What a pleasant experience I had working with team JVR! The owner, Joe Ingrasci was such a pleasure to work with and I’m glad I chose his company over the other window companies I received quotes from. Throughout the process I was kept up to date from his office manager Donna who was very sweet and resourceful. The installers were very clean and detailed at everything they did, from the beginning of setting up dust walls and drop cloths to the actual installation of windows and doors. The finish work was incredible, and they were very respectful of my home. Thank you Joe and Mariann for making this process as smooth as possible!

I just got my impact windows and door and I couldnt be more happier with the service received and the final result. From start to finish the process was very smooth. The installers were beyond my expectations. They were so attentive to every little detail. They made sure everything was clean and protected. Their service was exceptional. I was so pleased with JVR. Being in South Florida it is challenging to find good contractors who are honest, show up on time and deliver an excellent product. From my initial conversation with the office to get a quote I spoke to a sweet girl named Mariana who scheduled Nico, one of the salesman to come out and meet with me at my home. I had 3 quotes from various companies including JVR and my experience with Nico was different than the other companies. He was very knowledgeable and kind, he explained the whole process and was not pushy like the other companies that met with me. I ended up meeting with him at their beautiful showroom to see all the windows and doors I was being quoted with and was very pleased with the quality and aesthetics. When the time came for my installation, my crew was phenomenal. The head installers on my job were Jeff and Sidnei, both of their crews did beautiful work for me. I was amazed at how different my home looked when they finished. Having workers in your home who are very nice and respectful made the whole installation go much smoother. I highly recommend JVR if you want the job done right. I am very picky and pick up on details and I couldn’t find one thing wrong with it! Not impressed. I did not use this company because I was unable to get a quote from this company. Britney send my specs over to a lead who was supposed to get back to me regarding my estimate. After two weeks when I didnt get an estimate I called back and spoke with Britney again sill no estimate. Called back a third time three times is a charm spoke with Donna. Lets just say after speaking with her my decision not to use this company was final. But since Donna did forward the message to the person responsible for giving me an estimate. I will keep you posted if I get a response. I got a prompt response just a number no description or anything. Like I said from the beginning if you start wrong you likely to end wrong. Not impressed at all but you decide, maybe they will be the right company for you.

Jvr installed windows and doors at my condo at Waterford Point. The installers were very clean and neat with the installation . They use quality products and I’m very happy with the price they gave me. They did an excellent job caulking and cleaning up before they left. From start to finish I would recommend Jvr to everyone. Very professional staff throughout the company.

Installation was very professional - from the dust and debris management to the final finishing, and the friendly honest service. This is the rudest company ever! Please dont hire these people. They have a sales staff that is super unpleasant and unprofessional. Honestly there are a lot of other great companies. Save your self the stress of being treated poorly and dont hire this company. The sales team feels like talking down to people is appropriate and when I called to advise the manager about their employees behavior (Donna) told me that she believes the employee was right in the way he behaved .

I never realized that shopping for impact Windows can be very time consuming. After 7 quotes we decided to go with JVR. From our sales man Tim, to the ladies that work in the office, they made this process a breeze. They were very responsive and always returned my call same business day. Installers Brandon, Mario and team did a great job replacing 9 windows in our home. They prepped the work area, protected our floor & furniture, & cleaned up at the end of the job. Wow. Very nice job. Brandon, Carlos, and Mario were very professional, prompt and cleaned up after the job was completed. As a military veteran I expect perfection but rarely see it. I was very pleasantly surprised at their work ethics and customer friendly attitude. The job was done to perfection and completed on time. Would definitely recommend JVR windows. They were willing to negotiate on price and did a great job explaining the process. The installers Brandon, Steve and Mario were great. They did a phenomenal job. They were courteous and respectful of my home. Everything was great. The windows look amazing and the installation was professional.

Amazing service from everyone!! We remodeled my daughters home and replaced all the windows and doors. JVR is top notch. The best contractor we worked with from beginning to end. When we needed small adjustments with our locks they came right out to fix them. Highly recommend!!!!

