Due to covid I have not been in the actual store for a over a year. Went to the store today and it was not a happy experience. The rearranging of the store is horrendous. I dont know whose I idea it was to set up the store in this manner. Couldnt find my favorite authors in the usual places. Felt like I kept walking in circles. They called the new arrangement rooms. My son was extremely disappointed in the pared down comic book section. Hope they reconsider and make it easier to find the section you are looking for.

Have a small but good selection of films from around the world. Would like to see a better photography section.

Love the new layout. Section called the Annex is to the left as you go in- all the bargain books. All new and best sellers are to the right as well as magazines. Very easy to navigate. The young readers section seems enlarged and ideal for them. Great experience- great store.

I am in love with this store I even made it my favorite Library not only the latest novels and magazines but also terrific gifts for anyone on your list even top quality lerning toys for the children in your life. So if you have a couple of hours to treat your self go enjoy Barnes & Nobles get a decadent coffee and treat your self to top quality chocolate at reasonable prices

We were looking for a special Bible which would allow you to draw, color, doodle in the margins of the pages. We were needing some help. We found Jason, who was more than happy to help us. He looked online then looked at the one we found. His knowledge and experience of the store really helped find the best deal and made the process very easy for us. I enjoy coming to Barnes & Nobles because the Lord has blessed me to be able to now enjoy sitting down being able to read books and Im so grateful and thankful

I love going here anytime Im in Ocala to browse the books in my wishlist. They always have friendly staff and a variety of book to look through. The place is well-kept and clean, as well as the Starbucks in there as well. Overall the place is great and I tend to spend a lot of time in there.

I love this Barnes and noble! The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help. I love spending my time here searching for a new book, and if you arent sure what to read staff has great suggestions along with small note card suggestions on certain shelves! The Starbucks inside also has amazing drinks and food (though the app doesnt work with this location so heads up!)

The Starbucks at Barnes and Noble is very overpriced and the clerks are arrogant. Most of my “iced” drink was ice. Talk about making up profit for poor sales as a result of the coronavirus.

Love B&N. This location is great and the employees are always so nice. Starbucks is a nice stop in there as well. Right now its coming upon Christmas season and they are fully stocked in everything. I was especially impressed with their game selections. Any type of specialty board game, they have it. Lots of puzzles to choose from too, right now. Now is the time to shop for Christmas, as they are stocked and not too busy.

Barnes and Noble continues to represent a higher level of quality in stores. Clean, comfortable, and mix of nostalgia and excitement over discovery of that next great read. This location on particular has a great stock, and I have spent hours just wandering the shelves.

I love this B&N. Its peaceful and always nice to go during the late afternoon on a weekday when hardly anyone is in the cafe. Its a nice place to study, read,etc. : ) There is a really sweet barista although I cant recall her name. She always greets us and makes us feel very welcomed.😊

I brought my older model nook in because it stopped working properly.Michael was a tremendous help. He did the necessary updates and helped me sign onto programs I had been having problems with. He is a patient and kind person. Barnes and Noble is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.I was pleased to see all associates wearing masks. There was even a table in the entryway with sanitizer and masks available for customers.I am a forever and appreciative customer.

It was nice I enjoyed it. Not hard to find what I was looking for. The only thing I would say was there wasnt really places to sit for older people who bring grandchildren. But its understandable since the virus is still around.

I love to shop at Barnes & Noble. They have a wide selection of books. They also have DVDs that are hard to find. I found some great deals for my granddaughters birthday.

I still like holding a book

I was in on Sunday and bought a kids microscope and three transformer like toys. When we just now opened the bag we realized the $50 microscope was not in the bag. The teenage boy cashier either stole my childs microscope or he forgot to put it in the bag.

Prices are very high, selection is very low. Few books available in hardcover.

Honestly, the most sorted bookstore in Ocala. I actually needed helped finding a good book to study for the ASVAB and a very nice lady offer me some help. I score a 92 thanks to the book she recommended me. I also come here to get the newest business and self-improvement books from great authors like Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, John Maxwell etc. Oh! and the best part is that you can enjoy a delicious Starbucks coffee while youre reading your favorite books! It is located in a very convenient spot, there is a wide variety of restaurants and other stores in this plaza. Love this place.

This was a terrific bookstore, it was good for children, teenagers adults. It also had a nice coffee area tables and chairs.

One of the last places to buy books in person. I go here sometimes just to hang out and browse. Often have good prices and they normally have what im looking for.

I would give it 5 stars but their Starbucks franchise that isnt separate from the books nor are their outlets easily accesible-in fact blocked off; for their WIFI customers & they do not wipe nor sanitize both businesses for their customers own peace of mind from COVID.

Has a Cafe never knew this untill my recent visit. While it doesnt have the specific book I was hoping to get. It still is quite nice and has an online store aswell which carries what Im looking for.The cafe it has inside is located to the right coming in from the back entrance. If you were to enter from the front entrance it would be vice versa. But the strip mall in the back is the way I always come.I enjoy this place very much and recommend a visit.

Bankruptcy doesnt seem like a bad option for Barnes and Nobles anymore. With restrictions, such as 30 minute seating limits for non-whites, Amazon simply wins. I hate to write this because I loved it here. Ill be there for the clearance and hope they replace you guys with a gym.

I absolutely love books and this is a reputable, classy place. I think they are understaffed though. I couldnt find an associate when I needed one and there was only cashier (who seemed to be new?)
