They are the best i have been with rent a center for a lil over 9 years and i couldnt be more happy.

Renting us a washer Dryer because the laundromat cost way more. We love the washer and might keep it. The dryer works well. But I hope to purchase a set out right. They have a lot of cool stuff here and the staff is great!

I first contacted rent a center in regards to a promotional deal advertised pertaining to their cell phones. I called prior to going in to inquire about the promotion. Over the phone I was given rental information for that deal and decided to go in the store to sign up. Upon arriving to the same establishment I had spoken with I was shown the available phones all of which had previously been rented and were all broken in some way, majority having damaged pretty severely screens. I was then informed they no longer did rentals on phones only sold them as is for shockingly.... No...insultingly high prices for their condition which was completely wrong information in comparison to the information I had gotten over the phone. My rating is actually a zero but it wouldnt allow me to do so.

Love these guys! They always go above and beyond to make their customers happy! Specially Drew. Keep up the good work guys.

Worst place ever. They sell used items that clearly havent been inspected to insure quality before reselling. I do not recommend this location.

Went there and rented a what they advertised “gently used” loveseat. They bring it to my home and once I realized it was to big for my leaving room. I called that Friday and spoke to a person that seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. Told the situation and to come pick it up. No one came. Few days later I called and no one came to get it. I was out of town due to family emergency and changed my number due to getting a new phone and come back Saturday after noon 9/29 with flyers all over my home with the screen broken from when sticking flyers behind the screen. They were closed Sunday but this morning I get a call from my younger sister stating that they called her and that they were going to file theft charges against me because I was holding the merchandise! Then proceed to tell me I was a f-ing liar ! And said I was NOT allowed to change my number! He then proceed to tell me he had to get it today but told him it wasn’t going to be home where I worked 930am to 8pm but can schedule for this upcoming thursday! Manager then raises his voice at me and told me he was just going ahead to file charges on me anyways because I wasn’t giving it back! But yet was telling him I’m trying to set a date to come for them to get it when I’m home and he can’t miss me! Then he hangs up.. I called twice and they forward me.. I called again the third time and told him Thursday is my only day off and he says that’s fine I’m still going to file charges! Few more words were exchanged and then he proceeded to say if he can’t have it after Thursday then he was going to file which is whatever! I got ahold of our local police department of what’s going on so they know I’m not trying to hold there merchandise (which I never was) so they don’t try and pull a fast one on me! James and the claims manager whatever his name is, are the rudest and disgusting persons here! I’m not a criminal, I’ve been trying to work with them to come get it! It’s not my problem employees can’t relay messages! Worst store ever! Also another reason why it got sent back was because I was told a “person” comes around and “cleans” there used furniture for them once a week, which is a big fat LIE! I lift of the cushions and there was all kinds of dirt, candy and trash all inside the couch, straight filth! Never sat in it! I have pictures to prove this! Also this only happened in a two week time frame! I’m embarrassed for the owner of this franchise because of the lack of customer service, respect, cleanliness, accountability and professionalism at this location. DO NOT BUY!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

They brought me a washer in a hurricane lov it and them too good company to do bizz with they called a friend that rents from and offered to bring ice and water after hurricane thought that was grate

WORST PLACE TO GET FURNITURE FROM I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY FURNITURE FOR 2 MONTHS NOW GOING ON TO 3 MONTHS. THE MANAGER SAYS THAT ASHLEY FURNITURE HAS BEEN DELAYING A BUNCH OF ORDERS DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS . FIRST THE MANAGER TOLD ME MY FURNITURE WAS ON THE TRUCK AND NOW ITS NOT IN THE TRUCK AFTER WAITING ANOTHER WEEK. IM RECEIVING A BUNCH OF EXCUSES FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!

There goes the 5 star rating the day I was due harassing phone calls start this Andrew has personality of boiled peanuts I saved all the voicemails the others left very professional messages I left NY to get away from this kind of people so drive a lil further n rent elsewhere