Just spent our first night with our new impact windows and doors from JVR...what a difference! The house is far quieter now and we feel secure. Our salesperson, Ryan, was responsive to all of our questions while we waited for our installation date and we never felt disconnected from the process. The windows are custom-made so make sure to prepare yourself for the wait... but its worth it.The installation was done over the course of two days, and Brad and his team were efficient and almost surgical in the way that they attacked the installation. It is a rather loud and invasive procedure but they were sensitive to the fact that we have pets and were VERY good about cleaning up. All in all, it was a very smooth process, and the company did everything they said they were going to do for us. A+.

We recently had JVR install 3 entry doors, a 9 foot doorwall and the balance of our windows in our Lighthouse Point condo. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire project. From initial conversations with Nico, to the estimating process with the wonderful ladies in the office, and the explanation of products, to scheduling -- all aspects were well communicated and honestly portrayed.The final product is amazing. I have never seen such a solid product. My A/C use has been cut in half. I cannot hear the neighbors outside (this is a small complex). I was able to eliminate the external hurricane shutters completely, making for a very attractive exterior.The icing on the cake were the installers. Brandon (the ring leader) was extremely knowledgable, and Stephen and Mario were the perfect compliment. All worked seamlessly together, and the attention to detail and proper, secure installation FAR exceeded my expectations. I have done extensive home renovation of this sort, and could not have done a nicer job myself.Overall, this was the most satisfying home renovation experience I have ever had. JVR should be proud to have such amazing people on staff, especially the installers. Thanks again for an AMAZING job!

I wish I could give Brandon, Niko and Carlos 10 stars! They installed my beautiful new windows yesterday and did an amazing job. They made sure the mess was minimal, cleaned up both inside and out, and even washed my windows. They did the job so professionally there was no need for any touch up painting inside or out! I would highly recommend this company, the office is also a pleasure to work with.

JVR installed 5 new sets of patio doors for me. The pricing upfront was fair, they worked fast to get the permits out and got them approved on the first try. The installation team was great, they didn’t rush the job, it took a crew of 3 a whole week. A few weeks after install I noticed a scratch on the glass of one door, they went ahead and offered to replace the glass no stress.Looks fantastic, so happy I chose them.

We had multiple friends, neighbors, and family members replace their windows and doors with JVR and were a little skeptical at first. But after seeing what they did on our house, all I can say is WOW! Their guys do incredibly professional work. Brandon, Carlos, Nico, and Matt did a hell of a good job on our place and my wife and I could not be happier! I wouldnt work with this company again if they gave the windows away for free. It took them five tries to install five of the windows to code. When I tried to replace them with a more qualified window company and replace the windows after third installation attempt (and a failed city inspection), they threatened to put a lien on my home and pursue foreclosure. After all of the time, vacation days, weekends lost meeting their crews time after time, did I receive an apology? A discount? No. They were a terrible company to work with. I suggest you stay far away from this company.

What can I say - in a word WOW WOW WOW!!  The entire process was virtually stress-free.  JVR handled everything flawlessly - from the application for Condo approval and city permit to installation and inspection.  This is a fantastic company with outstanding people.  My installers were excellent and left zero footprint (My amazing crew was Brandon, Carlos and Niko).  If you have been considering / mulling / hesitating over whether or not to get impact windows, wonder no more and call JVR.  You will be happy you did and thrilled with the results!

Had a very good experience with the company. They visited the house and I had an estimate within 24 hours. They said it would take three months and in 10 weeks they were contacting me to schedule the installation. The install crew was very professional, meticulous in covering things in the house to keep them clean and safe, and prompt and courteous. Shortly after the install was complete the city inspection was done and the job is complete and the windows and doors look wonderful. Would hire them again.

I decided to finally bite the bullet after 4 years of saving for impact windows and doors. I did lots of research. LOTS OF RESEARCH. In the end, I chose JVR Impact Windows and Doors. I couldnt have chosen a better company. This is a family owned business that takes pride in its work. From the sales experience right down to the inspection, this company did a fantastic job. They installed 10 windows, 3 French doors, and 3 sliding doors. The crew who installed my job was clean, respectful, and meticulous. They exceeded my expectations. Even the inspector who came to look at the work asked how much the job was because he was so impressed by the quality! I highly recommend JVR!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR SMALL JOBS. My window has 3 panels of 4ft x 7ft. I just called this Company because they have servicing Palm Air Country Club area and someone gave me their phone number. I just wanted to set up an appointment for someone to come to my apt. and take measurements of this huge window and they refuse me because they dont go out to take measurements just for one window. The lady I spoke with did not point me to any other contractor or dealer that work with them. I am disappointed with this kind of companies that supposed to give a Good Customer Service. I have been working with Contractors and General Contractors for so many years and this is one of the big mistakes this companies fall into mostly if you do not know who is in the other side of the line.

