We ordered a smiles and blooms bouquet for our Mom. We cant be there in person (she moved far away from us) and it is so great that this company helped take care of her for us. The bouquet is beautiful and she said so delicious! She dug right in and started eating it. We cant thank you enough!!!! We highly recommend this amazing business!!!

I live in Plant City, so every year I order something for my grandmother for her birthday and Mothers Day. She always looks forward to it. Her favorite is the chocolate covered bananas. My last order the website wouldnt let me customize it for that, which was fine because she liked the strawberries too. The store actually called me and was nice enough to change the order for no extra charge. And theyre always ready on time!

Ms. Ariana was so nice and helpful, never lost her cool no matter how many times I or my husband called about our order. My mother in law received her gift and loved it. They offer a delivery service but didnt specify when you do it online. I paid the extra 9.99 to have it delivered. Called the store to verify was told YES . WELLL THE CUSTOMER DROP OFF SERVICE WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT .....NOT A JOLLY HAPPY DELIVERY!!! Absolutely LOVE Edible Arrangements!!! Really wanted some fruit this weekend and called this store a little after 6:00 pm tonight and Jordan made me some pineapple leaves and apple pumpkins!! So good and so appreciated. Also when I arrived at the store they had some of the salted caramel apple bites dipped in chocolate. Will definitely be getting some more of all of these!!! Great place!!!

I send bouquets to my mother a couple of times per year. She loves them! The arrangements are pretty and the fruit is delicious! Always ripe to perfection. Delivery is always on time.

I placed a delivery order for a platter. I was called by a store associate and told delivery would not be available on the day I requested and platters were not available. The order needed to go to a handicapped person who was unable to pick it up. I had to call a service to deliver the order that cost $41. The store associate told me the order would be a different set up but did not advise that my full chocolate covered order would be a few chocolate covered strawberries with the rest regular fruit. The attitude and lack of care by the associate has left it so I will never place another order through this store. Customer service goes a long way. I was refunded the $15 delivery fee as well as $15 because they could not accommodate a platter, however I would not have ever paid $50 for a basic fruit arrangement and then $41 to have it delivered as needed. Completely and utterly disappointed.

I placed an order for chocolate covered strawberries for my friends birthday. An hour before the store close I get a call saying that they wont be able to deliver it until Monday (2 days later) because they had too many orders for Saturdays delivery. I paid extra money for the items to be delivered Saturday. This isnt the first time I have had this experience at this store and I normally dont write reviews but this is ridiculous. Dont take peoples money if you cant deliver it on time.

I am in complete discuss with this company Edible Arrangements in Ocala! Back in February my husband ordered me a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day. I bit into a strawberry and to my surprise there was a piece of hair in bedded in the chocolate. I let it go knowing that mistakes do happen. This time he ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. I am so disgusted with this company there was a hair in my strawberries again!!! I have tried calling 3 times to speak to the manager who does not return my calls. The Manager obviously doesnt care about customers and cleanliness of their shop!! I will be taking my business elsewhere.Update: its been almost 3 weeks since speaking with the manager. The manager told me she would refund me for my last order (5/23/17) still have yet to received it.

Can I give them a sixth star?This team goes above and beyond.For both my parents birthdays, Mothers Day and Fathers Day it has become a tradition for me to send them an edible bouquet. They love the fresh fruit and unlike most gifts it doesnt die in a vase or turn into something for her to dust.This year, for moms birthday, which falls right before Valentines Day, there were problems with delivery. They attempted at least twice before contacting me directly. I had to make a couple phone calls to find out which neighbors would be home to receive on their behalf. It took a series of phone calls between the store and I, but eventually we got it delivered to a neighbor.For Mothers Day, once again we had a problem. My parents are just too social. This time we arranged for my parents to drop by the shop and pick them up because they just could not wait for a second delivery attempt.Now as Fathers Day arrives, I scheduled to arrive the day before Fathers Day now as Fathers Day arrives, I scheduled to arrive the day before the holiday. Unfortunately, my father went to the hospital 2 days before the holiday.It did not occur to me until very early the morning of the scheduled delivery that nobody would be there for delivery and as mom would be with him at the hospital most of the day, nobody would be home to enjoy it anyway. I emailed through the stores website asking if we could either reschedule or deliver to the hospital. Little did I know that my mother would think of that and called the store on her own to reschedule. Once again the staff at the store were fabulous and have assured us that they will hold off on delivery for a few days and if he is still unwell and unable to come home on the new schedule date they will simply reschedule again and again until he can enjoy it.Every time my parents receive one of these bouquets they go on and on about how much they love them. The fruit always seems to be perfectly ripened and its just the right size for the two of them to enjoy for a couple of days.Absolutely would recommend and plan on continuing to use them four times a year.

The arrangement was very nice except for the number 60 which was very small we ordered it for a 60th birthday and hidden.

They are able to eat their delicious fruit, some dipped in creamy chocolate, fashioned to look like a flower arrangement, displayed in cute grills, strawberry shaped boxes, just to many different arrangements to describe here, but all very creatively arranged! I have sent arrangements from both this store in Ocala but also from the store in “LADY LAKES EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS “, multiple, multiple times, through the past few yrs! I have added balloons to the arrangements too but without fail, every time I send a gift, I receive nothing but sincere gratitude from whomever I have sent these too! I have two sons and their families living in Florida, friends and extended family ( my dear daughter-in-law Jenn’s family) living there, sisters, etc! There are too many occasions to mention, that one of “Edible Arrangements” fantastic arrangements makes the perfect gift!” I get calls of sincere gratitude each and every time, no matter what I send, because this company’s standards are absolutely Of the highest caliber!!! Balloons and etc were supposed to be enclosed and “extras.” My sister-in-law mentioned that no balloon( I Pd $30. extra for bunch of balloons) etc was “NOT ATTACHED TO FLOWER ARRANGEMENT “, nor stuffed animal, etc. I asked for a photo to be texted to me of arrangement and it was a small, lackluster arrangement that I had “not paid for!” I spent a lot on these flowers so called them to complain and now, “ALWAYS HAVE PHOTOS SENT TO ME FROM ANY COMPANY THAT I ORDER ANYTHING FROM!” Edible Arrangements always, always gives their customers exactly what they pay for!!! You do not have to worry that seeing you are ordering long distance, they will take advantage and cut corners on what you order! Never! They absolutely deliver, time and time again a product that exceeds “EVERY SINGLE TIME, YOUR EXPECTATIONS!” The fruit is fresh, in it’s prime ( not mushy or brown), tastes absolutely wonderful and their staff, absolutely amazing! I order from their office here in West Spfld., Ma to be ordered from Ocala and Lady Lakes( two separate stores) each time! I sometimes call stores in Fa directly and let me tell you “LADY LAKES” store in particular (ordering from them longer for our “daughter” & son & grandchildren just bought home in Ocala)because ordering from that store for yrs and yrs! The stores are amazing and tell you what, when you are spending a good amount of money, I prefer to send EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS GIFTS TGAT CAN BE EATEN, ENJOYED AND BRINGS SUCH EXCITMENT TO WHOMEVER IS RECEIVING MY HUSBAND AND MY GIFTS! I tried to send an arrangement to another son, his wife and grandchildren and was told the closest store to Clermont, Florida was “OVER 💯 MILES AWAY”, so obviously I could not order an arrangement!!!
