I had a bridesmaids dress that was too large. I came to Eclipse and they saved the day. Not only did she bring the dress in on the waist and bust and shorten the hem, she made adjustments to the straps after she noticed they were slipping off my shoulders. The alterations only took a week and looked seamless. The dress fit to a tee. Completely reasonable price point and worth every penny.

Got two pairs of jeans patched up real well here, giving me at least another year or two out of them, and at very reasonable rates! Turned out looking much better than I expected!

(Ill add pictures later) I went to Eclipse Alterations for both my wedding dress and my mothers dress for my wedding. It turned out fantastic for both dresses! Mine was especially difficult because there was no place to hide the bustling based off the construction of the dress, but they made it work by putting in intricate bustles in the underlayers of the skirt. I had to have a large portion of the dress tailored for my height (53 problems). She did exactly what I wanted, which was taking off the front and allowing the back to be an even longer train due to my height. My mothers dress also came out beautifully, with such attention to detail on where to put the lace and closures. My mother had the sides of her dress taken in mostly, and again the length tailored to her height. Overall, I cant recommend them enough! They did such an excellent job that I would tell all my friends and family to go.

I went here for alterations for my wedding dress. I had a bustle put in, the straps tightened, the front hemmed, and cups added to the top. We did the adjustments over 3 sessions and it was always very quick and easy. They were also always very quick on the turnaround time. This was the first place I went based on the reviews but it seemed to be reasonable pricing for wedding dress alterations.

Auntie Thuy does it again.Heard through the internet grapevine that she was selling handmade face masks for $5 each. A steal compared to what youd find on Etsy. As always, cash is best.Stopped by Sunday afternoon to a small line leading to the street. The shop is open via the secondary door away from the street so people can safely line up. Thuy popped her head out to take orders for sizes (adult man or adult woman) and if she had the bandwidth, even asking for a preferred color. She was slammed with sales that morning and was practically making the masks to order by the time I arrived. For large or custom size orders, call ahead!I overheard the customer in front of me ask for masks for small children and Thuy offered the smallest womens size she had on hand. When it was my turn I asked her for ten masks and she kindly asked if I could buy a smaller set today and come back tomorrow for the rest. Yes yes yes. Of course I can.Now that I have a small sample, I can have everyone in my household try out their masks so I can specify ear loop lengths or sizes (thankfully I have a tape measure) for the next time I pick up masks.Auntie Thuy, you are a saint. Thank you for everything youre doing.

They did a really nice (and quick!) job of altering my wedding separates. Took in my lace top which was too large for me and also tightened the waistline of my skirt and redid the zipper for a snug fit. Each alteration only took 2 weeks or so to do and fit me well. If youre able to pay in cash, please do, as it helps avoid credit card fees on their side of thing (this actually really helps small businesses).

I took some chewed up chair cushions ( thanks squirrels! ) into this shop and asked if they could be re-made. I was told yes. No pattern, nothing. I purchased the material and two weeks later I had my cushions. They fit perfectly. If youre in need of simple or hard projects I would say youre missing out if you dont use these ladies at this business. Professional and fast!

This is for a wedding dress only. Thuy was very nice and kind, and was less expensive than the other quotes I got. Unfortunately, she did not do a good job. My dress was a little complicated, so perhaps with an easier dress she would do better. I started in February for a July wedding so we should have had plenty of time but each time I came in she asked again the date of my wedding! Overall I had about 8 visits because each time she wouldnt complete all of the alterations she said she would. In the end, my dress neckline was crooked so it looked like I needed to pull it up on one side. I thought it looked like that when I tried it on, but by the time it looked like that it was close to the wedding date and there was still a lot of other work to be done.I also thought it was subtle but then I realized how bad it was on my wedding day when my bridesmaid told me to pull it up on one side. I also really wanted a French bustle and she assured me she could do it when giving me a quote, but a couple of days before I was supposed to pick up my dress she called in a bit of a panic saying she wasnt going to be able to do it. She did end up getting it done and it looked nice but fell down so many times at my wedding that I just stopped fixing it and had to hold it in my hand the whole night. She used very cheap clasps which contributed to the problem. Luckily I didnt feel like my dress was the most important part about my wedding so I still had a fabulous time. Again she was very nice and I dont doubt she does simpler clothes well, but perhaps go to a wedding dress specialist instead!!
