Laura was super helpful over the phone. Chris came out and fixed our 70 year old stove, no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, even offered options to save some of the costs. All this after another technician took two months to try and fix, find parts, etc. And a third tech who wanted to charge triple what Apple stove ended up costing us. We are overjoyed and grateful for their service.

Contacted them with a question out of the blue and they were very helpful and forthcoming. Will keep them in mind going forward!

Wanted to sell old stuff. And was disappointed to find they only trade. Nice choices there though.
