Even after explicitly stating that I did not want insurance on my rental, I was charged the insurance. Furthermore, when I called to ask for a reversal of charges, I was told I would receive a call back. Not only have I not received a call back, all of my calls have since been ignored for the past week. Such a shame for such a small amount of money. I will never return.

Terrible experience-- Lisa lives to make life difficult for everyone that comes through her store and is clearly on a power trip. Do not come here.
