my situation and they dismissed everything I had said and asked and said to deal with the TravelPass or find a better option. SO I DID! When I walked into the store I was greeted by Andrea and Angela. Both excellent and compassionate people and employees at T-Mobile. Andrea heard my story and said Dont worry I am going to help you out and youre going to love T-Mobile. So she did EVERYTHING. I had 3 phone lines with VZW. She was able to assist with my phone since it was the only one I had with me as I left my watch at home and my mother has the other line. So she set me up for success, gave me the SIM cards needed and said I am going to take pictures of everything and here is my number if you have any questions or just need me to help you set it up call or text me, or feel free to come back to the store at any time. EXCEPTION AND ABOVE AND BEYOND. Over the course of two days she was able to assist me with setting everything up and making sure my #GetOutTheRed promotion was handled and submitted. I am SO GRATEFUL to have gone to that location and have Andrea assist me. By far the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. She is compassionate, loves her company and wants to make sure that everything she does to help exceeds all expectations. ANDREA THANK YOU! I appreciate all of your help. T-Mobile is very lucky to have you working for them and I will bring all my friends over from VZW to you so you can help them out also.

I went in today. They are in the middle of a big renovation, which I understand. I wait for 30 minutes while most of the staff just pace around (all but one computer is running), there is nothing for them to do.So someone comes over to ask why Im there. I only need a SIM card to be cut smaller for my new phone. He says OK and goes on to the next person.Finally someone talks to me. Yea, I dont know where the cutter is and a new one is $20 bucksHere is the problem. If youve ever been a manager, you would know that you would first speak with customers to see what you can or cannot do without a functioning store. Manage expectations and timing. Secondly, you shouldnt try to charge your customers if you cant find something. Seriously!? This is why you are making minimum wage.

Horrible experience. Im asking the rep how can I make sure my information is secure after the reset, he had no idea about encryption which is a recommendation before you send the phone back. He was condescending and rude saying over and over do I have to repeat myself. Thats no way to talk to a client of ten years. He had no clue about what he was doing and gave the vibe that he was better than everyone else. I can do a master reset myself, if I bother to come to the store is because I hope that you can help the transition to a new phone faster and easier. Dont bother coming here.

Called in to ask the difference between the T-Mobile One and the T-Mobile One No Credit Check and spoke to some condescending idiot who gave me wrong information. He gave me conflicting information to what is in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS (said there was no data roaming AKA Simple Global on the T-Mobile One NCC even though it was literally listed as a bullet point on the website) on the website and spoke to me as if I didnt know what the hell I was looking at one the website. I ended up calling the store in Deerfield Beach and they gave me the correct information.I told him that I was mainly interested in the information on the Simple Global feature because I travel internationally for work and had an upcoming trip in two weeks. He went off on a tangent berating me that I couldnt just switch and then leave the country without using the phone. I plan on switching today. Why the hell wouldnt I have usage on my phone in the next two weeks??? This idiot almost deterred me from switching to T-Mobile.

I would never return to this location again. T-Mobile almost lost me as an customer. Due to the rudeness of the Caucasian supervisor and employee. Went to the store to do a warranty exchange for my note 8 and both supervisor and employee was not helpful in the experience and they will be reported to upper mangement. This store should be closed down due to non customer service skills and over priced items. The employees and supervisor seems to not know what they are doing.

