I went in store to rent a flatbed pickup truck and my associate Brianna was very courteous and was new to her job but did it with perfection. She was very observant of the policies and my experience was overall excellent.
Stephen in the hardware section was very helpful, and Carol in store was good at helping us bring items to the front and Tony for help loading it in the SUV.
The store looks deserted out front. The store needs a remodeling job and some landscaping to make it appealing when you drive up. The prices seem competitive and the selection is adequate. It gets the job done if you know what you need before arriving.
What can I say, youll find everything here, much better than the other competitors!
I will NEVER do another project with Home Depot again. I started a closet project costing me over 4K back in June with was supposed to be completed 9/17. It hasn’t even been started and not even expected to ship until end of Oct now! I received that info two weeks ago and I asked for the project to be cancelled. I was told by two different people they would reach out to see about canceling. I have attempted to contact each person back multiple times since last week one won’t answer they just screen calls by making everyone leave Voicemail and never return a message… the other is waiting for his manager to return an email (he has sent three times already)…. Be Careful doing big projects with Home Depot! Especially if you expect a timeline or customer service!

I am always disappointed when your employees dont make the effort to help me. Went over to the microwaves to purchase one. There was two associates just standing there and I said I am interested in buying one can you help me. They looked at each other and said which one. I said this particular one and they were a little distant away from me. I pointed to it and they turned around and looked in the rafters said we are out of that one. I asked if they could order me one. The one man said well if you want to pay $59.00. So I then asked if they could order me one. They said I should go on line and order it. If I wanted to order it on line I would have stayed home. So I am very disappointed in your service at the store. I planned on making a very large purchase but that didnt happen. I just got the paint I ordered and left and where do you think I went. So your employees need to be more helpful towards the customers.Thank you for taking the time to read this.
I was very impressed with the customer service demonstrated by all the employees. Unlike a similar business in town, I didn’t feel like I was being avoided. Every single employee I came across asked if they could help me. Very refreshing in a time when there is less and less good customer service.

