Super company and super people! My rep (Larry) kept me informed about everything waiting to pick up my boat after a few months since COVID halted the motor manufacturers, a bit. He was honest, genuine, and very nice to deal with. The ladies at the counter and in finance were awesome as well!

The store is awesome and has a great product variety. They could also order probably anything you need. However when I brought my 1993 Sea Ray sea rayder in to have it worked on the mechanic was quick to defined reasons as to why he would not work on my boat. I had a simple little fix that just needed some gaskets. I am not much of a mechanic and would rather pay someone to do the job. So when I called them on the phone they said sure bring it on down. So I physically put the motor in the back of my truck and took it down to them. At that point in time I realized they are not mechanics just part changers. There should be absolutely no reason that they cannot work on a 90 horse Mercury outboard motor. After all they do state that they are Mercury dealer and Service Center. Fortunately there are other places in the area that do work on Motors. I will never return to them for any work on any of my Motors after being denied service however I will continue to use the inside shop and order parts there.

I recently purchased a new SeaArk from Miller’s. I received stellar customer service,great communication and attention to detail all the way from Jeff the owner, Brad my sales representative, Nick who rigged my boat and Mallory in finance. I can’t think of enough good things to say about my experience at Miller’s. I highly recommend doing any kind of business you can with them.

I brought my 1969 ski boat to Millers to have it refurbished and repowered. They did an incredible job replacing the instruments, repairing/rebuilding the seats, replacing the carpeting, installing hydraulic steering and a new Mercury motor. Flawless fit and finish. Better than new. Like the service there, the staff are first class, and very easy to deal with. From the shop to the sales staff. I was informed of the progress regularly, and contacted with questions when needed. Everyone there was as excited with the finished boat as I was. I cant give any higher recommendation to the good folks at Millers Boating Center. Thank you guys!

When I called Millers to ask about a new outboard, they were so much faster and willing to help than multiple dealers I called who were much closer to me. Not only that, they were considerably lower in price. As if this wasnt good enough, the salesman also gave me extras and they installed the motor on the boat for me bolting it through and adding extra materials so it would be more secure. Its clear Millers values your business.

They are nice people to deal with with one exception. They never seem to be able to get me my registration in the required thirty days. I have bought three boats and two outboard motors from them in the last seven years and the last two have had to sit while I waited for my registration to arrive and now on a holiday when I am expecting company that expect to fish. I think future purchases will be from a company who can deliver my registration on time.

The folks at Millers Boating Company were such a big help to me after my fathers unexpected death last year. Dad had a 1962 Scatamaran, passed on to him by my grandpa, which had sat unmoved in his garage for 20 years. My children and I have fond memories of rides in that boat and Dad had promised it to my son, so I wanted to bring it back from Florida. Before I could tow it 500 miles, however, I needed someone to go over the trailer and make sure it was road-worthy. The people at Millers got the boat in and out in one day, and even cheerfully handled a last-minute rescheduling of my appointment. Finally, they gave me an estimate of the boat’s worth in order to help my brother and I to distribute Dad’s assets. I highly recommend Millers.

I visited recently and there was no assistance in any way outside sales. Inside was banging. I looked at the go Devil boats.... others. Left and bought a boat used. Good price online. A friend bought a bass boat year ago and had a bad experience with getting a brand new setup right for the first fishing trip. Took months. Couple visits. I still give 4 stars because I know tje company strives for excellence. They wouldnt be there of not? But maybe customer service could use some attention? Great line of boats and gear. Even apparel?

I thought buying a boat would be a hassle like buying a car. Millers was nothing like that! Larry in sales was very friendly and knowledgeable, not at all pushy. Mallory in financing made all the paperwork go smoothly and quickly. Logan in the service department was patient with our questions when he showed us all the features and explained the break-in process of new motors.

I had a great experience at Miller’s. I was in search of a rear deck for my boat and they were the only dealer on the central Florida area with the part in stock. Customer service was great over the phone and at the dealer. Would definitely recommend going there for your boat needs, I’m sure their sales is just as good as their parts department was.

A truly professional looking dealership with a great reputation in the industry. My wife and I stopped in after a road trip for a break. The Millers staff I met were ready to help and looked to be busy helping customers. They had a very good selection of new and used boats and outboards. Ship store was well stocked and priced comparable to a large big box store. I grew up in and around the boating industry and its always interesting to watch other professionals at work. Id venture to say this is a good place to do business for a boating enthusiast living or playing around Ocala!

Been there several times in the past many years and every one has always been friendly. I purchased a new boat from them almost 4 years ago with no complaint. The sales, parts and general staff treated me as if I where family. The pricing of new and used boats are not beyond reasonable at all. The items in the show room are in line with bass pro, Wally world and so forth. The employees will point you in the right direction to get the best bang for your buck.

Ive been there three times now..and attended the customer appreciation day party and sale. The staff was incredibly generous with help or questions answered. They even gave me a hard to find connector for my older round trailer light..but didnt have the second connector..which is obsolete now. This establishment has practically anything needed for boating and trailer parts..along with so much more. Great place for big boys toys.

