Arrived at 7:25am for a 7:30am scheduled service appointment. Very first vehicle in line. There for oil change and tire rotation. Shop pulled a vehicle that arrived about a half an hour after me in before my vehicle. Actually had to pull it around mine! I didnt leave there until 9:00am when my truck was finally finished!Not only that, I was quoted 70.00 for the services and ended up being charged almost twice that! Would have been twice if not for the 10.00 off...then acted like he was doing me a huge favor after doubling the price and after assuring me my vehicle would be the very first into the shop!I was not very happy when I left the dealership to say the least!

I was ignored when I walked in and not greeted. The person I interacted with at the service department was very short and dismissive of my concerns and didnt offer to look at my vehicle or offer any solutions.

Husband made an appointment online foroil change, tire rotation, new wipers and asked for the free car wash that they offer. So...I dont understand why, when you show up and give your name, they then ask what you are there for! Shouldnt they put your name in and confirm from your appointment what you want done? To top it off, they didnt wash it (why offer this free service, if you are not going to do it)and there were dirty hand prints on the interior of the door and the steering wheel! Just unprofessional and inconsiderate.

We experienced car trouble while visiting Florida. Sullivan Buick GMC expedited service and fixed the problem while we waited. Invoice was fair and they washed our car too!

Service is always top notch

I was charged an hour and a half worth of labor for a job that took 20 minutes or less. I Tried to go in and figure out why that happened did not get any satisfaction whatsoever. Therefore I will never go back there again and express that same concern to my friends
