Excellent store for Lanai / Patio furniture. Top Quality reasonable pricing. Replacing furniture over 25 years old that was purchased from Palm Casual.

Terrible they claim warehouse/manufactures pricing when they were actually more than if you purchased at Home Depot. The cushion right away started mildewing and when I took the covers off. The sewing in the cushion covers was terrible. Loose strings and fraying every where. Do not buy from them. Ripe off

From start to finish a fantastic experience ! friendly, helpful !! delivery went smoothly. Delivery driver didnt like the way one chair was assembled so he immediatly took it back, made sure it was assembled correctly and brought it back at the end of the day !!! Above and beyond great customer service. Definitly recommend and definitly will return when we need more furniture !!!

Ill start with the only positive of our entire experience. The salesperson was very pleasant and helped us select a great dining set & a couple of chairs for our lanai. From there, things went downhill quickly, and no one here, including the manager, managed to stop it. Mistake after mistake was made, starting with placing the order (a week after our actual order date, which affected our expected delivery date - before Thanksgiving).We didnt find out they neglected to place our order until the day it was supposed to be delivered. They never called us prior to let us know of the mistake & that our delivery would be late. This happened twice more (and the Mgr himself was guilty of failing to notify us of delays & fix the QC issues with their products) during the five MONTHS we waited for our furniture to be delivered & without defects, which brings me to my final complaint. You dont wait and call your customer the DAY of the expected delivery to tell them its not coming. People have jobs & responsibilities which requires planning, and you were very disrespectful of our time. Furthermore, for $3000+ youd think when you finally get the furniture it would be the quality you expected. Nope. Either the material had defects or they ruined it when they put it together.As a Mgr myself, I can say the Mgr of this establishment failed misersbly to stop the bleeding and ensure there were no more mistakes with our order, after the very first one.A word of advice, take ownership of your mistakes, correct them, and ensure they dont snowball on the same order, as it did with ours. Be HONEST & communicate with your customers regarding the manufacture & delivery time of your furniture. Had you done that, the outcome & this review would be much different. You just dropped the ball and never bothered picking it up. If youre overwhelmed, then inform customers it will take more than 8 weeks to make & deliver the furniture. People make plans, and for you to disrespect them by not communicating & making excuses is absolutely unacceptable.I hope the people who choose to buy your product despite this review fare better than we did. After 5+ months of waiting, were back to square one with an empty lanai.

Excellent Quality, Excellent Customer Service The staff is so nice and so knowledgeable. The products are top notch quality and carry a lifetime warranty. After having a fire pit for several month, I asked if they would take it back and sell me a larger one and they did it with a smile on their face. I recommend Palm Casual whole heartedly.

This is a wonderful store. Made by their own factories and local labor, we found exactly what we wanted. Delivery turned out to be earlier than expected and we LOVE our new tables and chairs for our lanai. Its not cheap furniture and you can tell its high quality. Their service and attention to detail is welcomed! I will buy from them again. A great company!

Great service small selection

Great place for all kinds of outdoor and Patio furniture, and umbrellas, and accessories. So much to choose from and the staff is so easy to work with. They dont mind spending time with you and trying to figure out your setup and what your needs are. There are so many different styles and colors and fabrics to choose from. Their stuff is guaranteed for life and they stand by that. Of course this will probably run you more than going to Lowes or Home Depot but it is a one time purchase and you wont have to replace it after a few years.

Furniture looks great, but it’s annoying as hell that there are no prices on anything. If you want to see a price you have to talk to a sales rep to get it. As much as I liked a lot of the furniture, having to ask for a price every single time I saw something I liked turned me off, so we walked out.

I shopped at this location 6 months ago for patio furniture to compliment our new brick paver pacer to patio. They have incredible products available with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I had a small issue at first with one of the end tables plastic weave being at an angle. There were no questions asked about my issue, and they quickly replaced it with another end table. I feel confident knowing that if anything arises in the future they will have my best interests/satisfaction in mind.

Quality product will buy again.

We ordered two lounge chairs from Palm casual for my birthday in August. After a few hiccups I was getting disappointed in the delivery date. But Kyle Stewart and Devon were wonderful to work with. I got frustrated and vented probably more than I should have and they took it in stride and did everything they could to make me happy. And the quality of the furniture cannot be matched. I got Aluminum lounge chairs with Sunbrella fabric and now all I want to do is throw out my other patio furniture and order all that they have.

What a pleasant experience...zero sales pressure from the very friendly and helpful store personnel in this family run business. We had been looking for patio/outdoor and finding very high prices on the furniture we liked. Went to Palm Casual because of a friends recommendation and were extremely happy that we did. Found excellent quality furniture (same styles and quality of the high end stores) with far more reasonable factory prices and same choices in Sunbrella weather resistant fabric coverings. Outstanding customer service with lifetime guarantee and free delivery, too. Delivery personnel also great..friendly and helpful, will set up furniture outside for you even if you arent home when they arrive. Im sorry but there prices just cant be justified, there are many other stores that sell patio of the same quality for much less. Service was friendly i just feel the prices are outrageous.

They tell you your order will be done by a certain date, then keep moving that date further and further out. Been waiting over a month for some chairs and a table. Cant get a straight answer out of them as to when it will actually be done. Highly NOT recommended.
