Never a long line and the clerk is so nice 🙂 I moved back to the area and Im so happy to see the market was still there. Its always well kept. Prices arent bad and they carry what youre looking for. This is my go to market in this area

This is my go to market. They have a great wine&spirit selection craft beer and wines. I have been coming to P&M for 15 plus years its a Dogtown/West Oakland staple and has grown with the eclectic neighborhood. I would highly recommend them due to the customer service they make u feel right at home. They used to have a fresh deli which I believe will be making a return soon highly anticipating fresh sandwiches.

If you need help they are there for you and place to rest meet impointen nice people that trying to change Oakland But what I dont like about some of the thats call themselves to help the homeless to find a place to live some of the homeless Ive been in the street for going on 5 year and Im 72 yrs old and Im on fixe income cant live by myself you got to live with 2 to 3 people to pay your rent they are putting up apartment everywhere in the Bay area for get the the homeless they are everywhere in Oakland but shouldnt be on the sidewalk were people work and park there car near were they work the Mayor is getting rich not helping the homeless just forget about.the people that want a place like me never have been homeless in my life if I have been I would go back home with my mama that I craying shame so God help homeless make them help us homeless befor the drugs kill more homeless dearGod
