Very convenient local store with decent selection, good pricing, and good people.

This place is 7-11, not 24 hours, but I find that irony and the people who run it delightful. The selection and prices are as decent as you could expect from a residential corner store. They have more produce, craft beer and mixers than Id typically expect.
