Its cluttered, no air conditioning and tight quarters. Some items been there so long the ink has faded off the sales tags. Worth a quick look but I wouldnt stay in there long in the summertime. Many fine furniture pieces but a bit overpriced. Definitely a cooler day place to visit. Temperatures inside certainly arent doing the antiques and collectibles any good. Too hot!
Lots of items and corners to explore! The staff is extremely friendly. We had a really good time in this store. Will come back in the future next time I’m in the area.
100% skip it! Dont waste your time! Salvation Army quality antiques and cheap, used, theme park souvenirs all ridiculously overpriced. Store is hot and dark. Staff is extremely rude.
The owners of this store are so friendly and helpful, and even helped me take my things to the car that was two blocks down. The store is very neat and organized, I will definitely be back.
Fun place to spend a day. Many interesting eating establishments. Several nice antique stores to visit with caution. You need to know what youre looking at so not to be price gouged. I saw items that were not antiques being priced quite high as antiques. Buyer beware.
Lots of great things to explore. Its a big store with nice pieces.
It is aesthetically pleasing. There is wonderful wall art, good parking, antiques, food. Those types of main street places are fun to explore.
Alot of places were closed and the people in antiquitie shops were not friendly
The employee was extremely rude. Was too much trouble for her to even open a case. Would not waste time or money at this place. If I could give it a zero star I would. To the vendor of booth 5, you can thank the old lady behind the counter for missing out on a few hundred $$$ of tobacco pipe sales from an avid collector.
Staff are friendly, place is clean and its easy to see everything they have but its pricey!
This place is fabulous. So many treasures, and interesting finds! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! A real family owned business, that makes you feel like a welcomed friend as soon as you walk in.I walked around 3 times, and found something new every time.I have love for antique clocks. American made ones at that. I found a Jerome and company clock that I loved right away. One of the owners (Im so sorry Ive forgotten his name!) went through the clock for me, while I went for lunch. He showed me that the clock needed adjusting. He spent time he didnt need to, and was an absolute joy to talk to.I read the other reviews before I went. Ive come to the conclusion that some people are never pleased. This place is a rare gem that is getting harder and harder to find these days.Ill be sure to return the next time Im in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.God bless
To be an antique store it was to expensive. 🤔 hmmmm.
You can tell they are really trying to beautify this area. The local shops and restaurants are very cool. There is a parking garage centrally placed that makes parking and walking super simple. We went on a Saturday, so a lot of places were closed, but still a nice place to visit and walk around.
I love antique shopping. Sometimes you can find rare things or maybe complete a set of something you were missing. The place is organized. The staff doesnt pester you, they let you browse at your own pace.
Love the Antique store
Love it! Employees very welcoming, loving. MUST GO HERE!!! AWESOME STORE!!! I was there for hours cause I loved it. Ill be back soon.
The Laniers are so friendly and helpful. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome. Tons of antiques and accessories. My favorite place to visit.
Wonderful antique store, great smelling candles, interesting books about historic Kissimmee, and lots of old entertaining items to look at or even to purchase. Great Christian owners! Theyre very willing to help out with anything you like and quite reasonable as well. I would not advise you to take children in. Because it is back to back antiques. Its hard for the little ones not to touch! Just saying😊 happy holidays to everyone
Amazing treasure trove of everything past and present. What an experience. A little pricey but nice.
Plenty to see. Prices seem fair for the most part but didnt find things that we normally look for.
Beautiful antiques..a bit expensive but things that would be difficult to find anywhere else.
Love to walk around and hunt for the perfect piece. Lots of new inventory all the time. Great people too. Always making deals.
My wife and I have been in antique stores and malls all up and down the eastern seaboard. This is an ok store. Good selection. Not very organized. A lot of furniture but over priced.
Great items. Family business. Owners are wonderful. Honest and knowledgeable.
There’s simply nothing bad to say about Laniers. From the moment you walk in, it’s like you’ve taken a step back in time. Not just because of the antiques but because of the smiles and the greeting you receive from any member of the Lanier family upon entering. The store is HUGE! You can spend hours just looking at all the treasures. When you find the perfect piece, they’ll even help you make arrangements for delivery if needed. The antiques are beautiful and many, the family though is what truly sets this shop apart from any other. You can’t call your visit to Downtown Kissimmee a success without a visit to Laniers.
Tons of antiques in a type of store you dont really see in Orlando. Super old antiques in good to near mint condition. They even feature newer items like Funko Pops. Be on notice however, this business like other business in the downtown Kissimmee area I noticed do not have public bathrooms. Still it is a good place to visit when you arrive from the Sunrail or Amtrak station.
Some nice antique shops!
Cool place with plenty of things. Antiques Galore! Definitely something to check out if in the area.
I visited this store few days earlier. Came back and wanted to purchase an item I had seen. Door sign states open at 10am. First employee came at 10:05 and locked the door behind her. Waited until 10:15 with calling twice and no answer and also knocked on door. Still no person. Left without purchase. Both visits less than pleasant.
A huge old antique store in the downtown area of Kissimmee, Fl. You have to look really closely at each section of the store for hidden treasures..,kinda like a scavenger hunt! Some items are way over priced. A fun way to spend an afternoon. Friendly employees and even has layaway!
Visited this area today after seeing the great advertisement for this area on SunRail Riders Florida Facebook page was disappointed that the store was not kid friendly could not go in because I had a stroller. Then my husband was told they would have to hold our diaper bag at the front desk, as if he was going to steal something...
I love coming here and noodling around the shops. I rarely look for something specific. I like to be surprised.
So so high prices lots of glassware not a lot of antiques
Always friendly and welcoming. Great selection of items.
Locally owned, this just might be the favorite shopping place in all of downtown Kissimmee. Say hey to Jeremy, who is usually behind the counter. He knows his way around the maze of treasures. Lots of stuff to look at at this one time McCrory five and dime. Nearby on street parking and public parking. Have lunch at nearby eatery and you have an afternoon
Fairly big place with a large inventory and variety. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Worth checking out.
Spent near 2 hours browsing, it was wonderful, then we met Sharon and the rest, as they say, was epic...best experience! 💙💙
What a great shop. No end of vintage curiosities on offer at very good prices
Big store, no ac. Had decent stuff. Didnt find any deals.
Seems to be nice collection of antiques. Found an item that I was interested in buying, marked $125 that the store owner said had just been brought in by consigner that day. The consigner had asked the $125 price be set. We went to lunch to think about it, decided to go back to buy, and the store owner said Oh, I changed the price to $180 because I looked online and found one sold for that, but you can have it for $140. I told him I saw one online for $108, so was hesitant to even pay original $125. I told him I was willing to pay the price the owner of the item was asking, but the store owner would not agree. He did not consult the seller for this change. I feel he was being at best a poor business man, and more likely dishonest. Will never go there again. He also missed out on the other $90 item we were going to buy.
Lovely, friendly people and centrally located. A real interesting mix of stuff, with lots of different styles and wide price range.
Mist see, visit and buy. Wonderful!
Awesome shop. Nice people. Lots to see. Next time in Florida will come back to see whats new.
