Michael from Target and all the other staff there are very awesome. And they care about the customer. But most importantly the staff have a great family built between them. Thankyou guys!

I choose to shop here because it is close my place of employment. This was a quick in and out trip and it all went according to plan!

It seems you have downgraded on some of the items you carry. I buy suave bath and body wash. the last several times i was there your down to three rows of 3 different scents. it used to be two rows of 5 or 6 scents why

Variety, the store is clean, has a friendly staff and has a great variety of things to choose from.

I know one bad experience shouldn’t mean the whole store is bad. But I’m visiting the area, helping family and went in to purchase more clothes for my stay. I went to the fitting room to try some of them on and asked if I could take my cart in to help me hold myself up while changing. I had nothing but clothes in my cart and have done this many other times in other target stores and never had an issue. One of the woman employees at the fitting room did not want to let me in with my cart and when I insisted I needed it, she went ahead and said she was letting security know and in front of me alerted security on her walkie talkie that I was “a possible” (I’m assuming for theft). I am a 27 year old disabled and medically retired veteran and this is the first time in my life I have ever been so embarrassed and felt ashamed of needing simple assistance such as keeping a cart to help myself while changing. Had the woman not jumped to conclusions and taken the time to ask, and understand this awful experience could have been avoided.

So clean organized and friendly staff! Means a lot retired im a manager.

Pleasant store with most everything that I need. I only gave Target 3 stars because there was no option except for self check-out. I would expect to be given the option for having a cashier check and bag my order.

Looked up website to see what time they open. It said 8:00 when I got there the guy said that only 65 or older and pregnant women were allowed to shop anyone else had to wait till 9:00. However while sitting and writing this review I saw they let younger people in. I normally don’t shop at Target as it is not a favorite of mine to shop at but my granddaughter wanted something that they can carried so I thought it would be nice to surprise her and pick it up. She willHave to wait I will order it on Amazon I will not shop at target. Ever.

Nice store and found what I was looking for

Every thing I need that was in the add was in the store and checking out was fast and the persons that cash me out was very nice and helpfully.

Good people shopped the Ocala Target today. Jason in the grocery dept dropped what he was doing and helped me find what I was looking for. He had to check the backroom to get my product. Very good employee that needs commended!

Michelle, in Ladies Sports Bra department provided excellent customer service. Very respectful and knowledgeable about the product I needed. She went the extra mile. She informed me of the target app and showed me how to use it. She also took the time to show me how to go online to order a sports Bra for my elderly 87 year old aunt. She is an awesome young lady. You are blessed to have her as a representative for Target. We as your customer was grateful she was there to help us.

I am obsessed with this target location! They are so clean which is important during these Covid times. The staff is so friendly and professional from the moment you walk in all the way up to checkout. I Shop both in store and do the “drive up” and am just so pleased by the entire process. They always have everything I need and more. I only had one issue with a case of horizon chocolate milks that had gone bad, but through the target app, the return process was easy peasy, no hassle at all. Keep it up! I don’t mind the 25min drive because of all the above mentioned.

Dr. Euckland is very patient with my young daughter he’s experienced and knowledgeable. Eric is amazing always walks us through new products from start to finish and helps my daughter find just the right pair of glasses. Target optical is in Gainesville a bit away from where we live but we will come back year after year. Thank you for all that you do :)

Not a fan of this store, just left and it was a huge line and self checkout only… seeing that I’m not an employee and do not work for target, I should not of had to do someone’s else’s job and run a register.

The pick up process was great. I will start using it more often.

I didnt do the curbside order correctly but the Target employee went above and beyond her duties and took good care of it.

Very clean, safe. The staff are always helpful, and their prices are surprisingly cheaper on some grocery items. Great wine selection as well.

Ordering on line was very easy and delivery was prompt. I was nervous about doing them myself but they turned out to be easy, especially after the first one. My bookshelves are looking very nice in my new home office and I cant wait to redo my daughters bedroom to put hers in there.. I love them so much that I am ordering 2 more.

This store is my go-to for ALL of my needs. The only thing that I don’t like is how rude some of the employees can be when you obviously need help finding something. Nonetheless, whenever I come in, Rafael in the clothing department is absolutely willing to help! He is so kind, patient, and detail oriented, that I can describe what kind of outfits I want and he finds me things that I love! He is always happy to help and should be your go to for your outfits! Jonathan in the Electronics Department is the BEST!!!!!!! So helpful, so kind and actually CARES about the customers desires! Target is Target...the people make it or break it. While appreciate them being open late, and generally willing to go search for a product upon being asked, it would be far better if they offered that expected level of service than to have to ask for it.

Ease of finding everything I need

I was very satisfied with the way the employees were cleaning the check out area. Also I found things I had been looking for. The employees were sanitizing the conveyor belt after each person, also doing the same with the key pad after each person checked out. WalMart was doing neither!

I was missing a significant part of my order. The employee who put the groceries in the back of my car caught and attitude when. I asked her if she was sure everything was there because it didnt look like enough grocery bags. I now cant dispute the missing items for 24 hours.

Convenience of not having to walk around in the store.

Totally understand returns and the act of not accepting due to the world currently. However when I purchased Friday night at self check out, no signs there or I would not have purchased and just did a gift card, when I come back today, rude person at customer service area after waiting for a bit looked at me and said are you returning, stated yes she then pointed to sign and said no returns. Would have been better to simply explain instead of being a dictator I would think and be a little nicer about the delivery of the message. Ocala

Nice spacious isles, very clean, friendly cashier with a pleasant personality and had everything that I needed.

