HIGH PRICE LOW QUALITY!Hair sheds while washing/conditioning. No matter how well I deep conditioned, hair still looked brittle ( like some split ends going all the way up the hair). If I were to compare it to anything I would say It’s equivalent to Barbie doll hair. This hair company’s products of hair is far too expensive to have such terrible quality hair! I don’t mind spending hundreds on hair as long as it’s GOOD HAIR!!! Won’t be purchasing again!✌🏾

The store manager was so nice and helpful. I purchased the Studio Fishnet Collection piece and Im in LOVE. If you want quality good hair this is the place to go! Its worth every penny. Indique was recommended to me by a friend who I know has great taste. I am so glad I listened to her. This is my first time wearing hair extensions. I did my on-line research and then went into the store a couple of times to ask questions before I made a purchase. The sales person was great (cant remember her name). I never felt pressure to buy something. She took time going over hair options. I found hair that I liked, but they only had one tube that matched (and I needed two tubes). She told me to wait and she wold find hair to match the wave pattern.I have had the hair installed for three months and I love it. It is easier to maintain than my natural hair. The curl pattern has maintained it shape. I use Aveda Be Curly to wash and condition it. But thats my preference because I like the smell.Worth every penny I spent.

I am a loyal customer of this shop; I have bought hair from this location for about 4x now, and I plan to go back again. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase the PURE COLLECTION IN WAVY. This is their most expensive hair; it is long lasting. This is great for anyone especially college students or busy people who want low maintenance, high quality, and durable extensions.Ive been wearing hair extentions for the last 10 years; Im in my mid 20s. I have had my challenges, and, by far, this is the most convient and amazing palace to shop.I give 4 stars because it is really expensive; some online stores are much cheaper; however, I enjoy being able to see my hair now. I was a loyal company of several online hair boutiques; however, 8 out of 10 times, they end up scamming you out of money. This happens because they switch their source for cheaper hair or the run out and give you a lower quality version.This is the best Indian hair; I love Burmese and Cambodian, but, again, it is hard to find these unless online, and I dont shop online anymore. I usually use my hair for 1 year, but it can easily last for 1 1/2 or 2 years if I took really good care of it, but I love using heat products multiple times a day.Negatives:Very Expensive 24 in = $300Bad Discounts = While they have discounts, it is never on the hair length for the Pure Collection. Do not waste your time to buy your hair from this company. Im honestly upset at myself for being naive and buying hair from here three times in a row; after spending hundreds of dollars on hair, my hair always sheds like crazy and mattes up only within the first month! So they usually say to come back to the shop if the hair gives you problems (but that is usually a problem for me because (1) I am a college student, (2) I dont have a car, (3) I attend a university that is an hour away). Instead of getting another bundle at that moment, you have to take out the hair give it to them so they can send it to their corporate office and wait for almost a month before you get a response. THEN AND IF you get a exchange you have to pay to get your hair redone again even though it was their mistake for selling jacked up hair.The first brand I tried was the pure curly and it matted like crazy. I received no refund or assistance for it due to me going to a salon to color the hair. So I ended up buying from the Sea collection the second time because I thought that it was my mistake for going to a beautician and dying the previous hair; in other words, I was giving them another chance. But yet again, the hair shedded and matted like crazy. Instead of getting mad, I gave the hair the benefit of the doubt since it was a cheaper brand. So I went in for a third time and purchased a Pure Wavy (which is what I am currently wearing); and guess what happened? It matted up like crazy and is shedding all over the place. Im done with this company and Im telling as many people as I can to stay away from it.
