I ordered the amp friday. Got it Wednesday, which is today. Awesome ...shipping was quick, wasnt expecting it till next week. Installed it earlier and amp seems to be good so far. Amp looks well built just slightly bigger than my skar m5001d. Gain knob is kinda wierd tho but thats nothing. Overall my experience with the big Jeff online the product is great so far.

Call to order some ds18 stuff for my side by side on 10/9 from Big Jeffs and they had everything i was looking for IN STOCK and i had called several other places an the other places didnt have any of the stuff i was looking for in stock and said it was all on back order an wouldnt be shipping for 5 or 6 weeks but i ordered all my stuff on friday 10/9/2020 and all of it arrived today 10/13/2020!!! So not only did they have everything i needed in stock but they shipped it the same day i ordered it an i got it a few days later!!! Wouldn’t recommend working for them, management doesn’t train properly and they expect you to know what to do even if you do come in for training or an interview. Shipping methods are bad as well. Favoritism is very strong when it comes to employment. 👎🏽

Bought a rostra cruise control for $300 When it came in the mail it was missing the pedal interface harness. I told them about it and they said they would do nothing about it and to get ahold of Rostra. Rostra won’t do anything because I got it from one there dealers. Makes no sense to me. Either way I was ripped off $300 with no way for retribution. So I will leave this review in hopes people head this warning. Avoid Bigjeffonline at all cost. He is a scamming online company!!!!!
