Purchased 34ft. trailer from Andy on June 1st. 2020, with a promise delivery date of 3 weeks. After many pathetic excuses, I finally took possession 6 weeks later. When driver arrived he explained trailer was not set up for boat (bunks not positioned correctly, V-stop low, etc.) due to the fact my trailer was used to haul several trailers to Louisiana (300 miles past my location.) ironically I paid delivery fee. Once ready to load boat, I first noticed screw protruding through side wall of center tire. After further examination I noticed broken wood piece on bow stop, obviously from load of trailers. When I finally contacted Andy, he assured me he’d have someone in contact to discuss my issues. CRICKETS...refuses to answer phone calls, text messages or emails. DO NOT BUY TRAILER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

ZERO stars!!! Ordered a custom trailer for a 28’ Cobalt and had delivered to a Legendary Marina for an extra $300. As Legendary Marine said, they’ve never seen a trailer builder screw up a configuration as bad as Platinum did. Boat was hanging 6 feet off the trailer. The bow stop and wench setup couldn’t be reconfigured in any way to fit the boat. Spoke to Platinum that day and they promised to ship out the proper parts. It’s been over 2 months and nothing has arrived. After weeks of telling me the parts were on the way, but never able to provide a tracking number, they have now stopped communicating entirely. On top of this, the first time I splashed the trailer, the lights lost functionality.Be warned, Andy, the owner of the company, could care less about customer satisfaction. He appears to just sub out any orders to other builders and has put no effort into resolving my issues. No return calls, texts or emails from Andy. Glad I paid with AMEX so I could open up a dispute and provide a mountain of evidence of their inadequacies.They may be able to build a trailer fast, but can they build it right?!? Not in my case. Should have waited for a better builder to do it right.
