At first I was going to give a 1 star because the garlic bread was doughy and so much garlic on it I threw it away. But after reaching out to the owner Wendy she made it right and reassured me she would retrain her cook. So I order again tonight and it was like 180 degree turn to the right way things should be made. Thank you Wendy will definitely be coming back.

Pizza and knots are the best around. Side salads are crisp and robust. A great dining experience.

I was in recently and found the pizza very flavorful and good crust. Things seemed a little chaotic but many places have staffing issues and people need to have patience. Thanks and will come in again.

The garlic knots at this location are not very good. Under cooked. The pizza is pretty good though. Although, Jets pizza is definitely more tasty, in my opinion. Try the knots at the centennial location, they are amazing!

Do Not Eat Here! ... Baked Ziti and meatballs undercooked. Horrible house salad...got order to go...no utensils, no parmesean in bag...plus they over charge you!!

Normally, we love this place but tonight was not good! I ordered the large pepperoni and mushroom pizza with knots at 6:20. I was told it was a 30 minute wait. I arrived promptly and paid. She assured me that she’d bring it out to my vehicle shortly. Patiently, I went in at 7:20 to inquire about the pizza.After some searching, they found it, located some knots and I left the store without an apology from the staff for forgetting about order #80.Taking it home, the pizza was barely warm, the cheese was tough and the knots were super doughy (same as the last time).What a huge disappointment!!! Please review your procedures and bring the quality back to where it used to be!!!

Ordered a calzone because I heard from a friend that the calzones are the best. It had potential except I ordered no ricotta and it had alot of ricotta I personally did not eat it because I cannot stand ricotta.

Sitting in front of this location waiting for our order nearly an hour after being told it would take 20 to 25 minutes after calling in our order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, despite the no mask order we’re made to wait outside in the rain as they won’t allow us to wait inside. 1 HOUR FOR 1 PIZZA AND AN ORDER OF WINGS!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never again!!!! Also the girl that was working today, May 16, 2021@ approximately 1:45pm was EXTREMELY RUDE TO US. Try being kind to people especially the customers keeping you in business. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza here today, and will never return due to the bad service of one older gentleman at this location. When i arrived to pick up my order, an older taller gentleman was standing at the register looking at his phone and completely ignored me. Then the very nice young lady who was cooking pizza in the back nicely told the gentleman they had a customer and he ignored her, and then he called out his name, and he yelled HOLD ON!!! and then continued to ignore me. So then one of the cooks had to come help me. He was so rude to the young lady and myself, i wanted to leave and not even pay for my pizza, but since i put in the order i figured i would at least finish the order. I will never return again to this location as long as that older man is working there.I have also read a couple reviews about the pizza being under cooked in the middle and full of grease, this is true, and the pizza would be fantastic if it wasnt for the slosh of grease and under cooked pizza in the middle.Hopefully the guy i am referencing is not this guy Kevin in other employee reviews, because it is obvious he has a hard time with people and his own employees and completely disrespected me and that young women.This is by far number 1 worst customer service experience i have had in my life.

Good pizza and excellent wings. I liked their house ranch too. I had to use the bathroom and there was no paper towels or air dryer so I had to rate it 4 stars.

Just moved, 4th time theyve delivered to my new address. didnt bring the 2lbs of wings, didnt bring the ranch requested for the pizza. bunch of skuzzy potheads. take your money elsewhere. dont expect to get any form of customer service, the managers are just as useless. literally and utterly useless creatures. they smoke weed out back constantly and play with remote cars, grown men. no wonder this place has gone so down hill.

A few weeks ago, we ordered from here and our pizza was raw in the middle. We did not bring the issue up at the time because people make mistakes and it wasn’t worth the hassle.Tonight, my partner called to order, and politely mentioned that last time we ordered the pizza was very underbaked. After picking it up we discovered that the pizza was raw again, even after the employee at the cash register mentioned to my partner that he had passed along the message after we tipped generously for having to deal with our negative feedback. Not sure what’s going on but we will not be ordering from here again.

