Rly fast, got an oculus quest 2 only could get 1 stock was low. People are still staying at home and comsole supply is short so get them before they run out. Great store

Frustrating experience. my Dual-shock controller battery died and was not able to turn on or charge. Went here to buy a preowned DualShock controller for my ps4 . lord and behold It was also a faulty controller too. The controller could not pair wirelessly or turn on wirelessly. GameStop employee did not test the controller before being sold. They didnt even check the controller when the previous owner trade it in. I had a hard time searching for Ps4 controller replacement since they are sold out everywhere. I decided to get the PS5 controller and use it on PS Remote play on Mac instead. Another issue was that when I signed up for the Powerup rewards card I told the my Current number. When I came today to make my purchase they did not have my new number filed from yesterday. Which they were unable to use my power up rewards. I had to use my old receipt to find it my membership account number. Huge headache and had to take time out of studies just to get this issue fixed.

This place doesn’t carry anything unless you pre-order it.The game store does not carry games unless you pre-order them so there are no games or consuls at the game store. They had one job.This location is horrible I hope it closes down soon.

Still think these GameStop are terrible oh and the Walmart down the road sell or had Xbox s as if yesterday

I truly wish I could give no stars. I called to ask a question in reference to memory card readers for ps2, and was so rudely interrupted and hung up on.... twice, because on my call back they picked up and hung up. I understand gamestop no longer sells these items, and I need to utilize Amazon. I was only trying to get the name of the memory cards (i.e. CF, SD, ect.) to ensure I was looking at the correct readers. Being a former gamestop employee for 3 years, I thought we were trained to have more professionalism and common courteous for our customers. Well he surely failed to deliver on my customer satisfaction. Nice way to show how you value the company mission statement. Next time you want to be rude remember I will take care of my customers or someone else will. Thats what happened, so thanks to Best Buy associates.

Not too knowledgeable on the merchandise that they are selling, not to mention they will repurchase use items for super cheap and turn around and sell it for 2 times the amount that they give you. Very close quarters crowded makes me wonder why theyre going out of business.

Of all the Gamestop’s in town this one usually has the most enjoyable staff that are knowledgeable and easy going. It can get a little busy but if u get there within an hour of there opening you won’t have any issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

They dont have a public rest room so if you are there and need to relive your bladder while your grandson spends your money there you have to go 3 doors down to the subway. I fail to understand how someplace can be in business and not have a restroom for their customers. I will drive to the other game stop in the future.

Small store but most GameStop stores are shrinking. Ive been in this store several times and Ive never seen the same employee more than once. How is anyone supposed to be knowledgeable about the games or whats even in the store if no body is there longer than a few weeks?

I spent over 500 on a xbox1 1 with games and extra controllers the lady working was very rude to me and another customer which was a kid and his mother the lady wouldnt let us talk had an attitude and was no help whatsoever I am reporting her and I want a total refund Ill be using best buy from now on

Typical GameStop; this store had friendly service. Wish the used game prices (DS type games) were not so expensive. But that is a head office issue.

I walked in the store and stood in line for 30 min picking up a game while the line started to build. The woman was walking around ignoring the phones and doing other things when the guy at the counter needed help. When she finally realized there was several people she came to the counter and looked at the person after me and he said I was first. She looked at me and stated. Oh I thought you were with him talking about the guy already at the counter. When he was there before I ever walked in the door with my fiancé and daughter.

Customer service was excellent for the one person an employee was helping, and the other on the phone with another person asking question... But. For the 8 people in line waiting to actually hand over money, the service was horrible... One reason to get your games digitally

Its okay to shop one day. Really good discounts such as buy two get one free on there used games however other than that theyre pretty pricey and the trade-in prices are very low

Walking in the door I noticed three distinctive things. One that it was actually kind of busy. 2 a distinct smell of body odor and marijuana. 3rd they really dont carry much for Wii.

I have always been pleased until this time. I rarely go to gamestop since i buy all my games online. So my xbox gets fried due to a power outage, and i go online to buy a new one for in store pick up. Shows my store is open and lets me order it, tells me to wait to a “ready for pickup” notification, which never was sent. I ordered the xbox at 4:45pm. After waiting too long i decide to drive up there. I get there at 6:08pm to see they are closed, and normally closes at 6pm on Sundays. My problem is between the course of 4:45pm to 6pm, nobody thought to check my order and or call and say theyre closing?! If i would have left earlier i probably would have got to pick it up. Bottom line is check the stores hours before ordering for in store pickup, because nobody will check or notify you otherwise. Lack of communication on staffs part and misleading online functionality. 👎 Ive learned my lesson.

Very crowded interior made this location difficult to navigate as a shopper. Things were not categorized intuitively. However, they offer a great selection of new and used electronics products, as well as general gamer and nerd swag.

I wish they had more stuff for pc gamers like me so that i wouldnt always have to go to Best buy for newer gaming mice head phones and such. Another thing is they dont carry old school gaming consoles or games like for the dream cast, the original nintendo, N64, playstation one, ect.

My experience at this gamestop and time of day was just excellent. Clean and organized. As for the customers service. It was great! Not to hard of a greeting but not to soft. Every employee looked happy to be there. I called in looking for a game. A female voice answered with a frienly opening voice. I asked about a game that i needed for a party that i was having that day. I needed some singing game for the PS4. They had it in store and she would hold it for me. As i arrived. Of course greeted. I started to look arond. I asked if i needed help for a singing games. The dude with the beard started to look for some games and had great feed back some good games. As i waited to be checked out employee were doing what employee do. Being employee at game stop. What else....anyway the other dude in the register was like a really cool dj. He knew how to talk. He asked me about reservation for up coming games. He looked up possible pre owned games to save me money which to me is a huge thing. Even minute before he ringing me up. The custmer in front of had concerns about resveration at another store. That dude took time to call that store 2 to 3 times to get a hold of another gamestop out of state. Thats whats up. Great custermers service. Well anyways i have a 10 star time at that gamestop. Usally you go to a gamestop and it looks like no one want to be there. Im not saying that these people do that. But i had a great time.
