What an amazing place!!! As a first time customer with a complicated prescription, I was blown away by their wonderful customer service.

Hands down THE best optometrist office I have ever been to! Everyone is super friendly, I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn’t comfortable with like I have felt at other offices in the past. They were straight forward, no hidden fees. They definitely take good care of you and make you welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you choose Roberts Optical! The glasses I had before were old and tired and they helped me pick a beautiful new pair.

I just had a fabulous experience here. Everyone was super pleasant and I just needed one of the nose pads fixed on my sunglasses and they jumped right on it fixed it immediately and it was fantastic. I’m definitely going back anytime I need any other optical services or sunglasses! I just love great customer experience which can be super rare these days!

Wow!!! What an amazing experience I had at Roberts Optical Center! Where do I start! The Drs wife, what a sweetheart! She greets you at the door with a smile. She is so pleasant, caring and welcoming. She makes sure the place is sanitized and safe. She is spraying with lysol and cleaning everything . The other two ladies at the front desk, girls, you rock! They make you feel special from the very moment you arrive until you exit the door! The entire staff is sensational! I wish I could get a Job there just to be among such an amazing staff. But being an Occupational Therapist and a Massage Therapist, they have no position for me because I have no knowledge of that field. Thank you all for making my visit there so special! Cannot wait to visit again! I exceedingly recommend ROC!

I never write reviews, but was so impressed with the service I received from Krista that I wanted to share my experience. I entered the store with an attitude and not really wanting to purchase glasses to leaving feeling like I was a long term customer of Roberts Optical. Krista was patient, knowledgable and very trustworthy. I am now wearing my new glasses that were delivered way earlier than promised. I love them and will be sure to become a long term customer!

They are amazing! The doctor was so helpful and so nice. The staff were very accommodating. I was in and out in no time. They got my glasses order rushed because I needed them ASAP. This place is so good. Will be going back from now on.

I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The reason is because I called and told them I was in traffic and I might be around 10 min late, well the person called me back and told me that I didnt made it in 10 min like I told her so she had to cancel my appointment, I told her Im 2 min away from the place and she told me she cant do because the doctor have to go Home exactly at 12 PM!!!
