Had a bad bleaching incident recently and was nervous to touch my hair but figured I would rather try and go and fix it. Jackie helped me select the right products to get rid of my brassy hair and my hair looks a hundred times better now. I am very thankful that she helped me.

Worst customer service. They never honor their coupons from their own website. Too lazy to help out a customer even though there is no one in the store and the worker is just sitting doing nothing. I will never go back.
