Your customer service and selection were very nice and you take great care to ensure the pieces are in good shape. I wish you guys would sell furniture pieces independently as I wanted everything but the bed.

Came here looking for a different style of furniture. I was greeted so warmly and was steered in the right direction by the man at the front desk (stitch/snitch, sorry didn’t hear your name correctly because of the mask)... the store was well stocked with quality furniture and the prices I saw were very reasonable.

The female and male workers/owners who were in the store never acknowledged my husband and I. They were very rude. Not a good selection or guality. Dont waste your time, go to Encore consignment. Encore staff is friendly and they have a much better selection.

This place was one of the most welcoming consignments I have been to. The staff is very kind and willing to negotiate. Personally, I consider myself very picky and specific when in terms of what I want, but even so the individuals I spoke with provided me with exceptional customer service. The location is very clean and beautiful. They have many unique and one of a kind items. I would highly recommend stopping by if your looking for anything to make you stand out, and beautify the interior of a home.

I had an amazing experience with Troy his customer service was excellent and went above and beyond expectation. He showed me some truly amazing pieces. Walked me through the entire place and just all out being amazing at what he did. The only blemish of my experience was a male of Latin descent yelling across the room (so utterly tacky) at me saying he didn’t know why I had a Versace blanket in my hands when it was sold already when it actually wasn’t then when he was told it wasn’t sold he again very loudly said but it’s also $500 (I got the insinuation loud and clear.) If I hadn’t fallen in love with the living room set there I would have taken my business else where but Troy truly was exceptional and I won’t let someone’s ignorance, lack of professionalism, and home training, ruin Troys sale and my impeccable living room choices. There was also a nice man working by the jewelry counter in comfy work out gear who was equally as amazing and kind and another gentleman in a polo who was also very nice and welcoming. This store has one of a kind pieces from furniture to jewelry classic fireplaces and more. If you adore French provincial furniture and one of a kind finds I highly suggest this place and ask for Troy!

I loved this place! It was beautiful and had unique items not found at any other consignment shops. The employees were also very nice and helpful. I am bringing my mom there this weekend 😊

They named this place right. the people in there are snooty, and the stuff is way over priced. unless you like to over pay for ugly furniture i suggest you go elsewhere.

This was the first time my friend and I visited this consignment shop...it was wonderful. They have such beautiful and unique pieces...like WOW furniture and their prices are so good...you will be pleasantly surprised. Also, the gentlemen who work there are soooo nice and helpful; made for a very enjoyable visit. My friend and I are definitely going back in the next few days...had my eye on a few things...hope they will still be there. Check them out...you won’t be disappointed. 🌸 Johnna

Too many pieces of large furniture crammed into a small space. Unable to really see whats in there.

Yesterday I visited 4 consignment stores, with whom I already bought from. Let me tell you that I was in shock to see how the welcome was sometimes very unprofessional. It felt sometimes like the car dealer who before you walk in will be judgemental on your dollars capacity or that the store amabassador will not bother to open the car for you to inspect the inside because too busy on his cell phone.The moods were not always to customer service and the stores were not crowded.And then Troy happened at Snooty Fox.Big or small buyer, you feel he treats his clients with the same elegance, knowledge and his love of objects. He makes them alive again.Comes up with ideas and he is not afraid to move them around to show you the best arrangement.I ended to buy from him : art and some deco pieces.I am still debating with 5 major pieces from Snooty and another place but if I do it with you guys, let me tell you, it is because of Troy made a HUGE difference.I could go modern or more art deco.I could go to not pleasant seller to the professional seller: that is also what counts !This is quite a stunning store ambassador that you have their, hand down.Thank you Troy

So we just LOVE this place. Keith and Craig were simply amazing to my husband and I. They took time to show us around the store, we had amazing conversation, they offered us great prices and even did layaway. I cant say enough about our experience here and we look forward to going back very soon!

We passed your driver on I75 (I’m a passenger not a driver right now) and he is driving very safe on the highway and doing the speed limit. Let him know he needs to ride in right or middle lane as he is impeding traffic flow in left lane which is a traffic violation.
