My husband and I are looking to remodel our bathroom and kitchen and Art Tile helped us find everything we were looking for. Since this is our first time remodeling, they walked us through the process and understood exactly what we were looking for. They had mock ups of bathrooms, a great selection of tiles and if samples were not available, they ordered them for you. Also, their COVID-19 guidelines also made us feel safe as this is done by appointment and can control the quantity of people, which unfortunately we did not experience in other places.

Expensive? Yes but worth it. They have a big selection of beautiful tile. The staff is very helpful with design and making sure that you’re ordering the right quantity and finishes. It’s my go to place for tile now.

I was immediately was greeted by Eve when I walked in to the showroom, and she made me feel very comfortable with helping me pick out tiles and talking about what my project was. All of the samples there are really amazing, and not your regular tile examples that you find at Home Depot, and the pricing is roughly the same. Eve was able to get my tiles in 2 days, so that really helped me to continue with my project in the time frame that I am working in. In the middle of renovation I learned the tile I planned to use (and buy at a different tile shop) was no longer a regularly stocked item. Nor could I find it anywhere locally. So back to the drawing board and remembering a positive review I read about Art Tile, I decided to head over to see what they had. They quickly grasped my problem, gave me samples to take home, including the sample board for one series. There were several good options within my parameters. The next day I went back to order and saw they stocked the feature tile I wanted too. A few days later my contractor picked up the new tiles and were back in business. Patrick took his time and helped me understand the different options to re-design my fireplace.Looking at my current fireplace design and dimensions, he suggested different textured stone tile and porcelain options to fit the look and feel of my house, matching different color stone tiles to match my Brazilian honey cherry wood mantles and floors.Come here for all your tile/design/remodeling needs!

Art Tile has the best selection Ive seen anywhere in the East Bay. I looked for a simple light blue subway tile in 10 different tile shops and couldnt find it until I went to Art Tile. Marta was so helpful and patient as she walked me through a complicated piecing around a window. She made certain I ordered enough of the correct edging tiles. Since my tiles came from Mexico they took several weeks. Unfortunately some of the bullnose were damaged. But Jason in the warehouse was great about helping me get proper replacements and faster than expected. They match the original order perfectly. Ill always recommend this wonderful company to anyone who asks.