First order from here in February greatTonights order was bad. I ordered knots and teriyaki wings called because my order was running late and was told by the manager on shift tonight I at 3.1 miles out of delivery area the next garlic knots is on Arapahoe Rd which is 5.mi. I wasnt called to relay this to me so I could order somewhere else. My garlic knots over cooked my teriyaki wings overdone. Guess because they couldnt set up their delivery area through grub hub that i wont be getting food from here anymore. And after tonight I wont be ordering from here again

The garlic knots are excellent here, we had an excellent white sauce pizza tonight that was very tasty. The gal who served us was very nice and friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed. It was nice coming in a Tuesday night, cause it was not super busy and noisy. We will of course be back, this was my 3rd time here. That should say something! Keep up the amazing job here!!!!!

Best pizza place with three different food items in the name

My mom got me garlic knot for my birthday. The order was wrong. All three locations in my area said they could not see my order gave minimal effort to help and all suggested I ordered from a the other location one said I must have called Florida even though I had the food! Worst experience ever especially on my birthday. I will be telling everyone about my experience on social media. Update. I let the store know about post on social media and reaching out to Kevin the owner her response again not helpful she just said OK like she was OK with my awful experience. Folks it takes two seconds to find Kevin on LinkedIn reach out.

Love this place - locally owned. Fun staff, and the food is always great. Couple of items really worth trying: Stuffed Pizza (whole or slice), Penne Blanco, Sausage or Meatball Subs, the fresh garlic bread, and of course....grab some garlic knots!!! Check them out, say hello to Kevin and Wendy who own the place and are usually around.

We did take out tonight. The salads are delicious & spaghetti was excellent. I would recommend Garlic Knot any day.

Do not work here. Kevin and Wendy are the rudest people ever. I worked here a year ago as a dishwasher and they would only let me work one day a week. Even one time Kevin told me, Im twice as old as you, and Im twice as fast as you.

This place is what it is very family friendly low-key pizzeria surprisingly the dine in pizza I thought was very good. While the delivery is acceptable. But if you’re an adult and looking for a good pie to share with somebody and a glass of wine this place isn’t it

I really wanted some pizza so I looked up pizza by the slice and they popped up. Let me tell you, this is the best pizza Ive had in a very long time!! You can tell they really put love in this pizza... lol the staff is so friendly and helpful as well. Im def coming back and bring my family next time.....I wish I could give ten stars!!

Pretty amazing restaurant. This place was recommended to me and Im glad I tried it. Food is very flavorful and the pizzas are huge! Im definitely coming back to try more of the menu items.

Really nice pizza selection. I gobbled a 12 pie all by myself - wooff! Tall booths allow for conversation. Friends had pasta dishes and loved them. Cinna-knots great for breakfast the next day.

Pizza is always great! Staff is fun! Plus they have a good stock of beers, bottles & draft.Oh, and you have to try the cinnamon knots, and the garlic knots.

Called to order a pizza. Some girl answered with “what” asked if they do delivery and straight up said no with an attitude.

I love this place!! BUT my last experience was awful it happened tonight at 8pm may 20th. The wait time was 45 min which is fine but our pizza finally got here almost two hours later. We told the girl that answered the phone to tell the driver we only have a 50$bill if they could bring change. The driver had no idea arriving and he used his money to cover the rest of our change. The driver and pizza was fantastic though no complaints there, but the people that answer the phone need to communicate to there drivers because they have to handle the costumers. And if its going to be an hour or longer wait just tell me I dont mind waiting for the pizza here its amazing but 2 hour wait time I was about to just go to bed and call it a night. Thank you hope this is good feed back, next time I hope to have a better experience like Im used to

Staff were very friendly and professional! There was a miscommunication on my order and they were more than happy to fix it and treated us great even though my 2 year old was throwing a tantrum in the middle of the restaurant.Food was great as well!!!!
