Love this store. Could spend hours wandering the isles. Cute gifts, fun garden novelties. Anything and everything you can think of. Very helpful staff.

This is a very nice ACE. Clean, staff is friendly. Lots of inventory (in todays world Ive gotten used to seeing big empty shelves)and this was a nice change. The person I asked for assistance was nice and friendly.

I actually made a special trip here to buy a top of the line ironing board! I couldnt find one anywhere else! Its something I will always have and worth the $$. Of course I bought the new pad and a smaller sleeve one as well! Its the little things peeps, the little things that make me happy!This is an upscale Ace. It has its own Carhartt section. Ive never seen one before. They also carry high end dog food and nicer fixtures.Its very clean and every aisle is perfect! Coming from a person with OCD thats a compliment! Nothing is out of place which gives me peace!They give popcorn in cute little bags on your way out. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel good.Their customer service is on point. Im always asked if I need assistance. Friendly smiles and overall a pleasant store to shop in.

Nice store, lots of stuff but not fully stocked. Folks who work inside the store seems knowledgeable but cashier could not put two and two together. Would recommend more training for cashiers.

For a local hardware store this place is really great lots of employees and they are all extremely helpful...... You really cant beat their selection it is a different experience from the big box stores for sure youre not going to go there to get a washing machine or refrigerator but for things around the house this is definitely the place to go

Called ahead for a bolt.. drive the 20 mins.. they didnt have it. Metric selection is horriable. Nobody uses standard anymore, they really need to catch up with rest of the world. Other than that great store they have a great back patio selection and staff always super friendly right when you walk inAug 19- go in for bolts. Completley sold out of most common size both standard and equivalent metric.

Unorganized in store and curbside pickup. It would have been faster for me to just shop myself.

Went to get a board cut. Got way over charged for a sun stained board and not even the right size. So irritated that I have to go back to take care of this. Total waste of time and money.

This is the place that I can almost always find whatever it is that I need. It has a great selection of hardware, tools stuff for the boat, paints and supplys... you can just keep going on and on.

Everyone is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful! The store is ALWAYS clean and in order, making things extremely easy to find. If, on an off chance, theyre out of stock in anything theyre happy to call around to see if another store has your item. I and my family just moved to the area in mid November and the folks at Ace made it a point to make us feel welcome.

They have a good selection for the size of the store, just be willing to pay more than at other places. They are always very helpful and the lines not too long. All in all a good place to shop. Got a cheap spray paint from here that ruined my projectThe paint was touch n tone which applied very unevenly on my project causing a lot of drops. The can tip made it worst causing my arm to ache.

Great service and everything you need

Got exactly what I needed and it wasnt busy at all.

Had many things often needed for small repairs or DIY activities but is more expensive then places such as home depot Lowes etc. Is most likely gonna spiral down as logistics have been all but mastered for bigger companies such as amazon and others to have a better price point do to supply and demand as well. Still good if u dont have the time to go to a cheaper location or wait on mail.

Cashier was great only thing that was not good was when she asked if I needed help to take out the bag from cart and put in trunk of car. She paged someone to help then another worker walked by and asked him to help so as we walked out he tried to take cart away from me and said I need the cart to hold on to and he said no I need it cause its been a long day then I said Im handicap and I need it by then the person that the cashier called up said they called me to help this lady and the other guy said ok. So my point is that guy was out of line. I just wish I would have gotten his name. The other gentleman was so nice and he apologize for his coworker and wished I got his name too.
