What can I say except, wonderful!!!! Work was completed and done beautifully. My truck rides and drives like a dream now and the body repair and painting was fantastic!! So very appreciative of the kindness and professionalism these guys showed me. They scheduled me for an appointment on Thursday, but I was unable to make it. They graciously moved the appointment to Friday, did some minor tweaks on the new headlights for me and sent me on my way. The shop is huge and everything seems very clean (from what I could see through the windows). Will be back here for all of my future vehicle repair needs!

I pulled in to have my alternator checked and when Travis went to check it my alternator died. Travis was able to have my car fixed within two hours of me pulling in. Travis also saved me over a hundred bucks on a replacement alternator. Great service highly recommended. Awesome experience!!!

I had the best customer experience at Ocala Auto Repair! The throttle body in the Jeep broke as we were traveling through Ocala, and they were able to get it fixed within a couple of hours. More importantly, they were friendly, accommodating, and fair with pricing and labor rates. I highly recommend this shop and am grateful for their hospitality.

Believe me when I say I have been to so many mechanics in Ocala and spent $$$$ of dollars at all 10 place, I will not mention, over the years on alot of vehicles...that were crooks, played on women some very bad. I have a 2001 Mustang GT, I was looking for a good reliable mechanic shop. I met with Travis the owner and he was great to talk to while expressing my concerns.He took me to the shop to meet with the technician that would be working on my vehicle. Visiting from Georgia and my check engine light came on. They verified that it was the O2 sensor and replaced it. Price was very fair compared to other quotes I had received. They dont take appointments so even tho I was there when they first opened, I had 4 people ahead of me. Still, the wait wasnt too bad and they have a pleasant waiting room. They are very friendly and professional. They even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the repair! Wow!

I have a 2004 ranger, with 98.000 miles, and i went to ocala auto repairto have the rear brakes changes, they put on the lift check the brakes,and they call me, i said ho ho, they took me to see the brakes, you haveat least another 40.000 miles left. i believe they are very honest people.on 5- 6- 19 they replace the valve cover gasket, excellent job and verygood price. I recommend to all my family and friends Ocala auto repair they Honesty.

I took my navigator in fully expecting a $700 repair on fuse box replacement based on diagnosis from other servicer. Traviss tech was able to diagnose, secure, and correct fuse connection issue for $97.00. I didnt see that coming :)...Good job! 5 star legit!

My regular go-to place for all my car service, always friendly and customer focused, car is repaired quickly and I get trustworthy, honest, straight forward answers from them. I like to use Amsoil that last for 20,000 miles and the special Amsoil filter in my car, Travis special orders it for me and its cheaper then if I bought it myself!

I took my 95 Trans Am for ABS/Traction control dash light showing it was not working. They ran the codes & determined further testing was necessary to pinpoint the problem. They didnt charge for their time. Further diagnostic was completed at Kermits Precision Auto Care. Kermit determined the ABS/Traction control module was the problem. I located a new old stock for the T/A. I tried to replace it myself with no success. I took it to Ocala Auto Repair. In about an hour they had replaced the module, test drove the vehicle, and notified me of the results. Travis and the guys there are great, honest, friendly and very helpful. Thank you again. Polite, but not very professional.I work overnight shift (7p-7a) with alternating days off and live 30+ minutes away. On two separate occasions I scheduled to have an alignment done.The first time it was forgotten due to extenuating circumstances (provided discount on oil change for inconvenience and rescheduled due to full day workload). The second time, after waking up midway through my normal sleep schedule and driving 30+ minutes, I was told theres a 2 hour wait prior to the hour it would take the staff to do the job. Was instructed to call prior to traveling in order to confirm appointment hasnt been altered (why schedule it in advance?).This business could really use a full time secretary to handle scheduling/rescheduling and a better way to keep track (currently only witnessed writing down appointments on a small hanging calendar).Would be a one star rating but staff was very polite.

I’m completely blown away from the service that was performed on my 11 m sport package bmw 5 series. Was skeptical because I only wanted it to be touched by bmw but the wait was long because they were booked in advanced. My car was misfiring from 1 cyclinder and my g/f was telling me about it on the phone. She took it to Ocala auto repair because it was close by. Instead of treating her like a typical woman being at a repair shop by herself,they explained what was going on and even brought out a broken part that could cause a future issue and advised her but didn’t peer pressure her to get it replaced and advised her to FaceTime me and show me what was going on(vice to me being a trucker). That right there is honesty and pure quality which ment a lot. For them to not have a bmw master mechanic logo on their shirt, they performed as if they worked for a bmw dealership. Great establishment, A1 service. In and out with the change of all the spark plugs and 2 ignition coils within 2 hrs of having parts brought over. I highly recommend and if I can’t get into bmw, I will most def do business again.
