Ive been this store couple times before. They do good customer service. So far, I just did pick up and drop off the order. I personally never waited more than 10 minutes in the store. Just back from a pickup order. One of the staffs help me to bring my packages to my car. Appreciated it. That is why I gave my 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

The employees at the Oakton UPS store consistently exemplify exceptional client service! Always greeted when you walk in and whatever the request - mailing, shredding, copying etc. each transaction is done quickly and professionally.

Couple of times went to this store for notary services and the experience was pleasant. Taken Passport photo here which I don’t like, quality was bad.

Service is good but 20 something employees wearing masks with valves that CDC clearly explains only protects the wearer but not those around them. Dangerous place to go with several employees wearing these type of masks. How about also protecting customers??? Looks like owner decided to change his response since in the email notification I got, he acknowledges staff were wearing wrong masks. They did move to better masks. I went back and saw that.

Monday morning. Ive made an appointment at another UPS store to talk about a private mail box. That store is a wreck. On person on duty. Cluttered. Disorganized. Surly. Ditto three additional stores. My frustration is near boiling. And then I arrive here at The UPS Store on Hunter Mill Road. Two people on the clock. Both smiling under their masks. The store, organized, clean. Theyve earned a new customer.

Amazing service! The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The pretty young blonde girl whose name I cannot remember assisted me in shipping some packages to California. She quickly took care of everything I needed and I was out within minutes! Easily the best UPS Store Ive ever been to.

Terrible customer service - young guy behind counter said he had time to help me with one box but not the other cause shop closed in 20 min and he had to be somewhere at 5:30- I sat in my car and watched 4 more people go in the shop that he had time to help .... not a good way to treat a regular customer - as I won’t be back

This is by far the worse UPS store. The level of customer service is so nasty it is sad. I have gone in here numerous times hopeful they people here will be nicer. I try to ask if everything is okay with the attendant, but most just are nasty and look like they are having a bad day.

Emily is super helpful! She is always efficient in shipping/processing my packages. She always has a smile on her face which is really welcoming.

Had a notary done and package sent wow service here is amazing i highly recommend this ups store to all my friends and any one who wants a great friendly experience. I could not be happier from the service i recieved!! Thank you!!! 10 star all the way!

Its convenient that they have an early opening time, but not when there is no staff there when its time to open. I waited more than 10 minutes after 8:30 (the open time on all signs and on their website) this morning and no one was there. I get that they may be understaffed, but theres only so much time I have before I have to go to work, and all I had to do was drop off a few packages and get a receipt. With all the traffic Amazon is getting (and returns) UPS needs to have a more reliable staff.**Update an hour later** I called to see if they were open, and the Manager answered and apologized that her Associate was late. Adding two stars.

I had my passport picture done here and the lady did not show the picture before printing a d when I told her I dont like the picture, she said that you would have to pay again. Also for the passport picture they put thermocol on the wall and make you hold it with you head. So unprofessional!. Never going to go back there again. I could give negative rating if I could.

This is the most unprofessional UPS center Ive ever visited. Even though this location is the closest to my home, I absolutely refuse to do business here. I had to send some cutlery to the company and insured it for a set amount. It was already taped and packaged. The manager/owner overheard and took it upon herself to OPEN and REPACKAGE my items. Then she charged me for packaging material I never asked for and insulted me by telling me that I packaged things poorly. Anyway, I call the company to verify my cutlery made it and they said it was in lost and found because it was missing the sheet of information letting them know who sent it! I was furious because retail value of these items is $1200. I called the store and the manager/owner refused to speak with me and instead directed her high school employee to manage me. I finally got really frustrated and he told me she left (while I was on the phone and could hear her in the background). So instead, I had to call corporate UPS and complain about the handling of this issue and only after that did the owner/manager call me to leave a voicemail telling me it was my fault? Are you kidding me? WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I live in Denver but called Hala and asked her to pack and ship a set of golf clubs that were displaced from hurricane Irma. She was quick, trustworthy and flexible. I was so fortunate to have her help when we needed it!
