Geneva was so nice and kind!

Worst experience ever. They pierced my baby’s ear twice before she managed to put One on. Then the second ear she pierced it twice again and didn’t even put the earring in! Now my baby has four holes and one earring! Don’t go to this place! Very unprofessional!

First of all this lady could not understand how I wanted my daughters ears pierced. (Older did lady) With a marker we went over and over and over again were to place it. I ask her why cant 2 professional Pierce my 6 month old daughter ears at the same time ( which I preferred), she told me they could not because the baby would move which didnt make Sense. The child will now go through it twice and move even more. There were more than enough associates and not busy.I mention this because as I get home and start to read the after care HAND BOOK it says WE RECOMMEND TO HELP ALLEVIATE ANXIETY AT THE TIME OF PIERCING : FOR ALL CHILDREN 2 MONTHS AND UP, WE OFFER HAVING BOTH EARS PIERCED AT THE SAME TIME BY TWO PROFESSIONALS. MANY OF OUR PIERCING LOCATION HAVE TWO ASSOCIATED ON HAND TO PIERCE BOTH EARS SIMULTANEOUSLY.Then tried to charge me for a warranty and not tell me what it was, luckily I saw the cashier screen and ask what is that charge about.Last but not least she gave me a $10 off coupon off next purchase and it expired the same day I came in. I ask if I can get it extension because I do not need to buyanything else today. She said no, she could have given me $10 off the purchased. Very disappointed and now looking at my daughters ear it looks way off so I am going to let them close up and get it done somewhere else.

Got my ears pierced here and I love them. They also sell rings and necklaces and etc. but yeah they also have after piercing cleaner.

Great customer service

Piercing Pagoda has always been a nice kiosk you find in most malls. They are attentive and offer a nice variety of jewelry for fairly decent price. Also Ive known many people have use them to get their ears pierced and have never experienced problems with infections or unsanitary conditions. They are quick to help or they will let you browse and you dont feel pressured to make a purchase.

They laughed when I called back to tell them my 5 years old ear piercing came out .. I had to report them .. the one that was crooked and she said it’s because my kids ear don’t match .. yeah that one came out smh.
