Great service, and always seems to have the parts needed that you just cant seem to find in the big box stores. Very knowledgeable staff as well.

I decided to get quality stuff and bought 2 nearly $400 fans on Grainger. A month later the pull chain broke on one. I spent over AN HOUR on the phone with them being transferred to 4 departments and on hold half the time. They are sending me a new pull chain that I have to install myself! And I begged them to send me 2 so I would have one when the other ones breaks but they wouldnt. But if a chain breaks after a month? What chance do I have this$400 fan will last a year? And when it breaks again do I really want to spend an hour on the phone? This world we live in man! Companies like this are too big! Why cant they make a better product or support the product better and easier? Im not buying anything else from Grainger

Done with grainger as a whole! We have done business with them for years spending tens of thousands. Now we need a product to keep workers safe they claim they have it in stock, but can’t sell it! Then they want to send emails telling us about their great deals! Sorry Grainger we are done with your company for good! 400+ employees in our company. Guess it’s no big deal for you to loose a small company like ours! Good luck to you with your backwards ways of customer service.

The gentleman that assisted us was absolutely awesome after we had arrived realizing that the item in the Box was not going to fit into the back of my car he helped us open the box and place everything in independently and then told us he would hang on to the box for a few days just in case it didnt work out we could bring it back and Reeboks it. In my opinion he went above and beyond the call

A bit pricey but thats because they stock everything mechanical, I wont complain about prices when I need a part and no one has it, they were great, brought my part right out to the front and she was great although I didnt get her name.
