I had an intact but broken glass window pane in my double hung window that needed replacing before painting could begin. I am very pleased with the response and work from Jimenez Glass. This is a family operated business father and son. They carry all that they need in the truck and cut the glass on site so that they can be in and out usually in less than an hour. I did not have to remind them to wear masks. I texted them a picture and they gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and was the ending price. They answered the phone when I called and came out the very next day at the time they said to expect them. They cleaned up after themselves completely. I cannot say enough to compliment the ease with which I could make the arrangements and the quality they bring to the their work.

We had sliding glass doors with film built up between the double panes. They replaced just the glass inset and did a wonderful job. This is the kind of business that makes home renovation easy and painless.

Some were flakey, some didnt show up on time, and some priced me 2x.Guillermo and his team are honest and got the job done right.I appreciated that he communicated quickly with me and showed up on time to measure the window and gave me a proper and fair estimate. My toddler broke a big window in the middle of fire season and we were desperate to get it fixed before the smoke got super thick. I called several places, most didnt pick up. It was 2 hours between when I called Jimenez and when I had new glass in the window on the front of my house. They were fast, professional, amd didnt even need to enter my home (big plus in a pandemic). I will be forever greatful to them for the quick and quality work and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen to me gush about how great they are.

Terrible. Didnt even show up to give estimate when promised. Had to call back and was told he would show up the next morning and didnt show until late evening with no courtesy call at all. Not professional. Contacted late the next day with lame apology and estimate. By that time it was too late and had to have someone else do the job because my 82 year old mother had cold air coming in her house all night because of no show until the next day.Would not ever think of contacting again. Unacceptable non communication.