JVR installed 9 impact windows in our almost 100 year old wooden house. From the start of the project to the final inspection, we have been extremely happy with our experience. Donna, in the office, was incredible and worked with us to ensure the windows were installed prior to our first child being born. The windows were installed in one day and the team went above and beyond to ensure there wasnt a mess left behind. The windows look incredible and the price couldnt be beat! Highly recommend JVR!

They set up an appointment with me and the sales person did not show up. When I called and he said he forgot to put on his calendar. The sales person sounded like he’s doing me a favor to give me an estimate.I called the company again hoping they can send someone else to give me an estimate on impact windows. Ironically, the customer representative on the phone with me is the salesmans daughter. Of course, no one ever came back.I wonder how they’ve got so many good reviews? 🤔

Hired JVR to replace all windows and doors in our home a couple of months ago and cant say enough about them! They are very fair with their pricing, courteous to tweak quotes with any changes we wanted, employees were awesome, and the overall job was PHENOMENAL! A few days ago I noticed a little cracking in the sheetrock thats attached to the window. Took some pictures and emailed it to them to see if there is something that can be done and they responded so quickly and sent someone out! Outstanding customer service! Highly, highly recommend!

Over the last couple of months, we have hired many professionals to assist us with our house remodel. I must say that JVR Ingrasci was the best company of all of them. Comparable pricing, great communication, punctual, excellent customer service and exemplary work. At no point was I worried about the end result. I wish we would have gotten our new windows & doors sooner. I already have referred a couple of my friends and wouldnt consider hiring any other company for home improvements!

My husband and I recently purchased a new home that was built in the sixties in Pompano Beach. We knew we wanted to replace the old windows with new hurricane impact windows and remove those old- fashioned clam shell shutters. We contacted ten different companies to come over, measure, and give us an estimate.For basically the same windows we got estimates fromforty-eight thousand to fouteen thousand !$!$!$!!!After some exhausting demonstrations, we went with JVR Windows & Doors, they had the best price and many recommendations from friends & neighbors. Kenny our salesperson was a pleasure and when the crew showed up, they were awesome!!!MARIO, JORGE & JAMES, on time, professional, yet friendly. Neat and clean, covered everything and there was a lot less dust then I expected! The job was completed in two days and was painless and they removed and took away those awful clamshell shutters! Everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with, and Matthew from JVR came over for the citys inspection yesterday, that we passed, of course!We are so pleased with our new windows...changed the whole look of the house, easy to open to let fresh air in. Lowered our electric bill, noise level and home insurance payment! Plus I feel so much safer!I love all the compliments from our nieghbors and I highly recommend JVR!

Con artists. Caused a major water leak while installing and refuse to fix it. Also lied about what the windows would look like. Recommend very highly to not use this company.

Summary: Great work, but very delayed. / I sign a contract for 14 windows and 2 doors on May 26, 2018 for my new home. I was promised that it would be installed within 3 months. Sadly, the installation wasnt complete until over 6 months later on Nov 28, 2018. I had a very hard time getting anyone to provide an update about the root cause or severity of the delay. The on-site installation team did a fantastic job and everyone was professional, polite, and did an outstanding job. At the end of the day, I wouldnt have signed the contract with JVR if I knew how long it would really take to get it my order installed, but I do love my new windows and doors.

I had all of my windows and doors replaced by JVR last week and couldnt be happier. Very competitive pricing. The product is beautiful and installation was smooth. I am most impressed by the installers. They were very careful to cover all furnishings, hung plastic everywhere and even used an vacuum to remove the dust after every screw was installed! I hardly had any dust when the job was completed and everything was put back in its place. Just expect 12-14 weeks from the time you sign the papers. It took a little longer than I thought it would but then again, I had my windows installed at the beginning of hurricane season!

We unfortunately had to ask the sales rep Mitch to leave our home after he became hostile and would not provide us with an itemized breakdown of the cost to install new sliding doors. The price was substantially higher than what was quoted for us when we visited the showroom with a different sales person several months ago. A percentage change in material costs is understandable, but when the cost is almost double, that merits concern on our part.