Home Depot is the best place to go for any kind of building materials supplies to fix your house or pretty much anything relating to Hardware. Lots of cleaning supplies and many other things if you need it for your house or construction project most likely they have got it its my favorite Home Improvement store to go to
Purchased air compressor and nail gun kit. Air compressor leaked straight from the box. Air compressor is sold separately. Was instructed that the whole kit would need to be returned in order to exchange the leaking compressor. Stupidity in motion. If the hose was leaking would I have to bring it all back in? What if just one of the nailers that came in the kit were malfunctioning? All that needs to be done is you remove one from the box and put the defective on in the now empty box… instead we have to pack the whole thing back up and bring the whole thing back…. Ridiculous
Lighting (Pendant) choices are very good. Available ceiling fans are average they had better choices in the past. Outside mounted lights where also only average.
Has I think better prices than LOWES. The only issue I had was online pick up order at store. After calling them, they stated item was there for pick up. When arrive I waited 20 minutes for them to come out and tell me item wasnt there. Spoke to manager about issue. He then ended up finding item.
We live down the road from competition store, but will definitely 100% take the drive to Home Depot downtown. They are not only clean,but everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. Especially Karen in Hardware and René in Lumber. They take their time to answer every single question we may have and do not rush us out. They make us feel comfortable. Super nice facility, mask requirement indoor. The staff was very kind to me, while making a key for my house one of the employees that helped me really made me feel great I would definitely give her a raise customer service here is one of a kind.
Went in for mailbox and house numbers and the selection was poor compared to the place I ended up purchasing the items. One cashier available the rest was self scan. I was able to find assistance in the various departments.
Would not honor the military discount. I have a Real ID compliant state drivers license with a veterans designation. Only way to get this designation is to submit a DD-214 with a RE-1 Honorable Discharge code. Neil the manager said it did not meet corporate policy requirements.
The actual store and customer service was awesome. BUT I give home depot 2 stars (would be 1 if it wasnt for the customer service.) I ordered a refrigerator Sept 29th. Noted that I live in a mobile HOME TWICE on the paperwork. Paid for haul away service and connection service (2k cash, no payments.) Delivered October 8th. The men delivering had some broken down dolly NOT a refrigerator dolly. (Remember, I stated I lived in a mobile home TWICE.) In broken English they kept saying no, not delivering. The refrigerator sat outside in the rain while we argued about me paying for the haul away of my old refrigerator AND the fact I noted I lived in a mobile home..... TWICE. So they left, with the refrigerator and the delivery driver proceeded not to answer for Home Depot or my phone calls. Needless to say, I called back this store and requested a refund. Because I didnt want to deal with this BS again. I went to the Sears depot at American Frieght and had the refrigerator delivered and installed Oct 9 at 10am for a bigger refrigerator, faster delivery, $300 cheaper and not one Hassel. I appreciate the refund.
I shopped here for a few years before i gave up in despair.Im not even trying to be funny when i say this: Im beginning to suspect there is a pre-employment test that screens out candidates who have an IQ with three digits.I have seen stupidity on a scale i never thought possible at this store.Its clearly a symptom of Giant Megacorp Syndrome. Youd do yourself (and all of us, really) a favor by just shopping at a local competitor. Unless you like subjecting yourself to exploitative marketing tactics, and the general lackluster experience generally attributed to these size businesses.You know what im talking about. Enjoy. Or make a conscience effort to support better companies that want your business more. They at least care who you are, and how to get you to come back, rather than how to exploit you into coming back and making you believe the facade is real.Your choice. For me, I gave up on HD after getting the same treatment i got from fast food chains - my order is wrong, the employees are rude, incompetent, and simply arent treated well enough to care about the quality of their work.
They sell wood and other things. If you like long hard wood and maybe need some caulk they got you. For everything else theres Mastercard.
Actually it was very good experience, Gary at the lumber department went above and beyond providing customer service. After explaining my needs he excelled at helping me find a solution. Even when it was not related to the department he was designed to.
While remodeling my home and office they were extremely helpful in everything that I needed.
Found everything we were looking for. We got help finding the chainsaw we looked at on line, and got paint mixed quickly. They also had the cleanest restroom that Ive been in publicly in a really long time.
My washer and dryer gave up on me and I had to purchase a new set. Jackie in appliances was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything to me and was a genuinely kind and caring person. I am very happy about my purchase and Jackie made a huge difference with the level of care she provided. The Home Depot should be happy to have such a wonderful addition to their team!

This store is better stocked than lowes and has many items that are relatively cheaper than lowes as well, best part is they love our veterans and provide a discount for us. I would recommend this location and store over their competitors.
My son and I went to Home Depot this evening looking for a particular ceiling fan by Hampton Bay.We found the model that we were looking for, but it wasnt the correct finish. We wanted the brushed Nickel.A store employee named Shawn went over and above to help us locate them. Mike from the Lighting Department also helped locate the fans which were in an overhead.I cant thank them both enough for their help. The store manager should be proud to have such dedicated and helpful employees.

I like going to home depot because of the better prices and good quality products. However getting help is near impossible. What should be a 10 to 15 min visit turns into 30-45 min just waiting for assistance. 2 times in the last 3 months I called ahead to ask for items availability. Was told they had it, took the 30 min trip only to find out they didnt have it. Home depot needs to revamp their customer service and perhaps a bit more training for employees.
I never have any problems with items or materials being out of stock. The staff is always helpful and sometimes surprisingly knowledgeable. Lots of social distancing reminders and aids as well. Always a pleasant experience to shop there.
Hard to say between Home Depot and Lowes whos the best because both in this area, But I enjoy Home Depots garden section.

Asked for help in the paint department the guy was sitting on a stool at the desk. He never offered to get up and help me just pointed in the direction and told me the wrong isle.
I cant vouch for the whole store, but we had a great experience today! Someone made sure to ask if we needed any help, and the guy at the point counter (didnt get his name) was very friendly and answered our questions and made sure to confirm what we were ordering! Lots of customers, but felt like there was enough employees to help and check out everyone efficiently.
They only got four stars because theyre not Lowes I am a Lowes guy but home Depot is okay
Home depot doesnt have much for metric hex(allen) M7 bolts and other stuff... overall for a store of their size they dont have quite a few things needed,but Home Depot is OK I guess.....
Centrally located they have everything you need people were friendly places clean not too crowded
One of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered in a home depot. 6 am 1 door open I have a crew waiting to get materials and the contractor door isnt open. Walk in and they are all in a meeting. I ask about getting the door open, manager says I opened 1 door. I said we are at the contractor door. She says she will send some one down in a few minutes. This isnt the first time.

