This store is exactly what our mall needed, new styles and great quality clothing and jewelry. Ive already stopped in and shopped three times, and with the help of the sales associate Rebecca, I found several cute outfits to add to my wardrobe. Shes incredibly knowledgeable in styling/fashion and very attentive to her customers. While helping me, she also assisted another customer specifically looking for a dress shed feel comfortable in with her new body style after having her baby. I shopped here yesterday, and it was easily one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. There was a girl working with long dark hair on the shorter side that was on her phone completely ignoring people coming in. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because her coworker was busy with another customer. I continued to look around the store, and this employee with the dark hair continued to ignore me. I could feel her looking at me but not offering help just standing at what I assume was the checkout area, and I finally got tired of not being acknowledged so I left unhappy because they had cute clothes to offer but the atmosphere was awful due to this employees attitude. I will not be returning. I am severely disappointed in this locations choice in employees. I loved my shopping experience in Jacksonville with the girls at that location. This location needs some serious evaluation of employees they hire. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