JVR installed impact windows in my Royal Park Condo. They arrived on time and started work immediately. The installer did an amazing job, and kept a clean work area throughout the installation.I decided to install impact windows after Hurricane Irma. As a local Realtor, I know that window companies are flooded with calls every time there is a large storm. This rush by homeowners results in delays in installation, as so many customers are ordering replacements. Prepare to wait at least 6-8 weeks from initial order to installation.When I called JVR to check on status, I was able to speak with office staff which was courteous. I highly recommend JVR Impact WIndows & Doors.

There are many companies in South Florida who offer the same products. Save yourself the aggravation and call one of them. This company personifies UNPROFESSIONAL from the owners down. The permit was submitted incorrectly, when we called to check on the status of our order we were told it wasnt in, then we were told by the salesman it was in but the scheduler didnt like how we spoke to her so she wasnt going to schedule the install, the salesman ordered us the wrong front doors because he thought we would like them better (??) and when we called to let them know, we were screamed at by the salesman and the owner. The process was EXTREMELY PAINFUL. Ive never experienced anything like it. The install was sloppy and when I brought it to their attention, I was told it was supposed to look like that. I didnt feel that could be correct, so I Googled it and found out I was right, this was a mess. The installers came back out and fixed their work only because we told the finance company we were not happy with the work. This project ended with the owner threatening to foreclose on our home because we would not sign off on a job that was incomplete. The CGI windows are beautiful, the process through JVR was abysmal.

Did not seem very knowledgeable and salesman acted as if he were doing you a favor by selling us their windows and services. Also, not a very prompt response. Needless to say, we went with another supplier.

We just used JVR for our windows and I can’t recommend them enough! The quality of their work & professionalism was amazing! The job was done quickly with perfection and the customer service was unbelievable!!!

EVERYONE who is looking to have IMPACT WINDOWS AND DOORS INSTALLED. I’m recommending JVR IMPACT WINDOWS AND DOORS. We were recommended to them because we heard they were the PREMIER DEALER for CGI IMPACT WINDOWS AND DOORS. We signed our contract the beginning of August. JVR did everything from contacting property management company about all required forms needed and submitted back to HOA in a very timely fashion. Also the permitting was done quickly. We used Alliance/NRG to finance, JVR handled all that for us too. My windows and doors were installed the week of November 11th 2018. JVR came in and took down my blinds and covered everything up with plastic and when they were done they cleaned everything up and put everything back to its original place. Within 2 maybe 3 weeks after my inspection was done. The inspector who came from the city of Coconut Creek said to me before leaving and inspecting every door and window that “he’s never seen an installation this good.” I’m telling you all this because I have a neighbor who went to Lowe’s and got CGI windows and doors. Lowe’s does not carry them on the floor there. They have to bring in a representative from CGI to sell the CGI brand for the store customers. The neighbor went in when they had a CGI rep there and she did it that way. So she had sub-contractor doing her job. Her contract was signed at least a month before mine (July). In October I saw her and she stil didn’t have her permit yet and didn’t know when her windows would be installed. Meanwhile I had my permit and my scheduled install date (Nov. 12). We got some upgrades to our windows and doors, she did not and I know for a fact because she went to Lowe’s she paid 20% more then we did. Let me also say that the week that my inspection was done (2-3 weeks after my installation end of Nov-1st week Dec) her windows were being installed and they did not do all the pre and post preparation JVR did. And on one final note as of now Feb 23rd 19 she had not been inspected yet. Give JVR IMPACT WINDOWS AND DOORS A CALL AND ASK FOR RACHEL. She will get you started.

Dont use this company if you want quality products. My front door wont open due to a faulty lock system... the company doesnt even sell the door anymore becuase they are so crappy. This is the 2nd time its happened in 6 months. And somehow its my problem they sold faulty doors and its going to cost me $600 to take their crappy door out and replace it.... it you want to use your front door, find a better company thats more understanding and actually takes responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming the customer and overcharging for garbage!!

The product itself is beautiful, but the installers were unprofessional. We have had to have them back to complete finishing work on a full house of windows and doors three times in two months. The finishing work is yet to be complete. Every time they come out, they take measurements for parts that they have to order that will be in the warehouse within a few weeks. Disappointed and frustrated!