Couldnt find an Associate to assist me in locating items/information of items I intended to purchase😏🙄🤔☹️ 👎 being Elderly, Disabled Senior citizen....walking with a cane and Oxygen Concentrator....one would Think there would be Someone, that Works there, would assist.....NOT ☹️😏🤔🙄👎The 2 gals, putting generators under the shelving units....Seemed like it was a Bother to them....When I Asked for Assistance🙄😏🤔☹️👎👎👎I Will Shop LOWES more now❗👍❗👍❗👍❗at least at LOWES the Assisted will help you👍

This stores Customer Service is a joke. Took a Ryobi 40v battery in for replacement since its a 3 yr warranty (device is only 6-9 month old) which was part of a Trimmer set. The CS rep at the counter to bring in the Trimmer as well and they would just replace the set as a whole. Next day took the whole set in to replace and the CS rep at the counter today said that there was nothing that they could do. Would advise to not shop at this Home Depot!! Go to Lowes or Drive the 40 minutes to the Gainesville Home Depot!!

There garden department is well maintained. Plants are in excellent condition and it is well organized to sun and shade. Much better than certain other box store.
From moment one this company has left me hanging over and over. They dont get orders on time. They dont fill out invoices properly. They dont act like its important to do the job correctly or treat the customer with respect. When you ask for a manager they something happens until then you are transfered 4 times left on hold or ignored. Never using them again.

Today was one of the few times I couldnt find what I needed. 2x8x16 solid concrete caps that I use for stepping stones. The clerk advised its been a 2 months back order. I didnt believe it. Went across the highway to a competitor & found what I needed.

I was looking for an specific product that only Home Depot has according to a friend. I had to walk a lot looking for it. After a while I finally food somebody who could help me he send me to the other side if the store and nothing. I asked two more associates they gave me two different locations never find what I was looking for. Finally after 45 mintues of walking and walking around gave up and leave the store empty hand. I know his is this job because I use to work at Lowes. But they are suppose to help the customers no matter what. So disappointed and frustrated.
Ordered a water heater. Picked it up and was home. Great customer service, and a great loader who had a wonderful attitude.

I was not all that impressed with the. Customer service. I ordered several things for pickup sheets of Plywood and such. When the staff brought it from the back they handed it to me and walked off. I was standing there by myself and they Never even offered to help or call for help to load it. Thank goodness my husband was on the other side of the store or I would have had to leave it there, or ask a random stranger for help. I have never had that issue at Lowes

Im a Lowes girl by preference. One cashier open and 4 self checkouts. Um no!! Help to lift heavy stuff came when I almost had it loaded myself. So so experience all around.
Good deal on the 5 for 10 garden soil. People friendly, lots of plants to choose from.

We had multiple cuts if plywood that was completed without delay, even after we paid my wife forgot to use our coupon and they honored it after the purchase.
We purchased a pole saw at this location and it broke not long afterwards. It was under warranty, and we had all of our receipts. It took OVER an hour and a half for them to take the saw in for the repair. They had to call multiple people just to take the item in for repair. We were told that the process could take 3-4 weeks, then 4-6 weeks, and today we were advised 9-10 weeks! If you purchase something you need to use regularly, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your purchase. Home Depot’s standard answer is “we aren’t responsible and can’t control the timelines on repairs and returns”. They just don’t say that at the register when you buy an item or their warranty.

Their selection for the product, trash cans, were very minimal. Did a survey in store received a call Monday said all I had to do was answer few more questions to win the gift certificate my name was drawn for. Answered all questions and because I would not let some random stranger in my home to do an unnecessary water testing she got huffy and hung up on me. RUDE! Well I guess I dont get the gift card because I dont let people in my home ..Not only was she rude, hung up me...I dont really need the gift card because I will shop at Lowes where theres better selection, helpful people, and they support their veterans and show it everyday!