This is the 1st ghetto target Ive been in, the store was dirty and had low stock for general items. Customer service was nice at least.

I love Kidrobot! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all the vinyl toys and accessories. There collections are addicting, but its really a fun hobby. Plus you can make some real money if you are lucky to find a special edition toy ^^

Store never has anything in stock in the toy or collectibles sections, managers ask if they can help you and when you say yes they walk away, had collectibles at one point in time but sections were cut in half claiming to be a low volume store but if theres no products to buy how can you say its low volume? Not going to waste my time or money at this location from now on

I have done so much shopping on line lately that I forgot how nice it is to actually GO shopping in a store.This target has adequate parking, and the store was clean and laid out in a way to make it easy to find what youre looking for. Prices are fair, and the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I will certainly enjoying going back next time I want to go shopping.

I like Target 😁 I think they have good prices on their food items. I recently bought deli sliced roast beef 8 oz for $1.99 same with the turkey. And they taste good. I have been going to the pharmacy there for over 5 years. Im just sorry 😭 that rotten C.V.S took over.!!! May/17/2020 they will mail your prescriptions free of charge during this virus. I enjoy shopping at Target. The store is neat and clean and has a contemporary look. My daughter loves the selection of junior clothing and eating at the cafeteria. Today an employee went above and beyond and assisted me at the self checkout. I believe that her name was Roselyn. She provided excellent customer service.

Spent 15 minutes trying to find one item. I understand everything has been moved since remodel, but I could not find one employee on any aisle to help. Very frustrating when you are trying to get in and out of the store.

The store is a little older looking in comparison to the one in the villages, but they have great service and a wonderful selection. I can never find any good clothes at the villages one since they primarily focus on the older age group. This store definitely makes up for it!

Great place to shop. First time here. I was totally surprised by what they had in the store and how large it was.

Theres a Starbucks right next to the dollar section. Those are my two favorite things ever! This target is always organized and seems clean. The employees are helpful, and I dont think Ive ever had to actually wait in any kind of line at this particular location. Grab a cup of coffee and go nuts with shopping! ❤️❤️❤️

Store is clean. Great customer service. Ive never had to wait more than a minute or two in a check out line so theyre adequately staffed. Staff answered my questions knowledgeably about product location. Store shelves are stocked and have the things I go there to get. Things are easy to find. A typical enjoyable target experience.

I love Target, my husband loves it, my kids love it. We all can find things we adore, great clothes (one of the only places that sells a 33 waist for my hubs), trending and well made furniture and the latest and greatest toys.

Can’t shop there anymore. Rush-hour traffic and they have one person at checkout like Walmart. May as well go to Walmart and save money.

Target is a great place to go grab almost anything you need from groceries, clothing for the whole family, toys books, I enjoy the red card saving they offer for having a credit card or their debit card. Coupons and great deals on everything! I rated a 4 star because they didnt have an item they showed having in stock online.

Im posting this review because i wanted to say that both the positive and negative reviews are true. In terms of gift receipts, i have experienced both from them: a guy tells me i dont need the gift receipt as long as the sticker is there, and a woman giving me multiple gift receipts for my purchases.

This is like any other Target. Its nice here and clean. The sections I like to browse the most are the clothing section, the home decor, and the seasonal section. Its a very nice store.

Good store, products are always stocked on shelves, and never have trouble finding what I need. However, bathrooms are simply disgusting and the limited interactions Ive had with staff members there were unpleasant (cashiers texting on their phones, wont talk to you, etc). Now, I shop in self-checkout and I almost always have a positive experience. The Target in The Villages is much newer, cleaner, and more representative of the store/brand so many love.

Have been a target customer for many years and are happy with their products and prices.

Clean and mostly empty store. That is how I have found many Targets to be throughout the country. I didnt find anything I needed at this store and I needed about 20 different items for my house. As for regular type things like food, health and beauty, and paper products, etc. you can find a much better price for the same thing at any Walmart.

I need a motorized cart for long walks due to medical issues. They never work or always dead. Guess I cant shop.

Good store

I am at Target pharmacy at least once a week. The employees there are very helpful. Though they are extremely busy-they make time to consult with their customers. I feel they are the best pharmacy around!

They flat out refused to honor glitch in pricing on their app. I was told it was a corporate decision and that it is in their policy guidelines not to honor price matching due to mistypes or mistakes. However this was on THEIR OWN APP. Please explain to me how a store has to price match themselves. This is a very poor way to run a business and if it were any other company, they would honor a glitch in THEIR OWN SYSTEM. They need to take responsibility for their own actions, then fix their mistake. The item was a PS4 bundle listed as $29.99. I called the customer service line and explained the situation and the employee rudely denied all liability then said that is their policy. I asked for a supervisor and he rudely stated he was the supervisor and that I was going to get the same answer if I called back. I will never shop with target in store, or online again.

For such a big store, and the big amount of clients at the time i went, i felt so cared for, from the person welcoming me, to the workers through out the store and specially by the cashier, she was so helpful and informative while getting my first redcard

Fast and easy

I really do love Target stores, usually very clean and well organized. However my last couple trips to this Target has been a bit of a let down for me. Back home in WI I would go to Target for the Pretzel Combo meal every time.. LOVED IT! But each time I have come to this Target they are usually out of cheese or the pretzels are hard/stale which makes them very unsatisfying.Aside from the not so great food court... the rest of the store is pretty good. Very clean, good sales, and friendly workers. However Being a fat man who loves his pretzel combo from Target stores lol... I have to give this Target a 3 stars instead of a 5 :(
