Yesterday I purchased a vent pen, but since this was my first time buying one I took it home to charge it. It didnt seem to work, so I called back to speak with the salesman, who didnt give me much information on how to charge it. So the next day I called back asking for help, then I spoke with a Very Nice sales woman named Kathy, she asked that I return to see if she could help me? So I did and within minutes it was working fine. She explained that when she sales these pins, she goes over all aspects of how it works. Well she did great and I didnt have to ask for a refund. Thanks Again Kathy.

Oakland Organics is hands down one of the best shops I’ve been to on the west coast. The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. The shop is covered in beautiful art. And finally, the selection! So many options and all my questions were answered in great detail. If you’re in the area make sure this is on you to-do list!

One of my favorite dispensaries in the country! We have just finished a US tour trying only the best dispensaries in the country and this one is at the top. GREAT customer service and a quality product, however the connection to the community and worldwide artists is what made it on the list.

This place and their sister place in Hopland or my absolute favorite dispensaries! I buy a pair of leggings every time I go in there. The art is fabulous and they always take care of you and make sure that you leave with what you want.

I liked it. This used to be my favorite club when it was in downtown Oakland. Quite happy to see them again! I loved this dispensary and am a high society member, but over the last two months inventory and selection have become severely limited. No blunts, no enhanced pre rolls, outdoor flower is almost gone, no ounce specials. I seems that only indoor flower is available. Employees tell me super blunts will be back in a week, I come in to stock up, and there arent any there. So Ive left empty handed and drove to another dispensary to get a blunt. Today was the third time Ive come in and left with nothing because of the new inventory problems. I hope you get your products back soon.
