I have used Ocala Heating & Air for a few offices over the years. I called Monday at 10 am and they were at my office by 12;30 pm! From the moment you call in the service call, updating me with text and photo of the Technician, they are WONDERFUL! Wow is really all I can say. I had a fire at my house burned out my air conditioner.Ocala Heating & AC was called and they came the very next day.They was on time, very professional guys.Marvin, Steve, & John was very professional.They explained everything to me at what they was doing.It even rained but it didnt slowed them down A very good team work they showed.I would give them a A+.Thank you very much guys. Theremostat replaced by them charges of just equipment was 170% markup I understand they need to make money but 170% markup is robbery i could have understand if the charges were inclusive service call but nope it was separate I will go to better business bureau and complin there tooVery Poor value and straight up robbery

This is a great company!! They are honest and actually repair your system! I definitely recommend them over other companies. We had other companies come out and give us a quote but they we trying to just sell a new unit instead of fixing the one we have. Justin was our technician he was very thorough, and professional, he diagnosed and fixed the issues very quickly.

10/26/20. I would definitely recommend this company for services. They took care of our special needs because we live out of town. Justin was our technician and was prompt, honest about diagnosing the issue, also on options to fix the issue according to our needs. Customer service in my opinion was the best, especially talking to Stacia in the office. This is how a company survives over 50 yrs of business.

AC is not working. Called at 6:30 pm to schedule service. Technician says he can go out at overtime rate or be there first thing in the morning. I asked if that was 8:00 or 9:00. He said 8:00. I told him I would be there (since I dont live at the house and its vacant). Of course this morning I get my children up early and head over their after rearranging things to accommodate the service. I am more than halfway to the property and the office calls to schedule. The technician doesnt have the authority to schedule! Now they cant be there until late morning. Of course my day is already planned. But who cares, right? The scheduler has zero empathy and just repeats that I could have had them come last night. Why would I do that if I had the option for a regular service call at a regular rate? I cannot recommend this company now. They dont follow through with what they say they will do.

I joined their Care Club to have the AC serviced every 6 months so the drain wouldnt clog. They did a professional cleaning, but after 95 days the AC stopped working. They were very prompt at coming out for the service, and found out it was only a clogged drain. They charged me one hour labor plus one service call for a clogged drain. I was able to call their office to zero out this invoice, because this should not have happened shortly after their cleaning. Thank goodness for the Care Club, I think it saved me money!

Ocala Heating and Air has gone above and beyond to help me with my heat exchanger for my pool and my A/C unit for my home. When my original A/C installer told me that I needed a whole new system; Joe did a free check for me when he was out fixing my pool heater. He found a leak in the A/C unit that other companies were not able to find. The office staff was able to warranty the defective part and get everything back into working order. Saving us thousands of dollars. Recently they helped us with the warranty on our pool heater and did a great job with getting the warranty on the parts and made it a priority to fix the issue within the time frame we asked. I will not use anyone else to service our equipment. The company and it’s team are worth every penny. Thank you Eddie for your help and time today. Also a big thank you to all the office staff that kept me informed about what was going on.

Kyle came to my house to provide a routine maintenance check on my A/C unit he was very professional, checked everything. Before he left he gave me a detailed description of everything he did as well as the results of what he found. I found Kyle to be very informative and the kind of person I would want for an employee.I received all my paperwork thru email which I made copies of for my files.Thank you Ocala Heating and Cooling for your prompt service and caring for your regular customers.

Eddie the technician, was really great. The cost was more than I had anticipated, as the repair was more than a quick fix. However, he did his best to work for us to keep costs down while maintaining a high standard of repair. We bought our unit through Ocala Heating and Air and will continue to use them for service. I would recommend a maintanence agreement though, just in case.

We have been using Ocala Heating and Air for several years now. We couldnt be happier. On the Friday before Memorial Day they came out and thought they had fixed our 18 year old unit. They did temporarily but Friday night it went back out again. They came out before noon the next day and determined that we had a bad condenser fan motor. It was replaced and we were back up and running again. They waived one of the fees since they had been there the day before. A few days after that my hubby was concerned about the noise it was now making so we called them back out. They came out the following day and found that the new part they put in was defective so they replaced it with no charge for the call or the part. They have always been very professional and always show up when they say they will. I recommend them to friends all the time. Thanks Ocala Heating and Air

Called to have my air conditioning system looked at due to intermittent issues. Tech came out sat there for 30 mins to say he doesnt know whats wrong. Then charges me $100 diagnostic fee for an AC system that still doesnt work. Called back 3 times requesting info for what could be wrong have got no response.

Called Sunday and within 10 minutes they called back & my hub spoke to repair person Kyle. We decided to tough it out until today and then Rep from company called us 1st thing and confirmed they would be here today. Then received a call stating that Kyle was on his way. He was here before noon, asked questions and he immediately went about searching for the problem, located it and fixed it. Was concerned they would try & sell me a new unit as some are known to do. Quick response and fixed in a small amount of time. Also of importantance...I purchased a reasonable priced year contract with discount on parts and no up charge for service calls on nights or weekends for a year if needed. He didnt offer it to sell me something......I asked for it. How refreshing. Thanks Ocala Heating & Air...you have made me a believer again in good folks offering a service for a fair price and having customer oriented employees. That speaks volumes to a consumer. 2 👍🏼 up

A month or so ago we needed to replace duct work underneath our mobile home due the old being both old and dry rotting. Their team came out to install new duct work, and did so in just a few hours.A challenge presented itself recently with the residence not being cool, but the team at Ocala Heating and Air Conditioning was very prompt to respond, and sent out a technician (Kyle) to assess and fix the problem. He did both in a short time. Fantastic job Kyle and team!I recommend these professionals hands down!

Great service - were able to come out and install my Nest thermostat within two hours of my calling, and charged a very reasonable rate. Plus, both techs and admins were super nice!

Sold me a lemon unit to begin with. Then made excuses about it and even members of their team made comments about poor installation and unit not working properly. Last straw was when they came to fix yet another problem, they charged $150 for labor of 15 minutes and had no explanation for it. They lost my business.

We had an emergency repair call for a system we had installed by a Belleview company just about 2 years ago. The Company that installed the system told us the soonest they could service us was 24 hours later. We had animals and an elderly person in the house, and the temperature was fast rising... Ocala Heating and Air not only scheduled us for the same day we called- they estimated 2 hours until they arrived, but were at our house servicing it within an hour! Looks like the next call to them will be the back up AC system we were planning on adding to the house! Thanks so much for listening to a scared homeowner... we really appreciate the compassion and care we received!
