Plenty of parking and the store is big with plenty of staff and security.I came here for my Covid vaccine. I made an appointment online and when I walked in there was a clear sign on how to check in and where to go.Even though there were mant customers, all the staff treated everyone with kindness and great attitude!The whole process takes about 30-45 mins. Everyone is patient and friendly.

I needed a few items. Had to call staff because they stocked items in the wrong spot and didnt match prices. Went to use my Extra care points but couldnt until the 9th. I still got what I needed fairly quickly and at a decent price. My clerk was very nice and all smiles. AMEN 👌🏽

My elderly brother who lives in CVS Fruitvale area in Oakland, Ca walked from home to get a COVID-19 Vaccination but was told he had to make an appointment online! He doesnt have internet and he explained that. They told him, Oh Well, thats how you have to do it! He even asked if he can make an appointment there and they refused! WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!

This review is for all the staff operating the Covid vaccines.Super compassionate, informative and comforting. They made the process super smooth with how organized they’ve been .

Pharmacy at 3320 Fruitvale Ave., Oakland messed up on my refill prescription. The pharmacist has horrible customer service, no patience, cut off conversation and hung up on me.

The cashiers at the pharmacy are always friendly but Ive been shorted on my ADD medication (a controlled substance) more than once (no one has access to my medications in my home besides me). When Ive called to ask about it, they say that their count is correct.

More than one cashier would make trips to this CVS loads better.

The staff was really great, and in particular the pharmacy group. I was looking for help with specific OTC products, and the floor staff took me to the pharmacy consult window, made sure I got help, and between the two, I found exactly what I needed. The pharmacy also was very helpful with getting my prescription filled, insurance set up and with care instructions explained. I was really impressed with the store lay out, and orderly design, however, call me a newbie, but Ive never had an voice come out of thin air above me, acknowledge my presence in a particular department, and let me know an associate will be with me soon..... service dogs are welcome, and well mannered dogs that are controlled and behaved are allowed. Dont abuse the privilege of being allowed to bring your service dog into this store. Enjoy.

This place is terrible. Just waited on hold for 20 minutes to talk to pharmacist, who acted like he couldnt hear me (line sounded fine) and hung up on me. This was only the latest in a string of miserable experiences with this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this unresponsive, rude and low-functioning store

I’m a regular customer at this store and there remodeled configuration is fine but there pay lines are incredibly inefficient and unfair to customers- with wait lines totally dependent on who you end up behind.The Asst Mgr says nothing will work which is wrong attitude. I urge them to observe other stores with a single line for all registers because it does work e.g. Walgreens and Trader Joe’s on Lakeshore and they have similar space constraints.

Friendly staff, great selection, new improvements like the single line for all tellers is great!

Long wait times at pharmacy due to lack of staff.. but you can show up with a new rx and it will be ready for you within 15 minutes!

This is the worst pharmacy. They never have anything prescribed to me by doctors. And there are myriad other problems with this place, including that shop lifting seems so bad that everything is in locked cases do you have to wait for someone to come and open it to get st it making every trip that much longer.

Bad service. Went in looking for 1 item and left without it. Not coming back

There is always a problem with the pharmacy filling prescriptions. There system is horrible. There communication is horrible. They constantly make mistakes.