My fiance and I transferred from Spint to T-Mobile due to Sprints increasing prices and Decreasing customer service. Kudos to Kevin and Andrew at the Northridge location for STELLAR customer service ! They hooked us up with new Samsung S8s (buy one get one free deal) and additional Senior discounts. Minimal down time during transition. Best of all, all of our questions were answered without being made to feel stupid for asking them. Both Kevin and Andrew took their time with us. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I am reporting an unpleasant incident that occurred on May 14, 2019 around 8:52 p.m. at the T-Mobile store located at 871 E. Commercial Blvd store # 1295 . On that day I bought a screen protector -- (in a T-Mobile store in Plantation, Fl, near to my work location)--that disabled the operation of my cell phone; therefore, I went to the T-Mobile store mentioned above to get a solution to the inconvenience of my purchase.I entered the store, after greeting, I went to one of the store employees, named Will Spanish Speaker, and told him that I knew the store was about to close in the next 10 minutes but that I needed to replace my screen protector because my phone was not operating since it was installed. The guy told me to go back to the store where I had bought it so they could exchange it for me. I explained that it was in Plantation, which is far away from my place of residence which is also on Commercial Blvd. He told me that changing the protector for another was not going to solve my problem and began to refer to me in a vulgar and grotesque way while arguin with me. I told this individual, the that I was not going to allow him treat me that way because since I had entered the store he had a rude and nasty attitude making me feel discriminated and abused. Verbally I told him I was going to call the store manager to report his belligerent and abusive behavior, to which he replied I do not care, Ive been working with t-mobile for 5 years. I felt so humiliated with the attitude of this individual that I thought of calling the police to report him for verbal abuse and obscene and aggressive behavior. I am requesting this incident to be escalated because this individual is is a negative reflection for you business and he does not behave in a professional demeanor towards women and clients. I need this matter to be address in a promptly manner to avoid situations like this happening to other people.

My grandmother had an issue with the zmax pro. She took it into the store on broward blvd and 441, they couldnt fix the caller Id issue, her calls were coming in with just the phone number even though the number was saved, the rep didnt know how to turn off her mobile hotspot, her calls were dropping, not being received, and the phone was overall defective. The rep never offered a warranty exchange. He only said that he couldnt fix it and he didnt know what was wrong. Me and my grandmother then went to the store on commercial and Dixie highway where we met a rep named genie. She helped us process a warranty exchange for the device. She apologized for the other store. When the device came in, we got a text message from T-Mobile and a call from genie to set an appointment with her to come in and get the phone and she would set up the phone personally to make sure that my grandmothers information is transferred over. She was very sweet and helpful and had product knowledge. We even added on an additional line that T-Mobile had for free that weekend. It was a great experience with their store. The reps even greet you upon entering the store.

Horrible customer service! I work in the hospitality business and WILL has absolutely no patience and shouldn’t be helping people. Even the guy in front of me who was older and didn’t understand how to use his gmail and couldn’t even take the time to show him and actually walk him through it. Will has a very smug attitude as if he is the manager and no one can touch him, and if he is a manager it’s 10x unacceptable for him to be the leader of one of your locations. Wouldn’t even look at my phone to at least try to understand what I’m talking about... I’ll add that after calling which I was trying to avoid they fixed everything and it was very simple. He could have very easily listened and learned that I my account has been grand fathered in and my plan was 5 years out of date. Now my bill is the same price but with way better benefits, now all lines are unlimited free Netflix and sync drive device, plus 10gb of hotspot for every one. The point here is that if Will stopped being lazy acting like it’s a bother to ask for help when it’s his job all of this could have been avoided. If it wasn’t Katherine over the phone today, I would have been canceling my 5 year account

The most horrible experience ever! I had a very unmotivated rep with zero patience help me. I came in with barely a voice and a fever. I explained that Ive been sending text messages that morning and nobody had received them. I told him that my phone kept telling me that I had no space on my phone and that Ive deleted some apps and it would still state I was at zero capacity. I was kicked off all of my emails and my apple account. He just took my phone and started to delete more and it did work but I explained I prefer to make sure everything was backed up on my computer before he went nuts. He was very condescending and removed a ridiculous amount of information off my phone. I still was unable to to log into anything. I left the store extremely disappointed and sat at the dunkin donuts and called customer service. The tech helped me and I basically needed to reset the phone and restore from my computer. Marcos was completely useless and had a chip on his shoulder off no reason. This is the second time Ive been to this store and now the last time. If you need help with your device dont go to this store.