After much research on aluminum boats I narrowed my choices to two Brands of Bay boat ... I stumbled across the exact model I wanted .I drove four hours to Millers to look at it, they were having an in house boat show so I was even able to speak with a factory rep .Then I spoke to a salesman for just a few minutes ... The boat was marked down a good bit for the show so I was happy with the price .After jumping through a few hoops for lack of credit and being out of state ...The Finance Dept was able to make it happen with a lot of extra work ..I couldnt be more pleased with the way I was treated .Salesman Jim was super nice .. and the Finance team were the hardest working group Ive seen ..My experience was with sales and a few accessories ... I can not speak for there service but if youre within driving distance and looking for certain boat .. check with Millers before you buy ..

I was looking for a new motor and after speaking with the Marine stores closest to me, and after checking out what Bass Pro had to offer, I decided to give Millers a call. The friendly service and professional appearance of their mechanic area led me to buy my new 40hp Mercury outboard there.Their prices are about average with other places of their caliber, but they have always greeted me with a friendly hello and never have rushed me out the door. I recommend Millers Boater Center to anyone looking for a boat or service, they also have a fair selection of used boats and motors.

Purchased a new 2020 Starcraft boat from Millers Boating Center and had it shipped to the coast of North Carolina. Even with the shipping cost I saved considerable money and it was a pleasure dealing with the team at Millers.

They take a year to fix your boat! I brought my boat back twice now for the same issue. Im SURE Ill get a different bill on something they claim they fixed, yet what should be done is a fixed boat on their dime. But that would be to honest to do. And they certainly cant loose on there end so we just pass something on to the customer.

Wanted to spend some money to get service work done on my triple 350 Yamahas. Wanted to schedule an appointment but was told I have to just leave boat there for 5-6 weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, NOT EVEN A PACK OF GUM!!!!!! 3 years ago I purchased a used bass boat from this dealer and paid 11,000.00. 1 month after buying the boat the motor locked up. After having it scoped by a different repair shop I found out the motor had already been rebuilt. This on a newer 2007 motor. Took it back to Millers and had them fix the motor. They told me they had to rebuild the engine. Today after careful consideration my wife and I decided we need a pontoon. I took the same boat back to Millers to trade in on a pontoon. Over the phone I was told in the neighborhood of 8,000 for trade. I was accepting the loss to get into the pontoon. After review of my trade they offered me 2500.00 for trade and said there was damage inside the motor. If your mechanic rebuilt the motor its your fault its damaged. I have never once had an issue after the rebuild and just had motor serviced at southern marine prior to taking it in. Highly recommend southern marine. Never once said there was an issue. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Was told yesterday that the part we needed was available on the phone. But they didnt have it available today. And it was also quoted today at a higher price then on the phone yesterday.

I own 2 boats and have for years counted on Millers for parts. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. While Ive never purchased a boat there, I have cruised their massive inventory. If you cant find a suitable boat there, they probably dont make it. I bought a trolling motor there today and it was the same price as on Amazon. It was in stock and I took it home right away instead of waiting for delivery.

We have been a customer there for 15 years. We went to take our older model Landau with a mid 80s Mercury in for service and the service guy said it was too old they wouldnt touch the motor it was to hard to get parts. They have been servicing our Key West since we bought it along with our older Landau. Turning away long time customers with more than one boat may not be a great business plan.Just an update - we took the boat to AAA Marine in CR. Had it back in 1 week, it was a simple repair which my husband knew going in but didnt have the time to do at home. Shifting cables, control box, a spark plug and a fuel line.

Overall I was happy with the price I received on a new Bimini Top. The installation looked good and the tech was a nice guy even though one of the service managers was not. I waited over 4 hours when they stated the job would only take an hour. I understood that they were busy but this was a little excessive in my opinion. What really made me angry was when the service manager with a long beard told me that I was lucky to only wait 4hours and not 2 weeks. This was after I stated that I had to leave in a few minutes to pick up my son and the job had been completed for over 20 minutes. Totally unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

We bought our boat at Millers in 2007 and we have always went back for any parts, service or upgrades. They treat you like family.

Deliver pizza here just this week and they were very busy getting ready for the boat show. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and nice. And to add to that they gave me a very very nice tip. If I was in the market for a boat this would be the first place Id go.

This is a great family run dealership! As big and successful as they are they still take the time to try and help the little guy. I am a pro Fishing guide and they have bailed me out time after time! Sometimes in stuff that was not even their products :)

Always great service friendly super helpful

One of the biggest mistakes in my life I should have listened to my friends and not bought a boat there. I purchased a boat about 5 years ago. I should have known the first day I had it it would not run. I had to take the boat back and they had neglected to do the maintenance on the engine and handed to change the fuel filter. The only recommendation that I can make is that they will not give you a fair trade price on your boat no matter what the Blue Book value is. They will probably value in it has a third of the price. No matter what the condition that the boat is.

Huge supply of about any marine items you might be after, well staffed and always eager to help, the service department is the best Ive ever run across, willing to help you out with advice on most anything.

Im rating Millers 4 overall, however certain areas of this business should be rated 5. I recently had my boat repaired here at Millers. The mechanic who fixed my boat (Terry) deserves 5 stars. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process and is quick to return phone calls and/or answer questions. He also saved all of the bad parts that were replaced so that he could show me why they needed replacing. Heres where things went wrong: When picking up my boat after the repairs were done, there was trash left in my boat and leaves from being left outdoors while it was in their possession. one of my speakers had a couple screws started in the holes holding it in and the other 2 screws were in the cup holder. My boat jack was bent from the employees picking my boat up with their tractor and dropping it too hard. (update: Millers has replaced my jack free of charge, without too much hassle on my part.) Overall my experience was good, the staff is friendly and i would do business here again.
