Unpleasant visit to this Exxon Gas Circle K on 245 28th ave in Ocala 34470 on the night of Oct.12, 2021 all over a pack of pack of Game Green cigars. I was asked if I had before she proceeded to get the pack of cigars. I replied yes she got the pack came back to the counter and ask for me to give her my Identification so she can scan it. I don’t feel comfortable with anyone holding my Identification.I’ve never heard or read any laws that you had to scam my identification only that you need to ask for my identification if I look 27 years or younger. So I politely left and spent my money else where. I’m only giving it 1 star

Not a good place for a quick stop. I go out of my way to Diamond Oil on 25th Ave and Maricamp, they are nice and will have you in and out in no time.

Attendant needed additional training. The lottery players had two lines tied up. Quick trip turned into very long stay. Pump area filthy. Hey..But the gas burned in my truck so 4 stars

The clerk was very rude to me I know business is business however my car had overheated . I walked to the station and Im disabled with chronic dehydration. She was not willing to let me get any cool air what so ever. I even explained but she was not a ppl person definetky boyos tell that. In the service industry adaptions need to be made to assist customers. Its not your product you have young lady who would not give me a name customer service is the reason that people keep coming back

85 cent fountain drinks. Cheap cigarettes, and great staff. The only issue is they charge more at the pump for credit/debit cards. Cash is cheaper.

VERY competitive gas prices, cold beer room, organized store but inside didnt seem very well lit. Maybe there were some bulbs out? Easy entry and exit with plenty of pumps. Good location.

Too many Circle K / Exxon Franchises dont give a darn about At-Risk consumers: And, while Corporate may tell us that they do... Masks are NOT truly mandatory to shop.Ill be HAPPY shopping with Wawa and 7-11, neither have made promises only to break them.And that app to save wont save anyones health nor life. Social Distancing doesnt work in these inconvenience shops.

Most times its good for a quick stop. But for a 24 hour gas station the store was closed and when my wife called the woman answered and said that she was cleaning the store. I immediately thought of what most employers ask on application (Can you multitask) just because you are the only one working doesnt mean to turn down a full parking lot of people for over an hour (I didnt sit an wait a hour but when I went down the road and to the store it was still closed)

This store is newly remodeled and very up to date. Inside and out were both clean and well maintained. All gas pumps were clean and in goid working order. The staff was helpful and polite. I was able to find what I was looking for with ease and back to my vehicle very quickly. The location is super convenient. These guys provided a positive shoppong experience.

Wonderful people!They have a large selection of drinks!They have Arizona Ginseng Tea,Jack Links Beef Jerky,Reeses Peanut butter Cups!They have a lot of snacks,and they have drinks Red Bull among others!It is a good place to stop to recharge yourself,and to get gas!I think it is packed with products that help you on the energy level!We all need a pick up every now,and then,and if you want this could be your go to store for munchies,and oh so tasty drinks!I like it for what it is,and the people that help, after all it is the gas station employees that offer their service to work there to help serve us so we can be on our way!I like it!It is good to be courteous,and respectful of others,and they do try!

Love going to this store I feel very welcome by there employees they take the time to remember who you are. And Ken Stafford is a great assistant store Manager if they are out of something he will rush to get it for you and hes always on the go and seems to be training people constantly

Just started as the new store manager. Read all of the ratings and I am sorry that some of you had to wait in line and received poor customer service. The store is 24 hours a week so to the person that stopped and doors where locked that is a big no, no! There is more staff now and hiring more. I have been there 5 days and have noticed the line issue even if there is 2 cashiers. If you are ever disappointed in customer service or anything else ask for the store manager and I will correct any issue to the best of my ability!

Rude staff

They always have good customer service at the registers. The displays could be adjusted to make it less confusing where the line starts during rushes.

Its nice to know that in this world people do care, listen and respect each other. The Staff is amazing!

Busy, busy location. Store seemed to be clean, shelves well stocked, roller grill and coolers well stocked. Employees were friendly, and worked efficiently getting customers in and out, and on your way.

Stayed at the friendship motel across the street for awhile, so this was my go to store, loved it then & love it now, I stop by just to buy something to stir up old memories. Great staff, & they are always in a good mood, can make me laugh everytime I stop in.

Never have fountain soda ice always jammed. Slow service only 1 person at register line to back of store other employees act like u dont exist. I only go there cause its close and 85 cent soda when working

A usually clean gas station, with pleasant staff. I usually only stop in early in the morning. Be prepared to repeat yourself if you are asking the cashier for more than one thing. Also, early in the morning the police officers like to hang out here, which is a little annoying because they will park in front of the parking spots horizontally.

Stores a little pricey but me and my wife love the red box at this location.

The only real complaint, which is major, in my opinion. This is a rather busy store and its common to find one person working. I just stood in line for 30+ mind. The Clerk did a good job; however, the line was approximately 20 deep. They have 2 cash registers - why not have 2 Clerks to move customers thru. I saw 10 or so potential customers leave, so, theyre not saving money. I dont plan to return unless I habe too or I see that they have sufficient staff, commensurate with the flow of customers; especially, during peak hours.

Always a great value to stop in and grab a polar pop. They still have the 100 oz plastic mugs for 9.99 and 1.49 refills. Its cheaper than buying a 2ltr of soda and its actually almost 3ltrs. The mug holds ice for a very very long time.They also have a great variety of sandwiches and fresh doughnuts.Open 24 hours a day so always convenient.
