I chose to cancel the tinting but they asked me $120 just to cancel. I think they are very high priced and not customer friendly. I am never ever going back nor recommending anyone to this place. I was taken there by my friend and I regret it. There are other cheaper options out there so do your research rather than falling for their very high price.This is the reply to the answer below. I went back after 10 minutes to conform the front tint but the guy at the front asked me that was not included and I had to pay $30 extra so I asked if I can cancel the whole tint . At first he said no charge but when he called his boss he came up with $120 cancellation fee which compelled me to do the tint despite not being satisfied. Check your records!! You guys are throwing traps to force people to take your service at much much higher rate than that is available out there. Never go here do your research there are other much cheaper and better options.

Ive had two cars done here with their best 3M film. It looked great, and never bubbled the entire time I owned the car. Im about to get a third car done here.

Incredibly professional, well-run shop. They handle everything from vintage Cadillacs to brand new Teslas – looking at the caliber of vehicles entrusted to them I felt confident leaving my car with them.The quality shows – their work is as clean as one will find anywhere. Most work is done in under two hours same day.After getting two vehicles tinted super clean with them, I’m seriously considering getting their clear vinyl paint protection wrap on my SUV!

These people installed high end premium tint on my car and installed a stereo and back up camera for me. They were extremely trust worthy and sincere. They gave me a good price for the work and broke down the cost structure clearly for me and justified each item transparently. I spent a lot of my money on this. The results were perfect and even when my back up camera sensor sound was too loud they offered to take care of the work necessary to address that issue for free. The work was excellent, customer service was excellent and trust worthy, and it was over all convenient and a good experience.

Went to get my front windshield tinted with the Crystalline tint. Got the car back, had large streaks and lines all over the place. They told me to wait a week and then come back. I did, as it was still there. They promptly replaced it. Hence the 3-stars and not lower. However another customer there had the same issue. Very good service, no issues in getting it re-done. Everyone is very nice. But they clearly have a quality control issue the first time around. Second time around it was good. And same with the other customer.

I called yesterday during business hours twice to inquire an appointment. The second time I agreed to a 9am appointment with the lady who picked up the phone. I arrived 20 min early. They don’t get here until 9:05 (two women) I went in and they were surprised I had an appointment at 9am. They were very short with me and basically said we can only see you when the manager gets in. Which I get... the person that does the tint is not here. But, if you made a spot for someone you should uphold it. Very unprofessional, I’ve come here all the time for all my cars and always told my friends to come here to get there car tinted. I won’t ever be coming back . I came all the way from Vallejo also manager...

I just had a second car tinted here today. Great customer service again. Price is fantastic! Car entrance a little bit tricky. When you are facing the business, there is a ramp to the left that will take you to second floor where your car will be taken care of.

Dropped car off and came back two hours later and it was done. When looking for this place you can drive eight pass it so slow down you can pull into the building but this place has two levels and the work is done on the top level so youll actually turn into the second entrance and drive up the ramp to the top level.

I have taken both my vehicles here and the work is fast and quality. I have also had both vehicles windows broken-in and theyve been quick and not expensive to get them re-tinted.

Overpriced! $980 for five windows on my full size truck. There’s a reason they only show exotic vehicles in their online pictures

Do not bring your car to this shop. My 2013 Chevy Camaro was stolen. I brought my car to the shop last Friday and the next Friday... one week later my whole car is stolen. They disabled my OnStar. And program so they can unlock and start my car up.

This is my third car they have service. My other car tent is 10 years old.

I am giving a one star review because the customer service staff blew me off when I noticed damage that occurred during the window tinting application. I was given very ignorant excuses as if I was not an automotive professional who understands this line of work. Kudos for not accepting liability, but a BIG LOSS of another potential business partner!!I own SaabReplay, a local specialty Saab restoration shop. We were looking for a partner to sublet window tinting for customers and shop vehicles that we use to represent the quality of our work. ** I expressed this when I brought in our white 2008 Saab 9-5 wagon that would represent our shop at the 2017 Saab owners convention the following week in LA.I was told they could complete the tinting while I waited, and it was completed very fast (about an hour or so). The tint was not bad, very minor blemishes I could over look (though not 100%) However, the rear 1/4 windows OEM Obscuration Band (black out around the windows) now shows apparent scratches as if a tool used to tuck the tint behind the trim was too aggressive. Understand, I just wiped down the car (inside and out) prior to bringing it in so I was very aware that no blemishes existed in those areas. I immediately (within minutes) showed this damage to the service writer and was fed a bunch of resistance.Again, We were very particular about this car as we are preparing it for an upcoming show, including removal of all blemishes from paint, glass and interior. So I was aware about what WAS and WAS NOT pre-existingAs an automotive business owner I was surprised, because if they reacted differently, I would probably still bring them a lot of business (knowing they stand behind their work). Mistakes happen, even in our shop, but if this were a customer car, my shop would be liable. So, I will no longer bring vehicles to them as I cannot take the risk.If you have a daily driver and are not particular about it and just want tint, Im sure its fine. I wouldnt bring my nice cars in unless you have low expectations.

Bought a 2009 expedition new, got all Windows tint the day after. Still have suv and all windows perfect. Same with 2011. Just got a 2016 challenger, going back.. Buen trabajo..

Just turned in my car 3 years after they tinted the windows. In all that time never a problem with bubbling, fading or cracking.

I got a 2013 impala tinted here. They did the front two windows with ceramic for $200.On the first run, there were obvious wrinkles in the tint, seemingly some minor scratches, and they left the ignition and headlights on the entire time and ran the battery completely down and burnt out the ceiling lights.They then tell me the battery died because there is something wrong with it and that “the ceiling lights would have eventually went out anyway” (the battery is brand new btw)On the second run, there were tons of bubbles on the driver side and some also on the passenger side… I finally just got a refund and got it removed.They did however eventually replace the ceiling lights and offer a rebate for the inconvenience…
