Butch & Tim are amazing! Weve used them for our vehicle repairs for years. This is the only shop in town that I feel comfortable sending my daughter to because I know she wont be taken advantage of. They do amazing work, always let you know what needs to be done before any work is performed and are fairly priced. If you want your car fixed right...this is the place to go!

I have had several incidents in the last 2 years where I needed a mechanic. Rising Sun was recommended to me by a local resident and I have not been disappointed. Customer service is fantastic and prices seem to be fair and average for my needs. They replaced an engine for me as well as different work over the years. They are transparent and show you the problem if possible. I personally think that they professional, competent with fair pricing.

Just terrible all the way from my SUV was stolen and have full coverage insurance through State Farm the whole thing was a mess between them and the insurance I felt like they prayed on me being a woman stuck in a bad situation monetarily. Their Communication to just lack of care blew my mind, paid over $250 for 2 hours of labor . And I still cant tell me anything wrong with it whether its the battery is alternator engine what noises what estimate of whats going on nothing I was just taken back .....I cant tell where they didnt even charge my battery or repair my flat tire for $263.83 dollars .The!+j+n I was told it would be $120 an hour to keep diagnosing the car and they have no idea how long it could take what isnt that something to take into consideration,,I dont think so!!!, I figured it out by myself reading 4Runner forums and general knowledge now Im still out $250.0 plus $135 to tow it back home, with that amount I could have paid an electrician to rewire the wires that are hanging where they did try to jump start it

We were new to Ocala and due to get a timing belt, full brake service and new tires all at once on our Honda. After getting recommendations and calling around for quote, Rising Sun rose above the rest for their prompt, friendly and professional service. We had far better experience than we ever did at a dealership for hundreds of dollars less. We could not be more pleased with the work done or the price. They will be getting all our business for both our Honda and our Toyota.

I had a problem with the entertainment console (radio, navigation, phone, etc.) on my car and I took it to Rising Sun for help. The gentleman looked at what was going on and was honest with me that I needed to take it to the auto dealer for software reloading to fix the problem. No charge - just a hand shake and Ill go back when he can be of service to me.
